Personality: To put it simply, Markus is a jerk. Having been compared to his cousin Seth for his whole life, Markus has developed an inferiority complex regarding him, actively trying to be the complete opposite of his cousin. Loudmouthed, arrogant, selfish, all of these could accurately describe Markus, though despite his best efforts, he still has some similiarities to Seth. Ruthless, driven, and willing to do anything to get what he wants, Markus has no qualms against attacking someone from behind, or using a weapon. As long as he wins, Markus is willing to do whatever it takes.
Tempermental and hot-headed, Markus has been known to hold grudges for long periods of time, especially against those who have managed to humiliate him in public. It's not uncommon for him to bide his time, waiting for months on end for the perfect opportunity to take his revenge, which given his nature, can come across as quite brutal. During a fight, he can seem quite sadistic, although this is mostly due to the fact that he can get carried away in his quest to win.

Far from being the teenage heart throb his cousin has become, Markus is still fairly attractive, milking his "bad boy" image for all it's worth. Unblemished skin, perfect teeth, even his hair is kept in an impressive state, slathered every morning in shampoo, conditioner, and gel. When dressed to impress, Markus has been known to add a few gold chains to hand loosely around his neck, though this is typically quite rare.

Description of style: Not actually an official style, per se. Markus' version of street fighting consists of simple punches and kicks, far and away from the fancy techniques one would learn from an actual martial art. In this sense, Markus has a somewhat varied fighting style, as he takes concepts from what he's seen on T.V. in professional wrestling and martial arts movies and applies it in real life situations, sometimes quite dangerously. Markus tends to use punches more than kicks, as they are easier to recover from, and has been known to attack joints in an attempt to end fights quickly.
Overall Strengths: Ruthless, wants to win at any cost, even if it involves underhanded tactics. Very fast, able to put considerable momentum behind his attacks to inflict more damage, and due to the sheer number of fights he's been in, has a decent tolerance for pain as well.
Overall Weaknesses: Markus is fairly dumb, in terms of "book smarts". Unlikely to win a real test of strength between most who are larger than him, and due to his attitude, tends to have very few friends who are willing to help him out, in a fight or otherwise.
History Information
History: From the very beginning of his life, Markus had always been second best. Having been born two years after his cousin Seth, Markus was always compared to the older boy in terms of progress, as his parents had always been very competitive with Seth's. From the smallest things, like the age at which he took his first steps, to slightly more important, such as test scores and sparring abilities would be compared to his cousin's, contests which he consistently lost. At the tender age of five, Markus' mother encouraged him to pick a fight with his cousin, a fight he decidedly lost, and one that changed his outlook on life from then on.
No longer would he compete directly against Seth, instead, he would be recognized for other things.
His family was well off, which left Markus with many opportunities to improve himself. Yet, despite these advantages, Markus' attitude sharply declined as he entered the final years of grade school. The boy never did his homework, rarely passed tests, and skipped school often, his grades falling rapidly as a result. This on its own would hardly be a problem, as his father would be able to buy Markus' placement into the school of his choice, but unfortunately Markus' attitude change did not end there. The boy acted as if he were entitled to the world, and whenever someone disagreed, he would lash out at them with unbridled fury. Those he couldn't outright defeat, Markus would run away from, waiting until their guard was dropped before attacking them from behind. After one such incident where Markus attacked another student with a baseball bat, the boy was reccommended to be placed in the public school system for his high school years.
For his first year in high school, Markus remained fairly calm, running away from most fights and focusing mainly on seducing the female students. However, near the end of his freshman year, the boy suddenly exploded in activity, attacking students at the drop of a hat. Determined to have his son "fixed", Markus' father offered him two options: he could attend Hircine High with Seth, or transfer to PHS #42.
And so, Markus has made his choice.
