Travis figured due to the clothing they were wearing, that it was probably best that they didn't pull up to a rather fancy restaurant on his loud, monstrous motorcycle. He was sure the people would appreciate it, and he didn't really want to draw too much attention to himself anyways. Instead, Travis had decided to call a cab and have it pick them up at their apartment. Travis was all dressed up, though he would admit that he felt a little awkward in the suit he was currently wearing. He hadn't worn it in quite some time, and he definitely didn't consider himself a suit kind of guy. He preferred more casual wear. But tonight was special wasn't it? He needed to dress up. Besides, it gave him a chance to see his beautiful girlfriend all dressed up as well.
He's open the door and pull himself from the cab, after he handed some cash over to the driver, telling him to keep the change. He'd stand, adjust the suit jacket for a moment and allow those black dress shoes of his to clack slightly against the pavement as he moved around to his girlfrined's door and opened it for her. He'd step off to the side and give Sara a little smile as he waited for her to get out of the car. He was really looking forward to this. Truth be told, he hadn't really ever gone to dinner with a date like this. Most of the time he had gone to dinner, it was with his family. And that was only on rare occasions.
Once she stepped out, Travis' right arm would wrap around his girlfriend's back, his right hand gripping her right side as he'd fixate his icy blue eyes upon The Vinicsia. From what Sara had said earlier, it was a very nice Italian restaurant. Travis' stomach would almost grumble when he realized just how hungry he was. This was going to be a good night, he was sure. After they ate they would have time to walk to a near-by movie theater, it would be nice to actually had a night out with Sara. Travis couldn't have asked for a better way to spend his evening, or anyone else he'd rather spend it with.
"Look's real nice so far."
Travis' words had came out as they began to walk toward the entrance. It was a good thing they had a reservation, it looked rather busy. Had they just come without preparing, they probably would have been turned away. Or they would have had to sit there for an hour to get a table. That definitely wouldn't have been fun. No, Travis was hoping this would shape up to be a fun night, without any stress. So far this day had gone pretty well, apart from the fight early on in it. They had made up though, and Travis didn't think he'd had a better shower in his lifetime. Yeah, he was a happy guy right now. All because of Sara.

Sara sat in the cab, feeling quite comfortable in her dress. She normally wasn't a dress person, but this was nice. It was going to be their first real date and she was excited. So excited that wearing a dress wasn't so bad. They were almost there, thankfully. She had sat most of the ride staring down at her purse in her lap. She was... a lot of things right now. First, she was embarrassed. Both because they were dressed up, and that was new for them, and because of what had happened all day. First, she had accused him of cheating. Then she had fought him. Then they had confessed their love. Then they had shared personal secrets and truths. Then they had... Her eyes widened at the mere thought of what they had done. Their first time. She smiled, blushing, stealing another small glance at him, sitting there in his suit. He looked good dressed up. That was for sure. She was glad that they had taken a cab. His suit might have gotten messed up on the bike, or her dress even. And who wanted to wear a dress on a motorcycle. Not her. She was also... Happy. Extremely happy. This day... despite the fight, had been on of the most amazing ever. So much had happened, and it could only get better. Well no... A lot of things could go wrong, but she was sure it was going to be fine. And thankfully, they were there now. That was good. Now she didn't have time to dwell on all the things that could go wrong. Travis paid the driver and she got herself ready to get out of the cab, straightening her light green dress. It was a nice one. Simple, nice. Fancy, but not so fancy that she couldn't wear it everyday. Her door opened as she was checking her purse. Yes. She had a purse. She wanted to throw her purse into oncoming traffic. She hated purses. She really wasn't a purse person. She quickly stepped out of the car, looking at the restaurant. Ya. Her uncles name? Pulled a lot of strings. The place was busier then she had expected, and she knew it was only because of her uncle that she had gotten them a seat. They would also receive the best service. Nothing to worry about. She glanced up at the restaurant as Travis' hand wrapped around her, sitting lightly on her waist. "Look's real nice so far."They walked together towards the entrance, and she gave a noncommittal "mhm". She didn't really know what else to say. It was a nice restaurant, but she felt almost awkward. It wasn't really her thing to do this to often, but she was excited to, to be able to show Travis how she could be living. She couldn't see him enjoying this as an everyday thing either. Now comes the awkward part... As with most "fancy places", the waiter booth sat outside. She walked up to it, ignoring the line. This was where it got tricky. You needed to act and be a certain way. It was hard. Smiling politely up at the waiter, she spoke with utter confidence. "Hi... I have a reservation for Ms. Quinn, table for two?" He face took on an expression of surprise and he looked down his list. "Ah. Yes. Of course Ms. Quinn, right away~" A waiter suddenly appeared behind him. "Right this way Ms. Quinn." She followed slowly after. They were led to a table in the back, a small intimate booth, and she slid into the seat. The waiter stayed, waiting until they were sitting. Then he spoke again. "I hope your uncle is well... It's been a while since we have seen him. Can I get you something to drink...?" He gave a small laugh and Sara returned the smile. Stupid waiter... "Just a coke thank you." She looked to Travis.

