Sylar was walking around school with break. He had met him earlier that morning and they decided to initiate their plan to create havoc. That was something Sylar was extremely good at. Creating havoc and mischief. In that he didn’t care who would get hurt as long as he accomplished the task at hand. Right now it was to start fights and for me personally would be to get stronger. My goal was simple. Wear them out, pretend like I can’t fight anymore, heal, and then continue to fight in perfect condition. It was brilliant. Fortunately nobody knew what my Qi was which is awesome. Sylar walked into the janitors closet and grabbed some gas. He handed some to Break. Quickly he went to the front of the school and spelled out MILITIA. Quickly he struck a match a lit it. I threw it in the gas and watched it burned. Sylar would wait for them to come with Break.

Above the fire burning below, inside a classroom, stood an observer who was calmly looking down through the window overlooking the lawn. Ryuu sighed quietly, his arms folded across his chest, as he turned his gaze to look over at the girl standing beside him, Emily. "I don't like the looks of this, this stinks, and it's not just the smoke from the fire." Ryuu turned his gaze back to the fire that spelled out the word Militia, a frown appearing on his face. "... What do we do? It's obvious someone is looking for those in Militia, though why, I don't know. But dare we ignore it...?" Ryuu continued to frown, before turning around, his open gray overcoat making a slight swishing noise as he did so. "If it is a trap, then I deserve to walk into it, because I want to find out who exactly it is that is looking for us."
With that said, Ryuu walked out of the classroom, heading down the hallway. If Emily choose to follow after him, he would slow down a bit for her, so she could walk beside him, though his pace was still quite brisk. Walking out of the building, Ryuu headed towards the spot on the lawn where the fire was still burning, but stopped the minute he saw two people standing in front of the fire, as he frowned. He recognized the two people. One was Sylar, from PE class, and the other was... "Victor?" Ryuu said in disbelief, the frown still on his face. "You did this? Why...?" Ryuu stood slightly sideways, his hands loosely clenched by his side, as the light breeze blew his hair and overcoat slightly.

Victor watched passively, hands in his pockets as sylar made his rounds, first the janitors closet then the gas the matches, and finally the scorching word "Militia" in the ground, the flames licking a good three feet in the air, Victor had the humor to light a cigarrette off of one of the flames, inhaling he watched the sky blankly, his regular grin did not appear on his face, he seemed far more solemn than usual, his deep blue eyes brooding in silence. "there's gotta be a better way to do this" he muttered, he didn't really care if sylar heard or not, he just needed to say it. He heard footsteps but did not turn to see who it was. Is this really happening? did I actually get myself involved in a gang? stupid, stupid boy... he thought to himself before turning around, his fingers went to his cig to pull it out and puff the smoke into the air as his eyes laid across ryuu. The fellow band mate and generally nice man, hillarious in his own way stood before them.
"you did this? Why...?" he asked, his sideways glance of confusion, a small breeze blew his coat, just as it blew victor's. Victor's heart went cold for a moment, this wasn't something they should be doing, he knew it. was it too late to back out? probably. could there be anything he could say to fix this? probably not. He didn't know Ryuu was in militia, now he felt a little stupid for not having checked who his enemies where first.
In that instant Break smelled the burning fire, and the fire inside of him burnt a little brighter, it was just a fight, no big deal, something to get his mind off things. He smiled, as he always did, the breeze past, the flickering fire settled into its own pattern, break enjoyed the sound of it for a moment before adding his own melodious voice to it.
"Excuse my friend's theatrics, he's a little on the eccentric side" Break said, exchanging a humorous glance with Sylar. "not going to lie to you ryuu, he didn't tell me what he was going to do, and now I see it, this is nothing personal, I didn't even know you where apart of Militia..." Victor continued, an honest glow in his eyes. "but still, I've been looking for a good fight recently, and I'm sure you'd make an excellent opponent" Break said, his smile growing a little wider with a hearty chuckle, pulling his hands out of his pockets he smiled. "Sadly, we're on orders, orders that would be deadly not to follow..." he said remembering the terror that gripped him when he first laid eyes on "dots". This was not something that could be ignored, not if he wanted to keep his sanity, or his life. He shook his head before taking off his coat.

