Thread Request Sub-board

I noticed that we don't have a thread request sub-board in the OOC section. Now while I know a lot of us makes requests for threads in the Spam thread, a lot of times, the requests get lost in the immense amount of pages because people post a lot in the thread. So why not make a board for requesting threads? It's a lot easier to get replies for general social or fight threads (Obviously plot threads will get discussed privately), and that way, thread request... threads, don't clog up the OOC board.

We want to avoid the possible crowding with sub boards, (cause it makes it confusing if there are quite a lot) but I believe this is one necessary type of ooc sub board since this place is so freaking active oocly. I'll see what the others think first.
