Evenin' my PHS 42 ladies and gents, I'm the roleplayer for Gareth Rahkier, one of your latest additions. You can call me Leon Loire, or Allen Daughtry, or by this character, or even my real name John if you want; hell, you could really call me anything, so long as I feel like you love me for it! ;D
I'm a Xin oldie of nearly four years, as I joined XinRP1 in May of 2005. I've been RPing across the Xin world ever since, meeting all kinds of people, including a few faces 'round here. I was on Varron first, then its successor Hircine, then tried my luck at Mugen (where I met some of you, and came to befriend others), transferred over to the new 552, and now I'm here. I'm more of a statless guy myself, but stats don't bother me, and I saw how incredibly energetic this place is, so I wanted a piece of it.
My main passion around boards like these is writing. I discovered my love for the art when I first joined Varron, and ever since I've made it my primary motive for sticking around, as I enjoy developing plot lines for the character and following those made by others. Though I had the ambition to be a plot leader in my early days like many others, I tend to take a follower's role, which is something I'd like to break someday, but I never tend to. Instead, I prefer to focus my creative ability in fiction outside of Xin, particularly a "novel project" I've been working on since my senior year. It's barely off its feet - just a prologue and half of a chapter - but there's a great deal of notes behind it, even more in my head, and enough ambition for it to be the thing that drives me. It's my baby. So if you see a "Liberalloire's Literature" page in the art section, you know what it probably holds.
In any case, just wanted to say "HEY!" and hope to see ya'll around the board soon enough. I already jumped into Kate's cheerleader thread, and plan to do a good deal more.