Emily was silent, even before Ryuu had taken some sort of interest in the unorthodox means of summoning them. Why was it always the lawn?
-- and furthermore, why the heck is it always burning it? Gabriel had done the very same thing before, and Emily downright thought that this was all unoriginal. Boy, people need to stop it with theatrics. Emily sighed when Ryuu walked out of the classroom and headed out. She had to follow him, of course. She was his superior -- and by all means, one of the few elites left withing the organization since David left. It was her and Olesya now.
Then the two began to talk. Emily was not impressed at how things were. "[You know these people, Ryuu?]" She asked as the wind blew gently on her braided hair. Then one of the guys, whom Ryuu called as "Victor" began to explain. "Orders from whom? The reapers? Some other gang we might have no idea about?"
Emily's tone was, like always, soft and gentle. She was always perceived to be weak at first, when in reality she was a force to be reckoned with.

“Nobody, yes the reapers and no. Now that I have you here though you must prepare yourself for a fight. There is no walking away either. So get ready.”
Sylar was glad that everyone was here. It would mean that he finally could get on with the show. There was no way that he wasn’t going to follow orders. It would be costly for him and the…. The thing was that Sylar wasn’t going to make the first move. He should have but he didn’t. He was going to be smart about his next couple of moves. He was going to try and learn as much about everyone else’s moves so he would have the advantage. Hopefully. If not then he would suffice with knowing as much as possible. He waited to see what else he would have to remind break to not say. If he continued to blab away to the militia then he would have to fight him to. He didn’t want that again but if it came to that then he would. That was if he let anything important slip.

Victor nodded at the mention of gangs and laughed. "classified stuff... sorry" he said. He ran his hand through his hair once before lifting his dukes in front of his face. The ground beneath him felt soft and springy on his feet, he felt light and powerful under his own control, bouncing back and forth lightly. he smiled at the both of them, he had never seen either fight and he didn't know which one to attack first. Common courtesy told him to leave the girl out of it as long as possible, go for the man first and so he turned on his heels ever so slightly toward Ryuu.
He looked to sylar, who seemed ready, but hesitant. Up to break, as always to really get things started
There was a tenseness, his muscles tightened, and flexed, his eyes grew keen and blunt to any feeling. his necklace bounced off his chest with a light tap, tap, tap as he bounced back in forth. Then in one mighty, cathartic moment he leaped forward all his potential energy flinging into a kinetic strike of high magnitude, A punch so perfect and well thought out in form the gods themselves must have crafted it. Whistling through the air Break's fist rocketed toward ryuu's face. this was no time to hold back, this was gonna be a good old fashioned beat down, no matter which way it went. The punch was distractionary, he knew it wasn't going to land, but whether it was blocked or dodged Break was ready to use his kinetic energy to swing his body into a roundhouse kick that would put chuck norris to shame toward Ryuu's gut.

["I do."] Ryuu replied, ["Sylar was in our PE class, Victor as well. Though Victor and I are more well acquainted, we're in a band together."] Victor then began to explain, as Emily asked them if it was The Reapers that ordered them, or some other gang. Ryuu then looked over at Sylar, who answered that nobody ordered them, it was The Reapers, and no, it wasn't a gang they didn't know about, though Ryuu had to wonder how accurate his answers were, as "Break" added in it was classified information. But Ryuu did know this much. Sylar was serious about fighting them, and they couldn't walk away. So was "Break," for he was bouncing back and forth on his feet, a smile on his face, as he turned to face Ryuu. It seemed though, Sylar refused to make the first move. Ryuu was reluctant to fight "Break," not only was the guy his band mate, they were friends too. But it seemed he had no choice now, for "Break" bounced back and forth, before charging forward in one mighty movement.
He launched a punch that was so perfect, you'd think the gods were behind it, and it would've been perfect, except for the fact that Ryuu dodged it in an instant. Evading to his right, Ryuu clapped his hands together, not using his Qi yet, just preparing it. He didn't want to fight "Break," but the guy left him no other choice. He then saw "Break" launch a roundhouse kick aiming towards Ryuu's gut, but Ryuu merely caught it with his left hand, as he attempted to shove "Break" backwards, to send him off balance, before dropping to the ground, and using his right leg, sweep "Break's" other leg out from underneath him. If it succeeded, Ryuu would then sit on top of "Break," straddling by his core, preventing him from using his legs to kick him. From here, all that was left was to rain down blows on Victor. "I'm sorry "Break," but you leave me no choice." Ryuu said, as he reared his left arm back, and launched punch that was faster, but almost as strong as "Break's" strike, which would be followed by blows just the same as this one.

