Not bad at all. The multi-colored council thing is a little campy, but hell, I think it's got a creative feel to it, and it remains true to the dramatic interpretation of the Flash well. I also sense a lot of potential with the villainy behind the group, and it'll be good to revert back to the Council as the main force of the Corporal Punishment System's influence instead of a headmaster.
All in all, this story shows promise, so I feel fully behind it. Just avoid the talking dogs and the zombie wars, and I'll be happy. ;D
