Dum, dum, dum,
Their footsteps resonated in the home as they made their way upstairs. Leanne was a little excited and anxious to see what her room would be like and how Nicolas lived. After all everyone was different and she wanted to learn how families in this city may work. Okay, that sounded funny, but y'know Leanne never really had a normal family after she moved out of France. She had served as a maid in all her other households so the relationship and perhaps even room arrangements and everything were a bit different!
This right here is the bathroom we'll be sharing, and this,
"All right," Leanne noted at the clean bathroom secretly cheering for promising hygiene.
"is my room."
"Nice room," Leanne said taking he whole place in. It was nice with the night stand, the large bed, the mirrored closets. Yes, mirrors! And what she liked the best was the balcony.
O Romeo, Romeo, Wherefore art thou Romeo? Cough. Right. Leanne liked the idea of a balcony and being able to get freshair even with the scary stories of freaky people climbing on it and stealing things.

"And last, but certainly not least," he exited his room and went all the way to the other end of the hallway where the door was closed, "Your room..."
He opened the door to a room almost identical to Nick's, except there was no balcony, just some windows with curtains, a four poster bed, and the same mirrored closet. There was even a guitar and amp in there. The room definitely had more of a girlish feel to it. Nick turned to Leanne and smiled lightly.
"Vuala! I hope you like it."
Nick stepped aside so she could pass and enter the room to check it out.

Fantastic.
A four poster bed. Leanne felt like a princess already. You know with the whole drapes and like fairytale influence! Four poster beds were totally awesome and Leanne was a little excited to be living in here. It was definitely more girly than Nicolas' room and even though there wasn't a balcony Leanne was more than happy to see a guitar up in the room. She could loved that instrument to little bits, more than any other.
"Vuala! I hope you like it."
Leanne found herself stepping into the room with excitement and content building up with each step she took.
"I do quite like it. Thank you for everything." Leanne would say as she'd turn around to face Nicolas with a small bow and smile.

Nick smiled at her bow and thanks. He was glad to see that the girl now had a proper place to stay. It would be much easier for her to get to school, and to Nick, it was like having a friend to live with.
"Well, lets get your stuff up here so you can begin to move in."
He still was bottling up most of his excitement, and he really didn't know what to think, having a girl living with him. That was a huge step for Nick, seeing how often he flirted with them, now hopefully he wouldn't screw this up.

"Well, lets get your stuff up here so you can begin to move in."
"Alrighty let's go." Leanne said a with a cheerful tone before turning on her heel to head downstairs towards the front door.
Once they'd reach outside and Nicolas had opened the trunk, car doors and so forth she'd reach in and pull out on of her boxes and begin hauling the heavy little thing inside. Now, even though Leanne packed the boxes she wasn't sure what she put in it exactly, to make it so heavy! If all went well and such, Leanne would make her way upstairs and, well that was when the mess would begin.
Leanne wasn't strong at all in any way. Okay, may be perhaps she's strong willed, but physically, she was absolutely fragile. Not that she liked it, but after her incident in 552 she got considerably weaker. Well, mentioning this would mean that something happened with reference to her strength right? Right! Leanne had troubles heaving the box upstairs and well, it caused her to loose balance and tumble backwards.
Uh. Oh. Let's just hope when she gets up she wouldn't find anything broken.

They went outside and he opened the car doors and such and while she grabbed a box, he took one of the six, so she'd only have half the trips to make, plus he felt like it was the gentlemanly thing to do for his new roomie.
On their way to her room, came the stairs. Uh-oh... Nick knew that Leanne was fine for taking the boxes to the car, but upstairs? He'd have to watch her closely.
And he was correct. Nick saw she was losing her balance and he quickly set the box down and caught her from falling backwards, even though the box still fell to the floor. He also noticed that this was the first time he actually touched her. He blushed, and quickly tossed the thought out of his mind. Bad Nick! He promised himself it wouldn't be that way with this one.
He looked at her with his big dark blue eyes, which shined in the light as he held her.
"Are you alright? You've got to be more careful, you know?"
He smiled.
"I can carry your belongings upstairs if you'd like. How about you just focus on putting everything away?"

Leanne clenched her eyes shut bracing for impact and possibly a whole new world of hurt however it never came. Instead she felt herself being caught and heard the sound of a few heavy boxes create a loud 'thump' sound at the foot of the stairs. As if disbelieving her good fortune and still afraid of possible impact, Leanne opened one blue eye warily before she found herself staring at Nicolas' midnight hues. Before she knew it both of her eyes were open and she flew out of his grasp with a small blush gracing her pale high cheekbones.
"Are you alright? You've got to be more careful, you know?"
"F-fine." Leanne stuttered, obviously embarassed, "T-thanks!"
Great, now she was muttering like a silly schoolgirl. First the cheerful glee now the clumsy, shy, blushing symptoms? What was Nicolas doing to her? Or more so, what is Leanne doing with letting her guard down!? Right-y back to miss no-good ice queen.
And then he smiled.
Oh great. Who can be mean to such a childish goofy grin like that!? Leanne hated her soft spot for innocent, naive looking people and children.
"I can carry your belongings upstairs if you'd like. How about you just focus on putting everything away?"
"All right, that sounds fair enough." Leanne would say with a small smile, still slightly embarassed.

Leanne was still scrunched up in his arms waiting for impact. Nick continued to look down at her until she decided that she would open one eye to look into both of his. She suddenly flew out of his grasp to become red in the face from embarrassment.
"F-fine. T-thanks!"[/i]
Nick just continued to smile at her. She seemed like she was trying to revert back to the Leanne he knew instead of the Leanne that should be out, which was full of life and vigor.
"All right, that sounds fair enough."[/i]
Nick picked up the box she had dropped and carried it upstairs to her room. He would do the same for the other five and call that his workout for the day. He decided to join Leanne in her room to see if she needed help putting her belongings away.
"Hey... Um, do you need help with putting your stuff away? I'd be more than happy to help, but I'll understand if you don't want me to." he rubbed the back of his head and smiled at her embarrassingly.
He knew she might have personal items that she wouldn't want him to see or ask questions about, so he gave her the option.

The only personal belongings she had was pretty much just her female necessities and a ultrasound picture of her kid. Well, the child she had lost anyways. But, by the time Nicolas carried all the boxes to her room, she had already spread out one box containing her clothes out on the bed along with some hangers as she started to organize them all by length and colour in the closet. The other boxes laid where they were when Nicolas dropped them.
"Hey... Um, do you need help with putting your stuff away? I'd be more than happy to help, but I'll understand if you don't want me to."
"Oh, if you're willing to help then, why not?" Leanne would reply honestly as she pointed towards the box closest to the door. It would contain photo albums, and her books.

Nick smiled lightly at her. He got down onto the ground at sat there, beginning to open the box Leanne had pointed at. Apparently this one would be fine to open because it was the one she had designated as okay.
He got the box open and peered inside. He remembered this one to be rather heavy and now he knew why. It was full of books and photo albums, which were books in themselves. Then again, all the boxes were rather heavy...
Nick started to take everything out of the box nicely and sort them out, books from albums, trying to not pry as much as he could. Once he was done unpacking the box and sorting the contents, he would turn back to Leanne.
"Alright, I unpacked and sorted the box out, where do you want me to put it all? Or should I let you do that and start on another?"