It seems that Ryuu and Victor had gone ahead with fighting. Emily figured that Ryuu had his own strengths and he could fight on his own without assistance. Guess it was Sylar and Emily's turn. "I believe I heard your name from Ryuu just now -- Sylar, was it?" She said, walking forward as she snapped her metal fans out of her belt and used it to block his view of Ryuu and Victor's bout. This would be a fair fight, and Emily would make sure they wouldn't do anything to the school.
Emily was a "master" of the human body, though she had her limits of course. "This will be between you and me, I believe. That is unless you or Victor have other plans."

Break's kick landed square into ryuu's hands, he was a smidgeon faster than break that was good to know, he also seemed very adept at predicting break's moves. This was not a good start, but break was a happy sort of person and smiled as his foot was caught. "good you can fight" he said richly. then the momentum came as he was pushed backwards, he watched as ryuu jumped to the ground. Break jumped up as he ryuu ducked, completely clearing the sweeping kick that would have grounded him. "you know" break said, pulling his fists back up "this doesn't change anything, if it makes you feel better I've fought tash too and we're still friends, this really is nothing personal, I hope we can stay friends" he said with a smile, then running forward again, taking the offensive. "think of it more like a game, fighting for fun, thats how I see it" he said, launching forward in a psuedo tackle, he stretched his arms out, reaching for ryuu's shoulders. if it connected and break managed to catch ryuu's shoulders he was going to push the both of them to the ground and procede to put ryuu in a head lock. break wanted to pull him into a grapple match where his speed wouldn't be as useful as breaks strength

“Is wasn’t expecting to be fighting a girl. Threw me for a loop there. And you know my name so do I get yours?”
Quickly after he said that last word Sylar ran. Ran as fast as he could right for the girl. He didn’t really want an answer did he? It didn’t matter. When Sylar was close enough he would thrust a knee right for her gut. He was going for pain. The more pain he dealt the better off he would be. Just like in every other fight. If successful he would follow up with an elbow to the back. Hopefully knocking her to the ground. If he missed the knee then the momentum would take him to where Ryuu and Break were. If that was the case he would stay near them. Waiting for her to make a move.

"I'm not just another handsome Japanese face," Ryuu retorted, smirking slightly, "If I didn't know how to fight, I'd wonder why the hell I trained in karate and kendo for." Victor managed to avoid Ryuu's sweeping kick by jumping up as Ryuu dropped to the ground. "Yes, but there's a huge difference between your fight with Tash, and this fight with me. Her fight, you weren't ordered to fight her. Mine, you were ordered. Personal or not, this is a fight that someone ordered of you. It's not a question of staying friends or not, but facts are facts "Break," you were ordered by someone, and I'm afraid I have no choice but to take you down." Ryuu went back into his stance the moment he saw "Break" run forward, going on the offense. "Even if it's a game to you," Ryuu retorted, preparing himself as he saw "Break" launch himself forward in a tackle, his arms outstretched, aiming for Ryuu's shoulders, "I beg to differ."
Ryuu however, waited until the last second, and ducked underneath "Break's" right arm before straightening up on the other side and dodged to his left, flipping sideways over "Break" so he would end up behind him, and extending his index and middle finger of his right hand out, launched a strike at the base of "Break's" skull at his back, to temporarily shut his brain down, allowing Ryuu to knock him out. Ryuu wasn't worried about Emily, she was more than capable of handling herself in a fight, even though she didn't look like she could. Don't ever judge a book by its cover. If his strike worked, Ryuu would strafe in front of "Break" as he fell, and using his leg muscles, would coil up, before launching a powerful uppercut aimed at "Break's" chin. I'm sorry Victor, but you made it come to this.