When they came upon the waiter booth Travis would let those blue eyes settle upon his girlfriend's frame as she moved forward and did her thing. It was nice to see what she wasn't the kind of girl who needed someone to do everything for her. She seemed confident and comfortable enough to check their reservations on her own. He was glad, because he honestly wasn't exactly sure how to deal with this kind of situation. After all, Travis really was pretty new when it came to this kind of thing. After she spoke, a waiter appeared to take them to their table for the night. He'd give a little wink and a click of his tongue toward the host looking over the reservations, and then follow Sara and the waiter.
I hope your uncle is well... It's been a while since we have seen him. Can I get you something to drink...?
Travis had taken his seat across from Sara, and he had glanced up to look at the waiter as he had spoke. It seemed that Sara's father really was an important man. Travis wasn't turned off by it thought. Sure, he wasn't use to knowing someone who had such an influential uncle, or use to the cash that she seemed to have access to. But that was fine. It helped to keep the stress of finances off their shoulders right? They could have a healthy relationship and not have to worry about money problems. It would probably help them out in the end. Sara replied asking for a Coke, and Travis would ask for the same. After the waiter walked away, he'd slide those eyes back to Sara, and look into hers.
"Have any idea of what you plan on getting to eat?"
After Travis' words escaped his lips, he'd glance down at the menu which was resting on the surface of the table. Those eyes would catch sight of a ton of tasty looking meals, but he'd flip through it completely before he made up his mind. Though something was really urging him to go for a nice, juicy steak right now. But he wasn't even sure if they had any. He'd just have to make up his mind once he looked it over. He'd flip through the pages and surf them all as he kept his ears piqued for his girlfriend's words.

Sara let her eyes meet Travis'. She loved his eyes so much. He was such a good looking guy. She felt really lucky to have him in her life, and sitting across the table from him, she felt like she actually belonged here. This was nice. When she came here with her uncle, it was always awkward, and she felt out of place. But with Travis? It felt nice. This was something she could get used to. Not every day. But a nice date every now and then. She blushed under his gaze and looked away, glancing at the menu in front of her. She already knew what she wanted.
"Have any idea of what you plan on getting to eat?"
"Hmmm? Ya..." She let out a nervous giggle as she watched him flip through the menu. "I'm going to get a pasta. I like pastas..." She blushed again. Eating was always a weird thing for her. She always felt weird eating in front of people, and although it was okay when it was just her and Travis sitting at home, where it didn't matter how she ate, this was going to be a little tricky. Their first real date. Of course she was going to be nervous about eating in front of him. At home, he had no say in what they ate. What Sara cooked, he ate. Simple as that. Here? What if he thought she was weird...?
She took a deep breath trying to clear her mind. She didn't want to feel awkward or shy. Not now. Please, not now. She really hated when she got shy.
"Do you know what you want...? My uncle always gets the steak. Says its expensive but worth every dollar." She laughed, letting her gaze fall back to Travis. Every second that she sat here it got slightly easier to not be a nervous wreak.
The waiter returned with their drinks, setting them down in front of them. "Are you ready to order...?"
Sara smiled politely at him. "I'll just have the pasta special please... Extra mushroom...?" She looked to Travis, hoping he was ready. If not, the waiter could come back.

