Apparently, the boy Emily was fighting with didn't have much of a strategy. Nor did Emily know of that strategy. She was still quite amazed that 1) even at her speed, Sylar was able to maneuver his leg out of a dangerous hit; 2) that at Emily's own strength, he was able to even stand like that. Impressive, though not enough. Emily's style allowed the conservation of energy. Emily wasn't a big person too, which meant she used lesser energy than any of these guys. Emily wouldn't allow Sylar to stand up after he rolled away though, she would run forward with what would seem to Sylar to be "a mere streak of white and green light" before Emily would try to grab him by the neck, forcing his head against the floor. One thing about head hits, was that they were systemic in nature. The trauma will not be enough to rupture the skull, but it would be enough to cause momentary confusion and blurred vision. Emily's hands would be gripped tightly on Sylar's neck, and her knees would try to press against his femoral arteries (Lol! By the crotch. Kinky. ) to stop the blood flow, causing his legs to numb. It was a win-win for her, considering that if he DID somehow manage to pull her arms away, he would surely have some trouble standing up or even walking. The pins-and-needles feeling would be also one pleasant surprise. The body's physiological reactions were absolute and universal, unless you weren't human these reactions would be absolute. Question is, would they hit? That depends.

Break watched the fist come up, and noticed ryuu's left hand following it. It wasn't the exact same, but it reminded him of a famous boxing technique where one feints an attack with their left, a slow move made to draw attention away from the faster move that would soon follow it. It reminded him of it so much in fact that Victor didn't take even the hint of a chance. As Ryuu's hand curled into a fist and came up Break jumped back, watching the fist sail by, another tiny sting hit him, just in the abs. This kid and his finger strikes! Break launched forward the second he landed, like a fencer almost, taking a full thrust with his right hand, straightforward toward Ryuu's open face. friend or not he was a fine fighter and there was no taking chances, he could apologize later. if it came to that

Ryuu had to hand it to Victor, the guy was fast, and his reaction time wasn't half bad. Unfortunately, his moves were also predictable. So when he saw "Break" launch himself forward the moment he landed after jumping back to avoid Ryuu's feint strike, he was prepared for the strike that Victor launched with his right hand at Ryuu's face. Knocking the arm away by blocking with his left hand, Ryuu's right hand then shot out almost instantaneously, taking advantage of the fact that Victor had moved forward to attack, to wrap around his throat, choking the air out of him. And given the fact of how close they were, Victor would have a hard time blocking or even dodging this. He then threw all his weight forward, attempting to slam him into the ground, if it worked, he would crush his windpipe against the ground with his body weight.
No doubt Victor would try to kick him, to try and get him to release him, but in this position, there was no way in heck he'd be able to keep him from cutting air off in this position. And no doubt the blow itself would hurt a ton. He then began to move forward, sliding up Victor's body, until he was straddling him by his core, which effectively rendered his legs useless, which meant he wouldn't be able to kick him now, all he had was his arms, but in this position, he'd have a hard time generating enough strength to even hurt Ryuu, who was free to rain blows down on him. He kept his left hand close, ready to block any attack he would try to strike with, just in case, as his grip tightened around Victor's throat, cutting off his air supply slowly but gradually.

When sylar was done rolling Emily was already on top of him. His sight went blurry and her knee went in the crotch area. He was losing feeling in his legs when he decided to use his arms and try to break hers up. If he got them off his neck he would bear hug her to close the gap between the two. Afterwards he would try and get the top position of the two. If he got that then he would start pounding away. Not really caring if she was a girl anymore.

Victor's arm was rejected, and a hand closed around victor's thraot, but victor, always the wrestler, knew how to give an inch to take a mile. He fell back very purposefully, rolling as he hit the ground, a backwards summersault to throw ryuu underneath him. Victor was stronger and heavier so he intended to stay on top, straddling ryuu's core as he had planned to do to victor, sadly it never got that far for him. Victor would grab the wrist with his left hand, using his superior strength to keep it there, and then grabbing at the elbow with his right hand he would pull both ways. pressure applied to those two areas would surely break ryuu's arm. Cruel yes, but this contest had gone on far too long, and his partner was in need of help.

