It was the first time he'd heard him say her name, as she couldn't recall those syllables passing his lips before. Shaking her head, she would head to the closet for a mop to clean up the spilt tea from the floor. Once everything was back in it's place, she would exit the way she came, getting out of the shop before her mom came down from the rooftop garden.
From the events of this morning, she didn't feel like going to school today.
Their house was two blocks down from the cafe, but Gabri and Les had found a quicker route by taking a side street and hopping the fence. Since it was more exciting, Les generally took that route, but as the climbed the fence today, she only let herself drop from the chain link rather than her energetic leaping,as she mind was rather full. Full of all the things he'd told her, of what had happened, the scare of him knocking her from her chair, the fact that he kissed her, the council...Olesya wouldn't have to fake a headache once she walked back into her house, she could already feel one growing at her temples.
