Ready for A Slow Dance w/ A Stranger(Kate)

[Kate]

She forced a smirk to the surface, even as her heart thudded in her chest. What the hell was she doing?!?! This was the second time she had met him!!! Offering to let him move in? What the hell was she thinking?!?!? Sure, she had met guys and brought them home, screwed them, and kicked them out. Kate had her relationships, but lately... sex was all it had been. And she had been fine with that.

"Just remember darling, you gotta earn it."

Was she going to tell him what he had to do? Nope. Not in the least bit. He'd have to figure that part out as well. She grinned at him, making the challenge. It was weird... to be chased like this. By a man she barely knew, but already had strong ties to. Like some sort of high.

Kate walked back to him, and pressed a slow, sweet kiss to his lips. The thought of him moving in? Her heart skipped a couple of beats. To wake up every morning to that smile? Those eyes? Him? Fuck. This was going to be hard on her heart.

[Adrian]

Adrian smirked as she reinforced her statement from earlier. He accepted the kiss, returning it in kind. When she pulled away, his eyes looked into hers, carrying a sort of kindness behind them that the Hanlons had never really been known for, not since the earliest generations back in Ireland. When he spoke, it would be one of the more sincere things he'd have said to her all night.

"But of course, Kate. I wouldn't have it any other way."

It was true, too. He didn't want to just jump into her bed and expect to stay there forever. If he really wanted this, which he was relatively sure he did, he was more than willing to wait, take it slow, assure her of his good intentions, just so that, in the end, the reward would be all the more sweet.

Adrian would turn, leaning against the counter, his head still facing the beautiful girl he was forced to spend the night with. She was nearly flawless, in the eyes of the boy at least. He grinned.

"So, it's your turn to decide what to do, Mistress. Do you have any suggestions?"

[Kate]

She smiled at him, reaching up and moved some hair out of his eyes. A soft gesture, yes, but she felt like doing it. What to do now? They were starting to run out of things to do, short of hopping in bed together. And she didn't want to do that just yet.

"We could watch a movie, tv, or something."

She pointed to the living room where there was a huge plasma, every video gaming console ever made, perfect furniture in a crisp white. Black and green pillows with wispy white curtains. It was a comfortable place and perfect to relax in. They were dry enough from the hot tub.

" I'm sure we could find something to do..."

Another kiss, her arms wrapped around him. She was distracted by him... not being able to stay away from him for very long. He was her slave for the night, she could let herself be addicted for a night.

[Adrian]

At the thought of watching TV or a movie, Adrian smiled. She pointed out to the massive plasma TV, the centerpeice in a wonderfully lavish living room fully furnished with almost any entertainment device needed in this day and age.

Adrian smirked and nodded. "Hey, your TV's almost as big as mine." He decided to move towards the living area, checking himself to make sure he was dry enough from the hot tub, and feeling that he was, hopped onto the couch, stretching across it entirely. His eyes perused the collection of movies, as well as the video game systems. Something about having video game systems tugged at Adrian's interest. Granted, the girl clearly was more than meets the eye, as she was a talented fighter, despite her somewhat prissy, girly image. And thus, playing video shouldn't surprise Adrian. Either way, he had to ask, so he gestured towards the nearest one, the Xbox 360, his head leaning back over the armrest of the chair to regard her, upside-down.

"You tell me you actually play these things?" It might have sounded a bit accusatory and derogatory, but it wasn't as bad as Adrian intoned. He actually found himself attached to them every now and then, but on a fairly limited basis.

[Kate]

He looked at her stash. Her heart was thudding again, and not in a good way suddenly. She walked up next to him, and picked up a game.

"I have them to have them."

Something in his tone suggested that it wasn't a good thing. Kate had a dirty little secret of hers. She played video games, all the time. With the boys actually. Croaker and them played lots of games with her on the 360, which was her favorite.

"Do you play them?"

Her hands went around his waist again. Pressing her face into his back, enjoying the touching, the feeling. She planted a kiss on his shoulder blade as he looked at things.

"If you have a bigger one, then it's just to stroke your ego. Any bigger than this is just silly."

Teases, all teases. She was enjoying this.

[Adrian]

Kate was a little apprehensive, not talking too much about the video games. Adrian wasn't good enough at reading people to figure out exactly what she meant by that, but he did know what she meant by his having a bigger TV.

"Hey!" He said, trying to correct her about the television. "You say that now. Just wait 'til you come back to my place sometime. One hundred and eight inch LCD TV, pure Dolby Surround sound, and, I don't know, Transformers or something epic like that in the Blu-Ray player," Adrian let out a little slip there, not even realizing he had named "Transformers", classically considered somewhat of a Geek movie, instead of anything more tailored to his expected tastes, but he never noticed. "You'd love it."

He smirked and turned around, so that he was facing Kate. "As far the video games go... I'll totally kick your ass in them."

[Kate]

And there it was, the challenge! The challenge for video game ownage. There was a glint in those emerald eyes that Adrian couldn't see because she was wrapped around him from behind. The girl smiled and stepped back. She picked up the pink controller and turned the thing on.

What was in the system? Left 4 Dead of course!!! They system turned on, and Kate walked to the couch. She sat down and curled up on the couch. Silver blonde hair falling over her shoulders, and those eyes twinkling at him.

"Bring it then rich boy. Let's see what skills you have."

Don't dis Kate about her secret love for video games. As a freshman, she had played her PS2 all the damned time, as that was all she could afford at the time. It had been her baby, until some one had broke it. But now her baby was the 360.

[Adrian]

Adrian laughed and sat up, reaching forward to grab a regular white controller. He had one of these at home, for sure, but he didn't play it all the time. He had this game, though, it was a favorite of his. This eased him somewhat, as the way Kate's voice lit up after he challenged her seemed to suggest something. The girl was always confident to take up a challenge she knew she'd win.