Hmmm? Ya... I'm going to get a pasta. I like pastas...
Travis considered her words for a moment. He liked pasta himself, and it might have even felt a little weird if he ordered steak in an Italian restaurant. But he didn't want to seem to picky either. He had glanced the menu over quickly, and found more then a few promising meals. His stomach was definitely starting to rumble now, and he'd needed to make up his mind quickly. At this point in time he's gorge himself on just about anything put in front of him. He'd glance up at Sara once again, and she began to speak to him from across the table.
Do you know what you want...? My uncle always gets the steak. Says its expensive but worth every dollar.
"I was actually thinking steak.. Yeah, that'll do just fine."
Travis would nod after making up his mind. He was actually pretty damn excited at the thought of eating steak now. Not to mention he was going to enjoy his time here with Sara. He was looking forward to learning more about her. And if he got the opportunity to eat some god damn steak at the same time, it was like a dream come true! Every man loved a good steak! At least Travis believed they should. It was only like.. the best food EVER! Once the waiter arrived, Sara would explain what she wanted, and Travis would speak after her. Though he felt a little awkward ordering something so expensive. It would take a chunk out of the cash he brought with him, but it was good to splurge sometimes right?
"I'll take the steak special, medium-well.."
Travis would watch as the waiter nodded and then took off. Travis would glance at the soda which was currently placed upon the table, and he'd pick up his glass and bring it up to his lips so that he could take a sip. He'd let the liquid slip down his throat and he'd place his glass back upon the table, before he'd scan the restaurant and then focus upon Sara once again before he'd finally speak. His eyes meeting hers again as he shifted in his seat slightly.
"Listen.. I wanted to thank you.. For giving me a chance like this.. I'm not exactly the easiest guy to get along with all the time.."

"I'll take the steak special, medium-well.."
She smiled as the waiter took his order. She was glad that she had been able to help him make a choice. And he seemed to be happy with it to. She knew when she went to a new restaurant, it was always hard for her to choose something to eat, because she always felt like someone would think she was weird because of what she ordered. What she liked about this restaurant was that they weren't like that. The name came from the owner, not what they served. And that made it easier. Especially for someone like her. She giggled softly at that thought.
He picked up his drink and she did the same, pulling out of her purse a couple straws. She always came prepared to this place. This was the bad thing about it. It was a fancy place and most of the rich people who came here were the types who ordered fancy drinks that didn't need a straw. It was rare that someone ordered a soda here, so they didn't have straws. So she brought her own. Smart lady eh~?
She set a second straw on the table and dropped one into her own drink, pulling it towards her and taking a sip. She was actually really hungry. She couldn't wait to get the food. She also... Really... Really... Wanted dessert. She had such a sweet tooth. And their desserts were amazing. She reached over, smacking her lips from the soda... Ok, so she wasn't a complete lady. She grabbed the dessert menu and pulled it over, flipping through the pages. Such good stuff... She couldn't wait to get her hands on it. She looked up at Travis as he started to speak.
"Listen.. I wanted to thank you.. For giving me a chance like this.. I'm not exactly the easiest guy to get along with all the time.."
Her expression turned confused. She didn't quite know what he meant. She thought about it for a few seconds before she replied to him. 'Not the easiest to get along with...' What did he mean? Her eyes searched his. She saw no problem with him. In her eyes, he was perfect. Everything about him was perfect. He was an amazing boyfriend, and a more then amazing friend to her. He was so important to her. She couldn't think of a single thing that she didn't like about him.
She smiled. "You don't have to thank me Travis... I think you're amazing... I wouldn't be here if I didn't think so. I'm more then happy to put up with you." She gave him a smile and a wink. She had meant that. He was important to her. She would do anything for him. Did he not believe that? Was that the problem? She wanted to change the subject, it was to serious for her liking. "So... Tell me about Japan. I always wanted to go there." Under the table, her leg moved forward, rubbing gently against his as an innocent smile crossed her face.

You don't have to thank me Travis... I think you're amazing... I wouldn't be here if I didn't think so. I'm more then happy to put up with you.
Travis would settle back a little bit as he watched her place the straws in their drinks. That was real nice of her, that was for sure. Not that it really mattered to Travis anyways. He would have drunk it without a straw and wouldn't have complained at all. So far he was liking the place. It was quite enough anyways, and he'd take a second to glance around as she spoke to him. He'd settled his eyes upon hers again and reach forward with his right hand, across the table and he'd cups her own for the time being. Travis wouldn't say anything in return just yet. He simply smiled toward her, and took it to his heart. He was glad she didn't think he was a pain in the ass. His temper really could get the best of him sometimes.
So... Tell me about Japan. I always wanted to go there.
"Japan was nice. For the most part anyways. Didn't have to worry about too much crime where I was. And if something broke out, it was usually fists more so then a gun or anything like here.. I think the air was a little cleaner as well. But it happened to rain a bit when I was visiting my uncle.."
Travis' voice would trail off as he felt her foot rubbing against his leg. He'd press it against her leg a little bit and give her his own little rub backwards. His attention turning back to his uncle at this time. That reminded him that he would need to call him again sometime soon and see how he was doing. Who knew, maybe if they wanted to take some time off school they could fly out there and stay with him for a little bit. After all, she wanted to go some time right?
"Maybe I'll see if my uncle will have us come stay with him for a little bit sometime.. I'm sure he wouldn't mind."
That would be a real nice vacation. Not that Sara might not have the money to pay for it herself, but Travis' uncle would surely buy their tickets if they really needed. And he wasn't the kind of man who would charge someone to stay at their home when they were family members. It would be a good way for Sara to meet Travis' uncle as well, seeing as he was closer to being Travis' dad then his biological father was.

