OOC((You got it right- all actions i wrote about were what he would do from the moment he grabbed Ethans arm. You can step in there wherever you feel good about- for future reference ^_^))
Well, here was some good and bad news for the assassin.
Bad news first.
The grip David held on the arm? It was, in essence, a clamp, and pitted the strength of Davids Entire upper body against the strength that this kid could muster in one arm. The whole point of the hold was just that- to utterly destrabilize any ammassing of strength into the arm. The only thing this attacker would get from trying to pull his arm away was a dislocated shoulder- if, that is, he didnt feel it in time. If the kid caught it, he probably wouldnt get anything more then a slight twinge of pain.
Good news next.
The good news for this guy was that his kick would not be stopped- not because David didn't want to, but because his body, in the position it was in, was not at a viable angle to do so. If he released the hold to block the leg he may risk greater damage to himself than he would have gotten by stopping the blow. He pressurized air through his mouth, letting it out in a quick jolt as the impact cracked into his ribcage. As before, it didnt hurt- least, not much. Just a light ache at best. David would follow through with his movement- as the kick crashed into his side, he would not just stand idle and wait for the boy to recover. Now the fellow was off blance and on one leg- he would definitely fall.
And, as David continued with the take down, he would calculate the landing and position himself for an armbar accordingly.
Once this move was in- it would utterly shatter this assassins elbow.
OOC((I must also ask forgiveness- i have not slept for 34 hours. If anything seems out of whach or confusing, please don't hesitate to PM me.))
