Their fingers touched, the movement causing a static to run. Nervous yet sure the energy course between the girls. So close they where, Bastilles body to Homis. Their lips where almost touching. She reached as did the other then suddenly they touched and backed away for a moment. Then with frustrated tension they shot in.
“MINE!” Bastille growled but only persisted to slam into the pile of bricks as the janga tower fell on her head. Homi removed the block and was holding it up her head.
“I don’t believe so…” Homi said with a smile then added the block to the pile on Bastilles head as she muttered angrily about loosing. Bastille was not a good sport. Homi gently sat back. “so…why are we here?” she asked cutely. Bastille blushed and looked away smoothing out her hair and pulling it back into a pony tail then soothing out her skirt. Clearing her throat she went to speak but bit her lip. No, she was to embarrassed to tell homi that she was in a semi girlie way trying to get homis acceptance of blaze by getting him to meet her here at this local dinner. She turned to look at the cell phone on the table that was hers. It hadn’t moved in the last hour…of course they where two hours early. Thank you trolley system here…
Bastille turned to look at Homis smiling face.
“just meeting someone…”
She had called him last night and begged him to come today…hopefully he showed.

David sighed, cutting the engine to his car and leaning back in his seat. He wasnt exactly sure why he decided to come- he wasnt the type to come when summoned, but the girl had seemed rather energetic, excited, and somewhat frantic. He stepped out of the car to reveal a longsleved shirt, white in color, with Black pants on and his classic white sneakers. He walked to the door, pulling it open and nodding to the hostess as he made his way through the fine diner. He would have dressed up more- being a multi-billionair made him feel like he was suddenly severely under-dressed. He walked over to where Bastille and a female stood.
"Ladies...sorry to keep you waiting."
He would look at the new girl, Holding out his hand politely.
"David Blaze. You are..?"

“Hominaka Shelia “ she said quickly but flattery worked well with her. She blushed and turned away shyly. Bastille smirked and heald up her phone.
“your late” she said with a wink before getting up to hug him. Homi watched her in astonishment and then finally hiccupped out an “oh” before turning away as if pondering something of great importance. Bastille stopped before she actually touched him and watched homi with a rather big sigh. She would turn back.
“that’s my room mate…”

David was very use to meeting people of stance, important, grace, power. He didnt feel that this girl was any of those on his normal social standards, but it was obvious to Bastille that this was a very important meeting to her. This girl held sway with the girl, and David would treat her with the utmost dignity and respect that she deserved- just like he treated Bastille. He would hold the girls hand a moment as he bowed and smiled to her, releasing her hand before taking a seat. He spaced his forearms on the edges of the table as he clasped his hands together. He looked to Homi, then to Bastille, a small questioning look on his face.
"You didn't wait all this time for me without ordering, did you?" He gave Bastille a grin. "I'd hate to think that you had to pay for your meal." He said this, of course, to spite her, since he knew that, had she been to any fast food place, resteraunt, or any diner throught the city, that she would have gotten the meal free "Compliments of your secret admirer" He said that to let it be known that it was he who paid for it all. He, unlike her, made it known that he was dominating thier money battle, and he knew, deep down, she liked it.
He smiled charmingly, tauntingly.
What was she gonna do about it? Nothing.
She'd take it, just like she took the cars, the resteraunt, and the random meals they ate together.

Bastille turned a stiff head and her nose to the sky. Nope, she had done this on purpose…yes to in fact accept his offers.
“well I knew if I paid and ate my own food you would just buy me more…lets not waste food” she said with a smirk on her face. Homi however had a nervous smile on her face and only shook her head.
“im sorry, I have food at home…I will be leaving now.” She said with a smile towards the stranger. She turned to give a glare most horrifying to Bastille. “if you missy are a moment late or a scratch beat up I will inflict pain upon you beyond your years.” She said with her native American wave she was off. Homi went down the street with a sort of lifting air around her. That’s why Bastille was like a magnet to her, as she was to Blaze. But she was determined to be her own light as of now. Bastille pointed to the seat across from her.
“well… boya…I aint going to pivot my chair for you.” She said with a smirk.

He smiled, moving from the seat he was on to the one across from Bastille, looking over his shoulder at the girl that ran away. He was a little perplexed as to why the girl was here then suddenly left- it wasnt as if he smelled bad...he hoped. Maybe she had things to do, but he felt suddenly vulnerable, as though he had just met the parents of a girl he had been dating for two months and was unsure if he was liked. He looked up to the waiter, asking for a glass of water and a few minutes to think over what he wanted before he placed his order. He thought for a moment, then asked bastille the question in classic Blaze style- Bluntly.
"So, did i just pass or fail some sort of test?"
Simple and direct.

“you passed, its hard not to with Homi…she’s my room mate by the way.” She said sipping her complimentary coffee.
She turned to give a raised brow towards Blaze before kicking him hard under the table in the leg.
“this isn’t a date…so don’t get nervous”
She said her face looking rather nonchalant but her cheeks a deep shade of red. She knew why he was feeling the way he was and she felt bad, but Homi wouldn’t let it go until Bastille described why David’s name was in the last three journal entries she had put down. Homi had figured it out, despite Bastilles reluctances to provide a last name and switching him to a nickname of “slinger.” It was a name that only made sense in her own mind. She would then sigh aloud and look at him.
“I believe it is time I set things straight on my end…I believe I might have been confusing last time we met…after your dinner is done…let us take a walk across the bridge” she said pointing to the giant red one which she secretly feared above all else. She was going to use today as an excuse to finally cross it.

David cocked an eyebrow.
"Depressing..." He said with a little sarcastic undertone and smile. He didnt really think it a date, but he knew it had something important to do with her. He accepted his glas, left a ten on the table, then got up and held out a hand for her to walk. He wasnt truly hungry- he was more here to see this girl then to eat or do anything else. It had been far too long in his eyes since thier last meeting, and he wanted to see what she had to say, since it was true he was totally confused as to what she wanted with him. He would walk next to her to the bridge, wondering what significance it had with ehr, and why.
He thought back to the meeting with Mathew- had it had any effect? He doubted it. Mathew didnt seem like the type to be swayed by simple words or actions. He needed a blunt reminder of what was wrong. David wondered about Mathews claim to truly want good for the people- and how he would do anything to see it done. He set a mental note to speak with the boy further, even challenge him on it. But right now was about him and Bastille, and whateevr she felt she wanted to clarify. He hoped he hadnt done anything wrong, though he didnt see what there could be since he hadnt really spent much true time around her. He paused before the entrance to the bridge, holding out his hand again and giving a smile.
"Ladies first."

No…No…not water. Oh god, bridges over land are a-ok but water..she could drown. Who ever came up with eh idea of a bridge over water was stupid and out of his right mind. Life was meant to be lived not forgotten in a long plunge to the ground. She clung to the plants at the side of the road leading to the bridge side walk.
“erm…..how about we take a fairy…” she said her eyes rolling from one place to the next as she slowly played with plant leaves in her fingers and looked everywhere but down towards the gushing water coming into san Francisco bay. Her stomach churned unpleasantly.