Sara listened to him talk about Japan with an awed look on her face. She had always wanted to go on a trip to somewhere far away. The farthest she had ever been had been to travel between her uncles home and her own back in Canada. There was never any stop between the two, never any trip somewhere else. It had been here or there. Although she had been extremely excited to come to live here, it still wasn't an exotic and different place. Everyone still spoke English, the food was the same, the scenery basically the same, the weather... essentially the same. And made all the less awesome simply because she had already been there before.
His voice trailed off as he rubbed back against her leg, and she felt herself shiver. This was really nice. She was enjoying herself. And the food would be here soon. That was good. She was starved, and Travis had looked like he would have eaten the table it there was a fork for it. And then he said the only thing to make her all the more excited.
"Maybe I'll see if my uncle will have us come stay with him for a little bit sometime.. I'm sure he wouldn't mind."
Her eyes widened at the idea. "Really Travis? You think he would let us?! That would... awesome... Oh wow..." She rarely got excited, but right now, she was having a little trouble containing herself. The idea of a trip... With Travis.. To Japan... And meeting his uncle? That was awesome. She couldn't keep the smile off her face. And again with the blushing at how excited she was. She preferred not showing so much emotion at one time, but here she was, all bubbly, and giggling, and smiling. And she wanted to crawl under a rock and die. Se hated being like this, but she just couldn't contain herself at the idea of going on a trip.
And then the waiter showed up with the food. She dropped her head, looking at her lap, blushing harder, giving only a soft "Thank you" in reply to him. When he left, she looked up at Travis again. "This is really nice hun..." And then she started to eat, hoping to distract herself from her embarrassment.

Really Travis? You think he would let us?! That would... awesome... Oh wow...
Travis watched as Sara lit up at the thought of a trip. He was being truthful. He'd like to go back to japan anyways, and check up on his uncle, make sure that things were okay with him. As far as Travis knew, those people that attacked him before had left him alone after they hospitalized him. But who knew what they might try to do. Still, it would be worth the risk to be able to take Sara over there. He knew that she'd enjoy it. And it was something he would definitely put on his priority list. Travis would have to call him later.
And Travis wouldn't help but note how cute she was here. He wished he could have recorded it, it would have been something I'd make her watch over and over, just to embarrass her. That would be entertaining, at least that is what Travis thought. But he didn't, he'd just have to save this memory in his head. So far it was going good, and the only thing that was going to make it better was the food to come! The waiter arrived with both their plates, and Sara replied with a Thank you. Travis would give a nod and pick up his fork and knife.
This is really nice hun...
"Looks like it'll be delicious.."
He'd look at what he had. A large piece of meat, some mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese, and some homefries. The portions were pretty good, Travis knew that he was going to be going home stuffed tonight. Especially since he was probably gonna go with dessert later as well. Travis would drop the knife to the meat and cut off a piece, lifting it and started chewing. As soon as he swallowed the piece, he'd nod his head in approval and cut off another piece. He was going to gorge himself until he died if he had to. At least he'd die a happy man.
"It's good, it's good. What about yours?"