Hmm, maybe she played more than she let on? He'd have to see.

"Alright, I call zombies!"

Adrian nudged her with his shoulder, since his hands were both on the controller. He looked over at her and grinned, waiting for her to start the game, as Player 1 is meant to do.

[Kate]

They were sitting next to each other, waiting for the game to load. She put the controller down for a moment, a second. Then she leaned over and planted another kiss on the boy, leaning into it, trying to get him to lay back on the couch. One hand roaming his chest again, her tongue slipping into his mouth, other hand in his hair.

Funny thing was, if he didn't ask... he couldn't do anything back. Touch her, kiss back, nothing. He was her prey, to do with as she pleased. So if she felt like kissing him, she damn well would. This time she was straddling him, even as zombie wailing started up on the tv. Didn't matter, other things were going on.

She took her time with her spoils, hand roaming over his chest, thigh, arms, neck... Like she had more arms then normal. She pulled back, grinning and picking her controller up again.

"Fine, I'll kill you over and over darling."

She quickly set up the first bit, No Mercy. She chose Zoey with a shotgun quickly. Grinning at him, wondering what was going through his mind.

[Adrian]

Adrian did as he felt he was being physically instructed to, laying back as the girl began to kiss him. He made no movement to do anything, keeping his hands high up and held tightly on the Xbox controller. He'd ask for permission, but his lips were a bit busy at the moment. Her hands roamed all over his body, exciting the boy, but he held himself as best in composure as he could. He would have given anything at that point to bed the girl right then and there, but he knew that he would have to ask permission first, both for reasons of their little game AND human decency, and plus he wasn't sure he was ready to jump straight to that just yet.

Finally, she released him from her sensual grasp, picking up her controller and selecting Zoey, while he selected the Infected.

"Pssh, Bill's cooler," Adrian said, offhandedly, not thinking that he was slowly giving away more insights into his closet geek nature. I mean, come on, he had opinions on what video game character was cooler?

No Mercy began, and Adrian's first Infected was a Hunter. "Alright, prepare to die, Kate." He laughed and tried to concentrate on the game in front of him, but his mind wandered. Everytime he tried to think, all he could feel where the girls hands wandering all over his body, warming and exciting him with her soft, sensual touch.

[Kate]

The kiss was a weapon. Really, it was. It threw the male off balance, and made it easier for Kate to win the game. Even if she was slightly distracted too. The pale girl was shotgunning down zombies left and right as the bots began to help her as best as possible.

"You'll be dying more darling."

She moved to the side, her legs dropping in his lap. Just to help keep his mind on other things. The female grinned, and aimed the shotgun straight at Adrian at him. Slamming the trigger button as many times as possible to try and shoot his ass.

"And Bill is so not cooler, he doesn't even have boobs. I wouldn't sleep with him, and he doesn't have boobs... so I'm not playing him."

Simple enough to say, right?

[Adrian]

"Oh, whatever. Zoey's a dope. Bill's a damn badass, and he's got the funniest lines."

So maybe Adrian HAD played this game a few times. He saw Kate come aroudn the corner, and she got one good shot off on him, but, already crouched as he was, made his Hunter leap away from her shotgun blast, jumping into the wall, where he'd turn and leap again, heading straight for Kate's in-game avatar, ready to rip her to shreds....

Until he was blown apart by a shotgun blast from Louis.

"Goddamn it Louis!!!" Adrian cried out in frustrations, waiting for his respawn timer to count down. "Stupid bots..."

Adrian grinned, and leaned over and whispered into Kate's ear. "Request permission to ravish you while I wait to respawn?"

[Kate]

She shot him once! But he was leaping to her!!! That is until Louis attacked back. HA! Kate was reloading as he whispered in her ear. It made her shiver, and this time she couldn't control it. Her toes curled and she gulped a bit of air.

"Permission granted."

Kate bit into her bottom lip, waiting for him to... "ravish" her. What exactly did that mean? What was he going to do? Maybe he thought she wouldn't agree... but video games weren't as fun or interesting as kissing Adrian. That much was for sure.

She was falling for this boy, and every kiss, every breath next to his lips was dragging her down further. She licked her lips, and waited, emerald eyes locked onto him, waiting.

[Adrian]

Adrian smirked, and leaned into her further, caressing the girl's neck with his lips. Just as she had done to him only moments earlier, Adrian planned to drive the girl wild with his touch in order to keep her mind off the game. A naturally standoffish person, Adrian felt the need to show this girl that two could play her games, and that Adrian intended on being the one who stepped up and beat her at them, too

His lips would brush up her neck to her jawline, coming up to her cheek as he leaned forward, brushing them past her lips sensually. His eyes would meet hers from his peripheral vision, and he would grin, going back down the way he came, kissing across her jawline and down her neck, but not before stopping and planting a kiss the lobe of her ear.

By this time, however, his countdown had finished, and so, quickly, he hopped back to a seated position, spawning into a Boomer, and got ready to play.

Fuck. Fuck. FUCK. He was just as good at this game as she was. Kate enjoyed it fully, her toes curling as he kissed her neck. Adrian's spot may have been his ear, but Kate's was her neck. Those emerald green eyes looked at him... at least until a hunter suddenly pounced Zoey on the screen.

"Aw!! NO!!!"

One of the bots shot the thing off of her, and Kate quickly began to shotgun all over the place. There was a scowl on those perfectly full lips. This was going to be an interesting game, wasn't it? The moment she died? Well, some of her online friends had suddenly jumped on, Adrian would have more people to kill.

Which meant she'd be able to distract him fully. Kate grinned, and started to reload. The pale skinned woman, leaned over and nudged him with her shoulder.

"You asked to ravish me. Did I say you could stop?"
