- Manga - Emi enjoys reading Manga as much as a lot of her peers. Who doesn't love manga nowadays, anyway?!
- Reading - ... besides manga she reads a whole assortment of books, from sci-fi to Autobiographies.
- Linguistics - Emi studies languages for leisure. Yes, she studies other languages to kill time... hence why she knows some asian languages like Filipino and Japanese. Wait... she's Filipino, so I guess that explains it.
- Swimming - Swimming is one of the very few things that relax this very confusing young lady. She doesn't compete in swim meets, but she's better than most in the art.
- Cooking - Though not professional, Emily is a good cook and she knows it. She finds it an interesting hobby as it forces her to learn precision and it trains her to withstand the insane temperatures of the kitchen.
- Sleeping - Emi's the absolute opposite of an Insomniac, she finds herself asleep a lot of times (besides class hours) and usually sleeps her way through the rest of the day after homework's done. It is a miracle she wakes up in time for class every day - good thing about this is, she has a very high level of energy during the day - but is very tired at night.
Talents:
- Manga Writing/Drawing - Emily's first love, (and currently - her only love) was Manga. She loved to write graphic novels, and under a pseudonym she had written quite a few, herself. Though she’s centers more on romance and sci-fi genres, she isn’t afraid to give it a hint of drama or comedy every once in a while.
- High Jumps - Produced by her knowing the Ranken martial arts, she was "Forced" to develop a talent for high jumps. Her legs are powerful enough to support such jumps and she finds it handy in combat.
- Singing - As much as Emily loves to deny it (under normal circumstances), she has a really good classical type voice. Being classical, her voice is more ... soothing than most.
- Track-and-Field - Surprisingly, one of the only two sports that Emily is interested in is Running - and when I say running I mean REALLY FAST RUNNING. She had been an athlete in her past school, and generally won almost every 50m dash in the women's division - sadly, for her... she wasn't much to withstand too much stress and instantly falls asleep as soon as she hits the finish line.

In General...
Emily is generally practical, wise, and eager for improvement. She usually follows what's on her heart more than her head, but she never forgets to use her mind once in a while and think. She actually could get pretty reckless in her decisions, and do things for the most random of intentions -- however, she almost always means well.
With regards to friends/enemies...
As much as possible, Emily tries to make friends with everyone. She doesn't like making enemies, as a result of her constant yearning for acceptance.
Her friends are very important to her, and will be more than happy to lend a hand whenever she can.
However, when Emily declares someone a threat to her... she becomes wary of the person. She openly tries to reconcile with that person, but she will not be as trusting. However, when they pass the line - there will always be that sort of dislike for that certain person, but it would not be strong enough to be called hate as she constantly convinces herself of possible circumstances of why people do horrible things.

With regards to education...
Emily's practicality drives her to be the best she can be in school -- almost bordering perfectionism. She may not be the smartest or the brightest kid on the block, but teachers remember her to be hardworking and very participative.

Emily is a hopeless romantic, as with most Shoujo mangaka authors. Like most girls: she daydreams, she fantasizes-- but she knows the proper times for such things. Loyalty and trust are important to her, so you can expect her to more or less be selfless.

Well, it's just a head... and there's actually nothing much to say about hers. Her face is pretty, and would even border being beautiful when she smiles. Emily also has a very mysterious set of green eyes.

Emily has a bust size that is lightly off average, but nothing too 'big'. This could be the only thing Emily is conscious about with regards to her body.

From all the drawing and swimming, her arms are somewhat muscular, but nothing outside the normal range. Her left arm though had been previously dislocated,
Legs:
Since Emily is a swimmer; not to forget being also a track-and-field sprinter, she has very well-developed legs. She is very light on her feet and graceful. This is where most of her strength goes in to.
Feet:
Sadly, she has VERY big feet. Cursed with a foot size of 9 (women's), she has difficulty finding shoes and sandals to her liking - and that could survive a month withstanding all the torture she does to her feet.

History:
As surprising as most might think, Emily wasn’t an unsociable person before. She had been raised by a generally happy family in the Philippines with her parents as the one and only child.
Her life had been pretty normal, until her parents died on a dreadful fire while she was in Prep school. In the child’s trauma… she quit school for a year and started bordering being psychotic – changing personalities for every situation, with separate memories. Sad thing is, the other her gave her a lot of trouble – especially with every adoptive family that tried to get along with this girl’s difficult demeanor. Her first adoptive parents were verbally abusive – making her stop initiating conversation ‘completely’ and led to her being sold to an infertile couple – which became her second family.
They went to Japan with her, and actually lasted for 7 years. They were very kind to Emily and lavished her with many books, manga, and even some martial arts lessons – even taking her to a psychologist to treat her talking problem. All that stopped when they were murdered brutally by carjackers just as they were driving home from her school, leaving her again without any family – besides fatally wounded. She recovered though and was sent to an orphanage and was adopted again.
It was her 3rd family that took her to another country landed her on the last school she was on. They had been just as abusive, if not a lot more abusive than her first. It led her to go berserk and almost kill the entire family that was present that night. Emily then began to write manga over the summer, finishing them getting them published – and she earned a LOT out of it as her novel became a big hit.
The government took notice of her talents and actually sent her to a correctional facility for 2 months before she was sent to 259 in hopes of setting this girl straight. The government paid for her apartment – seeing as she had great potential in the field of Literature, and a good set of grades while she was in Japan.
After several years in PHS259, a call changed her life. It was a call from her biological uncle and aunt, whom had immigrated from the Philippines to San Francisco and chanced upon an opportunity to find her.
Morally obligated, Emily moved to San Francisco -- leaving the man whom her heart desired, behind. It was only a week after than she heard of the earthquake. Having heard nothing from "Unfettered" for a long time, Emily was at a loss, and decided to wait a bit before opening her heart again to anyone.
She loved him dearly, and she will wait. Here, at this new school.