"Looks like it'll be delicious.."
Sara glanced up from her own food to watch Travis begin to dig into his food. She couldn't help but hold her breath, hoping he liked it. She was actually quite nervous. There were so many things that could go wrong. One of which was the food would be shit. Well... This place was always good for the food, but maybe he just wouldn't like it. She would hate for that to happen. As soon as he swallowed a piece though, he nodded and she breathed a sigh of relief. Thank god... One obstacle down. How many more to go though?
"It's good, it's good. What about yours?"
She slammed back into reality. In a way, she had spaced out watching him. That... was embarrassing. She blushed and looked back down at her plate. Picking up her fork she took another bite, and smiled at him as she chewed. When she swallowed she spoke.
"It's really good... I'm one of those people who find something they like and get it every time they come." She looked back down at it, wondering if she should offer him some or something. She really wasn't so good at the date thing. It was harder then she thought... She felt like everything she did needed to be perfect. She needed to relax. She had been seeing him for how long now? He had lived with her for a while. She didn't think there was anything that she should be embarrassed about. He had seen her sick, sad, happy, pissed. And she was embarrassed about him watching her eat? About being on a date with him? Being on a simple date with him, a night out, was making her act all weird. She didn't want that. What would she do if they were at home? Offer him some of course.
She shifted in her sweat, and pushed her plate a little closer to him. "Did you want to try some...? It's really good..."

It's really good... I'm one of those people who find something they like and get it every time they come.
"Heh.. That's kinda weird. I do the same thing all the time.."
Travis would smirk as he glanced back toward Sara. It was weird how much alike Sara and Travis were sometimes. Maybe that was why he liked having her around, and loved the relationship he was currently in. As far as he was concerned, he had never had a problem with her, apart from that one little incident with Katsuri. But that had long since passed. Travis didn't allow himself to think about that. He didn't want to get upset about something he had already gone off about. He blocked it away, and while he had been thinking, those icy blues had rested upon Sara as she ate.
Did you want to try some...? It's really good...
Travis had watched as Sara pushed her plate toward him a little, and Travis would do the same, and lean forward slightly so he could reach over and press his fork to her plate. He'd twirl it a couple times and grab a bite worth, he wasn't exactly sure what it would taste like, but he figured he'd give it a shot anyways. Pulling it closer, he's bring it to his lips and begin to eat it. After he finished, he'd give her a little smile and speak out, his fork and knife dropping back to his own plate. He would cut off a little piece, and then stick his fork in it and hold it out toward Sara.
"It was good! Try this.."
He'd smile as he pushed the fork forward with a piece of meat upon it. Travis thought it was rather funny that he was going to feed her like this. But what the hell, it wasn't going to kill him was it? It wasn't like the people around him were laughing at him for it. It was a nice gesture right? It showed he cared about her. And he'd even feed her if she couldn't feed herself.

"It was good! Try this.."
She had again held her breath while her tried her food. She was glad he liked it, and she was able to breath a sigh of relief. For some reason, it had been important to her that he liked her food. Almost like, if he didn't, then she must be weird or something. So the fact that he liked it was a plus. A huge plus. She couldn't help but smile, her tummy giving a silly little flop. This... just felt so right. It was insane how good this felt. Under all the nervousness, and the worrying, she was having a good time. A really good time. She just wished her brain would calm the hell down and just stop thinking for a little while. Give her a chance to relax.
She looked down at the piece of meat he was offering her. Sara loved meats. She was a big chicken person, but any sort of meat was nice. But it was another one of those foods she felt awkward eating in front of people. There was always that mentality that girls should be eating chicken while men should eat beef. Women were at one point, expected to faint at the sight of beef. Her eyes flickered between him and the fork he held out to her. Then she slowly reached forward, grabbing a hold of his hand and holding it steady while she put the fork to her mouth and ate what he had offered her.
She pulled back, letting go of his hand and sitting back in her seat, looking anywhere but at Travis as she chewed. Truth was, it tasted amazing. Really good. But she wasn't about to let him see how nuts she went over it. The fact that he had fed her was actually really sweet. She liked that. It was nice. It was making her blush.
She swallowed and let her gaze fall back to him. "It's good. Really good..." She picked up her fork and started to eat her pasta again. She was really touched by that single small gesture from him, and now her mind was scrambling to think of something to say before she looked like an idiot. And then it hit her. A simple question, but something she hadn't asked him yet. "So... How are you settling in hun? The move was pretty hard... What do you think of everything? Like... The apartment and stuff..."

