I don't see why not, because I did it with Haruka. (-gulp-) If you decide to rework your character into a native, then that would mean you will have to discard all previous history from other boards and start everything (memories and such) from scratch. It's convenient for those who have very little involvement with other boards, but something transfers with a lot of EXP probably would not do. As of now, I think it's an excusable loophole, but then again -- it's something worth convening with the other mods for.

Well it certainly seems as if you're telling anyone from Hircine who wants to join to just go ahead and make a new character, but from the perspective of any other Stat-based XIN rpb, the ruling makes sense.

I'd say that, if your transferring from hircine and have record of your fights there, then just start with the 90 exp and you get 1 exp for fights on hircine. We're not saying to make a new character- not if you like the storyline you had going with the old one. Just transfer everything over and get the 90 + fights exp. If your more concerned with your character being weaker then others, then you could of course start a new one.
At least, thats how i see that.

... To point out, I don't even think Kazuki Shinato - Hircine's former admin - even has thirty fights under his belt, and the mofo's character has over 4,000 posts under his belt.
I still think it's unfair that a different style of RPing is getting a leg chopped off like that, but whatever, I'm in no mood to bitch about it anymore. I'll just accept that my character's frakked and deal with it. But it's the complexity of things like this that make me prefer statless.
Edit: Sorry if this comes off as harsh; I tend to act pissy at work. But still, the message stands. I'd drop Allen's history and reboot him, but I think it'd be far more interesting to play off the references to Mugen Hall and Hircine High in order to continue his story, so I'll take the loss of 30 points if I must. But I feel bad for any other Hircinian transfers; they'd be crazy to try, since most of us barely fight as much as stat folks do.