It seemed "Break" fell back purposely as Ryuu made to slam him into the ground, doing a backwards somersault which resulted in Ryuu being flipped over him. Ryuu felt himself land hard on his back, knocking the wind out of him, as Ryuu released his grip on his throat. He saw from the top of his head, "Break" try to land on his chest, to attempt to straddle him like Ryuu had tried to do, except he reacted and rolled immediately, his eyes wide with surprise. That's right, rolled. Sideways, to his left. He ended up on his stomach, before quickly scrambling to his feet. "I don't think so." Ryuu muttered, as he once more spread his legs apart, standing sideways, his hands held loosely out in front of him.
Ryuu wasn't going to just let Victor lay some smack down on him, they may be friends, but this fight had gone on far enough. Ryuu looked from the corner of his eye to see what Emily's current situation was, he knew she'd be fine, she would be able to handle herself. "Enough of this foolishness." Ryuu said calmly. "If you continue on this path, then I will stop you Victor." And Ryuu was completely serious. He would not let this fight go on any longer. Victor's moves, they were too predictable. And Ryuu would use this fact to his advantage. He shifted his left hand, so it was now hidden behind his body, as he kept his right hand out, the back of his hand facing "Break," as he waited for him to make his move.

Emily's reaction to Sylar trying to break her arms? It was simple, she leaned forward, as to bring her more vulnerable elbows to a lesser stressing position. Her hold was tight, and he wasn't showing much signs of struggle as she wasn't really going anywhere. The nails on her fingers were clean cut, but were apparently enough to cause significant pain as she pressed against his neck. "You're a fighter; you know where my hands could go and I think you know that I could end this right here, right now. Yield."
She would shift her knees slightly, still keeping him in place but allowing his legs some air. After being deprived of nourishment for so long, one could only imagine how it would feel like to have your entire lower body feel like it was being poked at from every direction with pins and needles -- and even before the sensation was over, Emily would shift her legs again, returning to the position where she shut down his blood flow thighs down. "You could lose your legs." She noted somewhat casually, "... and maybe, your mind as well."
She would then bash her head onto Sylar's nose, where the force may or may not be able to break it, causing him to bleed significantly if successful.
That is of course, unless Victor wasn't too busy on Ryuu to help a friend out.

Emily hit his nose and he started to bleed. It wasn’t broken but it was painful.
“Fine, I quit. I’m done, happy?”
Sylar wasn’t actually done with the fight. He just wanted her to get off him, and then when she walked away he would stand up. He would grab one of the metal canisters that used to hold the lighter fluid. He would then sneak up behind here and smack her as hard as he could on the back of the neck, hopefully knocking her out. He would then go help Break.
If she didn’t believe him he would stop the struggle until she did, even if he had to take some more damage.

Break considered this for a moment, they where both getting serious. If the fight continued any longer one of them was going to end up at the hospital... worth it? He looked to sylar, who was... well for lack of better term, losing. then he heard him verbally give up. Break thought about it, sylar was a dirty fighter, and he was probably just using it to his advantage. Personally, break figured he could take ryuu, but he knew there was no way they where going to get anywhere with emily here. Victor weighed his options... he liked his face the shape it was.
"Sylar, we should get out of here... our job is done" he said with a little smirk. the orders never said they had to win, simply that they had to confuse their enemy, leaving now would be great for the confusing.