It's good. Really good...
"Haha, yeah. It's totally worth the money!"
Travis' icy blues would drop back down to look at his food. He'd continue to indulge himself in all the food that was on his place, take a few bites of each and rotating back and fourth between them all. He was a man, and he was chowing down on everything he had been getting, stopping for a short moment to reach over and grab his drink, putting the straw to his lips so that he could suck it up easier. Soon enough Sara would speak again, and Travis had felt a little bad that he had been so silent. It wasn't like he was trying to be, he was just enjoying his food.
So... How are you settling in hun? The move was pretty hard... What do you think of everything? Like... The apartment and stuff..
"I think it's just fine.. I'm glad you're letting me stay with you. I haven't even been focusing on how bad it might have been. I just tried to keep myself focused upon you."
It was the truth. A lot of Travis' attention was pulled in Sara's direction. She was his best friend, his girlfriend too. He spent a lot of time with her lately, and he couldn't help but think it was the right choice. At least so far it had been great. As far as he knew nothing was wrong about the relationship. He loved her, she loved him. Travis would just have to work and make sure he kept her happy. Because he didn't want to lose her any time soon, at all even. She was important to him now. Who thought a simple meeting like what they had, would turn into something so great.
"What about you? And when is the uncle coming home?"
Travis still hadn't met the man. It seemed that every time he was meant to come home, business ended up catching up with him and delaying his return more and more. Travis was interested in seeing what he was like, what kind of things he was into. After all, if he was going to live with the man and date his niece, it would only make sense to meet him. Travis' hand would pick his fork up again, and he'd start eating as he listened to whatever Sara said.

"I think it's just fine.. I'm glad you're letting me stay with you. I haven't even been focusing on how bad it might have been. I just tried to keep myself focused upon you. What about you? And when is the uncle coming home?"
She was glad to hear that he was settling in well. She knew that there had been a few times during the move when she thought she was losing her mind, her OCD getting the better of her. She had tried to hide it, and apparently she had done well. She didn't like when it acted up on her. It made her act funny. But he hadn't noticed, so that was fine. She found herself smiling and blushing though at the subtle compliment. She liked that all his attention was focused on her. She didn't want to say she was an attention whore, but just knowing that he had eyes only for her made her feel warm, and special. She needed that.
Before he had come along, she had been starving for attention. And as a result, she had acted out, and that was what had landed her in her uncles home. Then, by the simplest of accidents, she had met Travis. Her bag had ripped. She smiled at the memory. She had been paranoid and distrustful at first. She had tried to use 'feminine charm' on him. He hadn't fallen for it. Smart boy. It was interesting to look back at that and realize what their first fight had developed into.
The backs of her eyes stung as a strong sense of love and trust welled up in her. It was a feeling like nothing she had ever experienced before. Enough reminiscing. "Of course you'd stay with me." Her voice was slightly confused, but she smiled, her voice turning cocky. "You weren't getting away that easily. I admit... I was a little worried when I heard about the earthquake... I was a little scared you wouldn't come with me. I'm... Really glad you did though. I wanted to stay with you..." She blushed looking away.
"As for my uncle... I don't actually know when he's due home again." Her uncle had somehow managed to avoid meeting Travis like the plague. It wasn't that he didn't like Travis. Sara had told him all about Travis. He was just... weird like that. In the beginning, he and Sara had made a deal. She would take care of his home. He would rarely come home. It suited her just fine. It seemed he was keeping to his promise. "He called to say it was going to be another two weeks, but I think, like every other time, it's going to be more like 3 or 4."
She picked up her fork and finished off her pasta. It had been good. Normally she wasn't able to eat it all, but Travis had helped her with that problem by sharing some of her dinner. She ate the final forkful and sat back in her chair as she chewed. She couldn't wait for dessert... She wondered if Travis thought she was a pig. She could eat a lot... But tonight, she blamed it on him. Their earlier activities had left her starving.

Travis would smile, and he'd glance up from his food after she had said that. He'd stare at her for a short time and then look back toward his plate. Yeah, maybe he was a little embarrassed, but he was trying his hardest to hide it. He'd continue to devour that stake, and then move onto the rest of his meal. It was definitely worth the cash that was going to be paid for it. He'd take a break from his food to lift those blues upward once again, and stare at Sara for a short moment. He was about to say something when she spoke again.

Travis kind of shifted in his seat as he continued looking at her. He felt kind o bad for her, because that must have meant she was really lonely before Travis came along. She probably had to sit there in the house alone for a month at a time. Travis had been with his real parents, and of course it was hard for him to get a long with them, but he had never been really lonely. Though none of that mattered now, because Travis had Sara, and she had him. They would be able to keep each other company for a long time, in Travis' eyes anyways.
"That's alright.. I'm sure I'll get to meet him eventually.. Anyways, what do you want for dessert?"
