On all the boards I've been on thus far, there has been a section for posting where it was just a general area that wasn't zone specific. You 552 people will remember it as the "Role PLaying Section" or "Major Events" where it was just stuff that effected your character's storyline. People would be able to post big information there or have character plot defining threads that were different from all the classic "stuff at school" threads.
I say we bring it back.

I am not 100% sure but I think it means "Do Not Care". Which I think would be his way of saying he has no problem with it.
