Mental Information
Personality:
Bix is a strange girl, firstly, Bix is a nickname she gave herself, the one she goes by rather than her name. It isn't that she hides her name, more that she just isn't too fond of the name Liberty. Sounds too cheerleader she believes. The personality is going to be broken down into a few subsections.
In School:
Bix is not part of any 'in crowd' instead she likes to remain on the outskirts of many different crowds. She is observant and hears many things, a carrier of information though her price is high for that information to be bought. Bix is odd, catching the eye of many with the way she dresses but she enjoys the attention. Rather than fitting in all the time, and being lost in the 'sheep' crowd she stands out as her own woman . Bix tends to stick to herself, but when she feels like speaking she will. She stays quiet her voice is sometimes described as creepy.
In the World:
Out in the world, Bix is still odd. The way she dresses makes mothers shake their heads, fathers cock a brow, and peers think her odd. But it is not just her outfits. It's Bix in general. She works at an occult shop, and not only because it's a job. But because she actually believes in the occult. She practices witchcraft from the books she buys with her store discount and uses them. She feels that they actually work, spells and incantations work on those that she wishes them to. She fully believes in voodoo, and the ability to cause people pain from another destination. Bix is the kind of girl that finds interest in the most morbid of things. Death, blood, gore, beatings. She researches, studies, and takes the knowledge of her observations into her mind to keep, never knowing when it might come in handy.
At home:
At home Bix is more relaxed but she still, like in other times, keeps more to herself than anything. She likes it that way, she even keeps away from her parents and her twin brothers. Bix herself is not part of the twins, they are two years older than her. She stays in her room, only coming out for dinner every so often, as she isn't interested in 'family time'. Bix does witchcraft in her room during her time alone, and enjoys using her computer to further her research into the occult.
Mentality:
Sane
Ideal:
Entertainment is what you make of it
Belief:
Non Relgious. What is in it for her?
Physical Information
Build:
Bix is a slight girl. She doesn't really have much in the way of curves. She was an average chest for her slight weight. She's porportionate. Long slender legs, are the only real muscle mass. Her arms are slender, and she is somewhat above average in height for her age. Slender body, with no bulk. Soft curve of her hips, and a tiny waist. She doesn't eat much and it is this that keeps her so thin.
Defining Marks:
On her left side under the ribcage. A stab wound and deep slash marr her skin.
Description:
Bix is a small girl. Has little stature. Thin shoulders flow down into arms that have a slight bit of tone but no real definition. Just enough to keep any flab or extra fat from collecting. Average bust, nothing all that special. Small waist, full hips, long legs. She is not athletic, but not flabby. She is not strong as obviously shown with her body and the lack of muscular definition.
Overall Bix is the kind of girl that catches the eye. She's slightly strange. Her hair is blue, definatly dyed and no one knows the real color and it's the same color as her natural eyes. She has pale skin, pale lips, and soft contours. She does not have promienent cheek bones. Often wears her own style, often seen as strange, Bix likes to stick out, catch the eye, and throw people off. Her clothing style changes but always remains the Bix Style as she likes to call it.
Apparel Information
Head Gear: Differs upon days
Shirts: Usually dark in color. Blue or black. Tight fitted, rarely loose, but it depends on her mood. Varies from button downs to pull over tshirts. As well as vests, jackets, and dresses
Pants: Usually tights, sometimes jeans, most often skirts.

Fighting Information
Fighting Style:
Street
Years Practiced:
About 4 years.
Description of style:
Bix has a style that most would call 'Street'. She just uses her environment and her mental thoughts. No she isn't psychic, while she believes psychic's do exist she knows that she isnt' one. But she uses innovation, quick thinking, and fast movements. Because of her small size she is very agile and fast leaving her a slight advatage in that kind of category. Bix uses her speed most of all. She uses a lot of twirling and acrobatics as well, while she was never trained as a gymnyst or anything she knows how to move her body. Using uncommon methods. She will use kicks most of all, often aiming for the knees and the joints because they are the weakest places in the body. Beware if she gets behind you, because she is a little monkey. She'll jump up on your back piggy back style and choke the shit out of you, or slam her fingers into your throat. She's not above cheap shots to get the job done, watch the little pistol she's fast, smoothe, and knows how to surprise you.
History Information
History:
Bix had always been an interesting child. More interested in frying ants under magnifying glasses than she was watching cartoons and playing with Barbies. That isn't to say she didn't have them. But they were all.. different. What had once been blonde hair had been Crayola Markered into different colors, streaks, rainbows, braids, and a myriad of other things. She was creative, her mother said as she ruined Barbie after Barbie, but her creativity didn't stop there. Even as a young girl she hated the color pink, she refused to wear it and instead picked oranges, yellows, purples, blacks. And never once she reached the age of three, would she let her mother dress her. Instead, Bix had already developed her own style and while people made fun of her for it she was confident they were merely jealous.