“Fine, I quit. I’m done, happy?” Emily raised her eyebrow, slightly smirking inwardly. "You don't seem honest enough." She said, gripping his neck tighter before she leaned forward to whisper into Sylar's ears. "I want you to say it like you mean it. Like your life depended on it."
Her green eyes were flaring as much as the fires that were still very much alive on the lawn. She had heard about the two retreating - oh ho, Emily wasn't going to let them off that easily. "You will tell me who gave you the orders against us, won't you?"
She had a sly grin. Emily could be really dark at times. Maybe she had her period today. >_>;

Ryuu frowned slightly, as his brows furrowed at Sylar's claim of surrender. Emily however, didn't believe him, which was to be expected. Sure, Sylar was losing, but to give up so quickly, without even trying to fight back? Something had to give. Ryuu had to admit, Victor was a good fighter, his strength and speed was even with Ryuu's. But his moves were also too predictable, which allowed Ryuu to counter them with ease. "Leaving so soon?" Ryuu smirked slightly as he heard Victor tell Sylar they should retreat, his expression just as sly as Emily's, "But the party's just getting started." His eyes burning as fiery as the flames he controlled or on the lawn, he would wait to see what the two would do.
After all, it seemed Emily wasn't planning on letting Sylar go so easily. They had called out members from Militia, well they got members from Militia. "Start talking boys," Ryuu said in a no-nonsense business-like tone of voice, the smirk still on his face as he stayed in his stance, "You're not going anywhere until we get the answers we want. And trust me, if they're not to our satisfaction, you'll be getting a lot more than just a bleeding nose." If it came down to it, Ryuu might end up using his Qi to get the answers, though he really didn't want to have to go that far. Victor was still his friend, regardless. "Tick tock, tick tock, time's a wasting. Start talking, or face the consequences."

“Sorry sis. I would rather die than answer that question. It is just one of those things. Now if you don’t mind can you let me go please? I really should be on my way.”
This time he was sincere. There was no way he was coming back. He had done his job. Disrupt the order of things so he would now walk away. That was if she let him. Even if she did inflict more damage he would just heal and just walk away. That was it. He was done. He had pissed her off. Wow he was an asshole

Emily chuckled - her feet would slip off of Sylar's legs, causing him to slowly feel his legs back. Well, that girl knew what she was doing. After all, Sylar won't be able to move his legs well for the rest of the next 15 minutes. Meanwhile, he would experience massive pain shooting from his legs. Emily gave him a dark grin as she stood and walked towards Ryuu. "Get out of my sight. Might as well carry Sylar, Victor. His legs are going to be numb for a while."
Emily then heard sirens. Alas, the fire department. Guess it was time to scram. "Ryuu, let's head back. I'm all sweaty." She sighed. This was so troublesome. Maybe a cold dip in the school pool will do her good.

Ryuu straightened up, folding his arms across his chest as he heard Sylar say he rather die than tell them anything, as Emily chuckled before she slipped off Sylar and stood up, walking towards Ryuu, who had been keeping an eye on Victor, in case he pulled anything. "I'd do what she says," Ryuu added, smirking just as darkly as Emily, "You don't want to see her when she's angry." The sound of sirens then perked Ryuu's ears, the fire department. Time to bail boys and girl! "Gladly..." Ryuu muttered under his breath, as he turned and walked away, "What a pain..." He shoved his hands into his pockets, as he walked beside Emily.
"How about we go for a dip in the pool? I'm not exactly sweat-free myself, and I have my board shorts in my locker anyways." This entire fight was troublesome, and another patch of grass was burned... again. "People really need to find a less dramatic display to attract the attention of the people they want to call out..." Ryuu muttered, as he pulled open the door and waited for Emily to go in, before following in after her, and headed to his locker, to grab his board shorts. Though he did wonder, who exactly ordered Sylar and Victor to seek out members of Militia, and more importantly, why? Questions that would seem to remain unanswered, for the time being that is...

Victor winked at both of them, "thanks for the tustle, it was fun" he said with a deep hearty chuckle. the timing was good. Ryuu shouldn't have just let them leave like this, he was a fool to not get the info he had only previously asked for. "see you at practice" Break said with a genuinely happy friendly smile as ryuu and emily left.
He walked over to sylar, offering him a hand to get up, he knew sylar would probably rather walk than be carried. "that was a pretty good time, next time though, lets take them on with numbers to our advantage...fighting both of them was kind of stupid" he said with a laugh. He had nothing to do, so he pulled out his phone and started going through numbers, had to find someone to hang out with...
