He offered to go on the farris wheel for more more calming. Bull shit it was more calming! She could fall off the chair! And just like he read her mind he cracked a joke at her expense.

"This time around you can be sure to use me as a shield if we fall... which we won't" she looked up to the height and her teeth clenched in a worried expression.

"Ok... though... You owe me one." she still held onto Gabriel walking towards the farris wheel. Do poeple go on them to be scared... or to be bored? If Olivia wasn't affraid of heights she wouldn't see the point in such a ride...

"Tickets please." the fatty carni had said in a grumpy voice. That only made the ride look less appealing. Also being so close to the ride she really got a good view of the massive size and got even more scared. "Oh boy.."

[Gabriel Seran]

Gabriel grinned as he stood up against the fat carni feeling quite confident in himself as he stood beside Olivia. Gabriel certainly would have gained an ego boost standing beside her. It brought an envious look over the gluttonous man. Gabriel handed over a set of tickets and crawled into the neared seat pulling Olivia in tow, expecting her to put up a fight about joining him.

"Hmmm, if you weren't so cute when you denied I'd never have to take you on such things." He gave a small smile lacing his hand to hers.

"What is it that makes the things we can't have all the more beautiful?" Gabriel said turning his gaze up to the sky, dotted and speckled with the stars painting it with shimmering dust.

"Hmmm, if you weren't so cute when you denied I'd never have to take you on such things."

"Well, if I didn't refuse I would be going on the damn things anyway.. it is a viscious cycle." she said with a laugh. They both got on the ride with Gabriel's hand twisted within hers. This was the best first date ever... well... her only first date.

"What is it that makes the things we can't have all the more beautiful?" He stared up at the sky and she leaned in on him, resting her head on him. Her eyes shifted to the sky, scared to look down. She was rather stiff from the fright, but if she avoided the ground and paid attention to Gabriel, then her mind will be off of dying.

"Mysterious things can attracted anybody. The art of finding out the unknown." Olivia had a faint smile on as her eyes glazed over with the beauty of the salted sky. "I have that feeling. It becomes an obsession. We fear the strange, but at the same time we want it close, to find the hidden message." her fingers stroked his hands. It felt nice to be close to someone. For a long time she had an empty feeling. She thought it was because she was missing her other half, Alexis, but it was more than that. Livi was missing someone else to care for. Someone who would care for her back, and hold her close... to protect her.

Gabriel took a moment to look back down from the sky, he had an endearing look on his face one of happiness and rather full out joy. His eyes looked down at Olivia with respect rather than actually looking down on her. He could feel the bond tighten and become stronger.

"Good choice..." He said with a smooth smile as the ferris wheel came full circle and the ferry man stopped it threatening another round of tickets despite their short stay.

Gabriel held her close feeling any moment now he'd have to leave the woman, have to take her home, though everything in his body told him to keep her near for sickness would overcome his insides if they were to separate for too long. We all have to make little sacrifices for the things we want most. A voice told him from within.

"I must be letting you get home soon, lest your sister kills me." He said with a disappointed look but managed to get a jest out of it.

She felt in peace, but then it stopped when they were stopped. Well, the farris wheel turned out to be quite calming, and she would have liked to be on it longer but it was time to leave.

"I must be letting you get home soon, lest your sister kills me." she had a smile on despite the fact she was a bit disappointed. Alexis wouldn't hurt a fly, though she has a mouth that can probably make someone cry... Well, no doubt about it she had made many girls back at school cry.

"Sure..."

She started heading back to the resteraunt where Gabriel had parked his car, but of course, she would be wakling beside Gabriel, hand in hand.

"Damn that Alexis." she said with a smile, making a joke from it all. She spotted the car finally, and headed to the passanger side. Livi sat herself down and shivered from the sudden sense of thawing. She didn't really realize how cold it actaully was out there.

Gabriel made a fake laugh at Olivia's joke, he didn't want to part at all. He closed the door shortly after she was in and made way to the driver's seat. Turning to Olivia he gave her a warm smile moving a hand to hold hers as he drove. It would be a little while and he wasn't about to make this drive home any faster in fact probably slower than that in which it took to get there. To enjoy the time they had. Gabriel would open his mouth to speak but thought better of it and turned his mind on the road feeling the warm grip on his hand.

It took a short while to actually get back to Alexis' house, though Gabriel made it seem even longer than necessary taking the scenic route rather than the direct one which he was thankful for. Pulling up at the corner Gabriel let the car hum to a stop before moving around to get Olivia out of the car. Never parting his hold on her for too very long.

The drive seemed long, but that ment it was safe, along with spending a little more time with him. Though there wasn't much talking, but the company was nice. Livi silently huffed when they pulled up into the drive way. Gabriel then exited the car and got her out of the car.

"Ooh gentleman." she joked as she got up and out of the car. She walked slowly to her door. The lights were off, so hopefully Alexis was asleep. Though that was highly unlikey, seeing as how she was an insomniac... well, hopefully her and Li are in their sound proofed room.. Ew, but necessary.

She got to the door and smiled up at Gabriel. "Well, thanks for tonight... I kind of needed that." a night away from Alexis? Anyone would need that. "We should...uh... do it again? Though I would prefer something more safe." she couldn't tell if she just asked HIM out for a second date, but hey, she wanted to see him again.

"ohh so now you're taking the lead are you?" Gabriel gave a flashy grin, his right arm would move down to loop around her waist one last time for the night to pull her in.

Right at the doorway he gave one of those romantic kisses, the ones similar to every teen angst movie at the end of the first date that would fill both their hearts with butterflies until next they met. Gabriel hated to let go but found enough strength to do so after a long enough time. His eyes locked on her now gently as if she'd had a calming effect on him.

"There's nothing I'd love more," Giving her a coy grin, "Good Night" Gabriel winked waiting till she was safely inside before turning back a new skip ti his step felling gravitated back towards the house but the speed in his feet propelled him towards the car not looking back for the chance of never being able to leave.

He pulled her into a kiss. It seemed to be full of so much more passion than the previous ones. Her right arm hooked around his neck and her left cripple hand rested itself on the side of his torso, 'cause that was all the freedom her cast had to offer.

After what felt like an hour, he parted and smiled, agreeing to see her agian.

"Goodnight." she smiled and walked into the door. She locked it and squinted into the dark to see if anyone was up, and luckily, all asleep. With a smile permanantly stuck to her face she walked weightlessly to her room for a great night's sleep.