Ryuu got out from under him in a flash, he couldn't be THAT much faster than me could he?. He said a few things about orders and other nonsense that made it seem pretty clear that this was it. Break jerked to turn and face him, the shot that would have hit break's spine ended up only piercing into the side of his neck as he turned. It stung but it certainly wasn't the death blow ryuu was going for, Break shrugged it off. "funny you assume I wasn't ordered to get tash..." he said with a half laugh, now he was misinforming the boy, that was mean so he decided to amend it "I wasn't... but its still funny..." he said, his character smile now only a little good humored smirk. "ah well, I was hoping you could take this lightheartedly, but apperantly thats not an option at this point, I think its about time we stop holding back then" he said, his rich voice firm and confident. He made a mental note that ryuu knew of pressure points, and 9 years of karate wasn't entirely laughable. break pulled into a more trained movement, not so much bouncing any more as much as focused, he prepared himself this time for Ryuu to attack, clearly this match was going to require a lot of strategy, and not as much brutality.

Emily opened her mouth to answer, only to see Sylar run towards her. At that speed, it could only be a jump or a run. Meh, doesn't matter. She was a particularly strong fighter, and experienced to boot. Sylar thrusted a knee right for a gut, where she would pull her arm back and used the fan to ram hard against the area below the knee where the tendon allowing the extension of the knee was. Emily's hit would be enough to tear the said tendon, or at least create a massive hemmoragic episode where it would start to swell with blood and prevent him from even standing up straight. Thing is with such injuries, is that regardless if it healed, if it's not given medical attention it would NOT function as it used to -- heck, torn tendons require surgery to reattach.
Should it hit or fail doesn't matter, because Emily's other leg would pull back, creating a decent center of balance and thus would not be likely to be thrown away in spite of her lightweightedness. Her free hand though, would let go of the fan it was holding and allowed it to dangle by her wrist before she gave the young man a rather heavy hook to the apex of his sternum. Should it work, he would not only lose his air, but it could inflict to him a decent amount of pain. "Call me Emily."

Ryuu had to hand to "Break," he managed to evade the strike Ryuu had tried to execute, granted, he avoided it by jerking to face Ryuu, resulting in the strike connecting with the side of his neck, instead of the base of his skull, but the blow would still hurt regardless. "That's not funny Victor," Ryuu replied seriously, "I like a good spar as much as the next guy, but when a fight is ordered on me, then I have no choice but to be serious. I didn't want it to come to this, but you leave me with no other options." With that said, Ryuu brought his hands up loosely in front of him, breathing and focusing. "Then show me what you've got." Ryuu noted Victor's stance, it was more focused now, not so much bouncy. And on top of that, he was waiting for Ryuu to make the first move. Then so be it. closing his eyes, Ryuu focused, before his eyes opened in a flash, and he ran at "Break."
His speed was controlled, meaning he could change directions or even stop almost instantaneously if he had to. Pulling back his left arm, Ryuu stopped right in front of Victor and launched a left underhand hook at his stomach, but it was only a feint, for underneath his left arm, his index and middle finger of his right hand was soaring towards the top of "Break's" ribs, just before the large plate of bone covering his heart. The minute his left hand nearly reached "Break's" stomach, he stopped his fist mere centimeters away, and pulled his arm back in a flash, in case he needed to counter, and let his real strike continue its course. Ryuu didn't want to hurt Victor badly, he just wanted to end this fight as quickly as possible. Ordered or not, Victor was still his friend and fellow band mate.

Sylar quickly pulled his leg back to not get hit by the fan. She managed to punch his sternum and he lost all possible air. When he hit the ground he lost control and rolled. Quickly he stood right up waiting for the next attack. He didn’t know what to do for everytime he went on the offensive he seemed to get counter. What if he waited for her to make move. Then what would he be able to do? If her speed was that much better than he wouldn’t be able to do much. He would have to tire her out. Keep making her come to me and eventually her attacks will be come fainted. After much healing I’ll be able to out endure her. Sylar waited while catching his breath. Her move.