School wasn't too hard for Bix, if she cared enough to pay attention. But even then her mind wandered. It wasn't so much that she had ADD as she was later diagnosed with when the craze was going around. But that she just... didn't care. School was boring, not stimulating enough, pasting and coloring only went so far, and studying from a large book of small print was not exactly the way that Bix enjoyed spending her day. No one can really pinpoint the moment she went from being everyone's Little Libby, to Bix. It was somewhere, in the third grade Bix believes, that when the teacher began taking role, the young girl raised her hand and said 'it's Bix'.
From then on she didn't go by anything else. While her mother still called her Libby, she only really answered to Bix if she could help it. But he rparents refused to acknowledge such a stupid and juvenile request from their young daughter. Still though, Bix went by nothing else at school. Her teachers, friends, and the administration even began to call her Bix, it was noted in her records and so with each passing year, it became Bix and not Liberty that they would call out on the first day. Happy with this change, Bix never wanted to change her name again, and Bix is still to this day what she goes by.
It was in grade five that Bix came across what would become a big part of her life. Her mother had always been into astrology and the tarot cards. There was a small special shop in the east side of San Francisco where things such as this were sold. The kind of 'used book store' that only 'special' guests go into. Dreamcatchers in the windows, dusty cobwebs, books that hadn't seen the light of day since they were printed. It was a witch's paradise. And thus as the young fifth grader entered her mother went about looking for new Tarot deck, she began to take interest in a darkly shrouded bookcase in the back of the store.
Opening a large dusty tome, that was brown and had a symbol on the front, she began to read through it, getting into the way the spells were written, the ingrediants needed, the ways that they could be used, or altered for a different effect. The book of diagrams for casting, the candles needed, the special carvings that had certain meanings. And even voodoo. Of course this was not all in one single book but in many different ones that the young girl had found herself enthralled in. It was surrounded by a pile of books on the dusty floor that the curator of the establishment found the young Bix.
"Dangerous material, this young mind does read." the woman had croaked.
"It isn't dangerous!"
"In the wrong hands, it could very well be."
"I don't have the wrong hands!" Bix said indignantly.
"So I see... so I see..." she exclaimed with her hazed over eyes.
Bix ended up getting a discount, the woman explaining to her mother they were harmless novels that were on clearance. In a hurry because the store was closing and dinner had not even been cooked at home yet, Bixs' mother just bought the books for her daughter unaware of the can of worms she had opened. Or is it a Can of Rat Tails?
It was then that everything began to change. Bix had always been somewhat alright with hanging around her family but it seemed that all she did now was hang out in her room and study. Her grades stayed at an average level, she began to stop trying in school and just getting by. Her room was soon painted a deep midnight blue color with white trim. She had her father exchange her normal light for a dark candlelier made of black iron with small candle like bulbs. She began to wear wierder clothes and by her freshman year she had already dyed her hair blue with no intention of changing it. Bix used candles and the chandlier for light, having dark heavy curtains on the window as if the sun was going to burn her skin.
Bix had begun speaking in a very detatched manner some years back after she had found her way to Witchcraft. She truly believed it worked, and swore she had seen it do so. She could prove it if someone had the patience to wait around and see. But still, no one really got close to the girl, and she didn't want them to. She was a strange one. She was the kind of girl that would grin when a squirrel got runover in the street, or a baby bird fell out of the nest. Life and death and death and life were part of a cycle, life was just this way. People that found it a shame were stupid, Bix was ready to die at any time, spells had already been put into place for her future and her afterlife. She was not worried in the least.
But because of her nature, and the fact that she openly practiced witchcraft on school grounds, she began to get in trouble. Mostly because others couldn't leave her alone. The weird girl, the witch, the bitch, it just depended on what group you were talking about to what label they placed on the blue haired girl. She was constantly getting into fights. Oh they would start out verbal enough but they would always end violently. She had sucked at first. Her fighting had never been a strong point, and hadnever had to be. But there was something about teenagers that couldn't leave her alone, they had to bug her. And that turned into violence at the end. She went home battered and bruised, casting angry spells by the candle light in her room with the ingrediants that she had stored in a special locked cabinet.
But she learned too. With every fight she took fighting knowledge away and began to use it on the people that would fight her. And it didn't always work, but if she could get a hit or two in, it was better than she ever had before. But with her life at school being shit, her home life fell to because of her strangeness and the lack of connection with her family. Fights began to break out because they desperatly wanted their daughter to spend time with them and she was forever busy. This coupled with school, made the young girl angry and she began to take it out on people. Voodoo, spells, and her fists. It was for these reasons that she was sent to 49, and this reason that she stays.
Her psychologist labeled her: Unfit for normal society.
