~OOC: I don't usually write 1st person, but I wanted to give it a try. ~
I wasn't exactly sure of what to expect when my eyes caught sight of the place I would be attending for the next couple of years. Moral Crest didn't seem too bad on the outside, but that didn't mean that the inside was going to be the same. Either way I wasn't really afraid. I had been through plenty of rough situations throughout the life I've lived so far, I really didn't believe that some school was going to be my downfall. Maybe I was being overconfident, but I felt it was the right thing to do. Go into something with your head held high, and you'll be just fine, right?
Today was going to be the first time I had ever stepped foot in the school. I realized now that it might have been a smart thing to visit it before hand, to try and get use to the layout, but I hadn't really cared to. I was busy with the millions of other things I liked to keep myself busy with. And when my hands lifted, and those brown leather gloves of mine gripped the handle to the main entrance, I briefly wondered what I was going to see. The pull opened the door, and I would walk my frame inside. Those black and white tennis shoes scuffed against the lineolium floor as my eyes searched the hallway.
There were plenty of students around, but that was to be expected. They were rushing about, laughing, yelling, shouting and everything else crazy teenagers did. I myself couldn't help but feel a little excited. I had to resist the sudden urge that arose, to send myself running down the hallway screaming shinanigans and flailing my arms. That wouldn't make a very good first impression at all. Instead I kept myself calm, cool and collected. My hands would lift to the sides of my head, and I would brush those dark red locks of hair from my vision, and tuck them behind my ears.
I hadn't decided to get myself all done up, super sexy or anything like that for my first day. I wasn't really looking for that kind of attention, it wasn't my style. Instead, I would rock my favorite outfit ever! I donned my white button-down shirt, with the sleeves cut off. I even had the bright red tie with it! Those brown pants of mine hugged my lower body, while the black suspenders clipped to the waist band were hidden underneath my shirt. I was definitely stylin', atleast in my eyes!
Upon looking around at everything that was surrounding me, I knew that this was definitely going to be an.. interesting place to attend. The student body seemed to be quite the mixing pot. People of all different races, cliques, and styles. It was a good thing though, because it would give me a chance to meet new people, the only downside being that it also gave her a wider variety of enemies. Of course I never focused on such a thing as an enemy. People were different, and view points ruled the world. I was the kind of girl that would be civil toward everyone, as long as I got it back.
My feet would carry my down the hall, slipping past other students as I did my best to manuver through the crowds and steer clear of causing and trouble. I definitely wasn't the most confrontational person in the bunch. So I had no plans of forcing my way into anyone's path. At least not intentionally. But regardless of whether or not I wanted to disrupt someone else's life, mine was dirupted no sooner then I had thought that. I felt someone bump into my from behind, and I hadn't expected it. "Ahh~!" I tried to correct myself, but I only ended up rolling my ankle and falling off to my left. My shoulder connected with someone's leg before I could stop myself. "I'm so sorry! It was an accident~!" Those word the first words I'd thrown out, even though I was probably in a little more pain at the moment. I just sat there in the middle of the hall, hands rubbing at my ankle to try and sooth the pain. Boy did I stick out now..
