A cool breeze swept through the morning air in San Francisco, it would seem almost a ghost town if the lights weren't on. The slow smooth running of the trollies and cars with their headlights on made everything seem eerie. It would be that way for a time till the sun burnt through the darkened clouds that sheathed the Earth from above.
Aedon took this as a sign that he'd get some alone time at the gym, maybe people just didn't feel the need to go out today. Maybe he'd go unnoticed. A small grin before he set off on his way. The Gym had just opened and just as he'd suspected the occupants were fairly scant only poking in their faces to make sure no equipment was stolen.
Aedon took his time working small reps on the bench and dumbbells. He lifted fairly high for a normal high school student but it still wasn't enough as far as his father was concerned. Aedon didn't let the though bother him instead he got back to working at it. Slowly, slowly he let himself grow tired and still he'd push it a bit more. Never quit. Strength is determined by will power.

And one of the occupants for the gym was a blue-haired junior who was filling up one of the boxing rings provided by the gym, his blue hair bouncing as he hopped across the ring, his hands raised as he threw jab with alternating hands, his imaginary opponent being as quick as he was, dodging every one of his attack. Cain slid his right foot out, widening his base area as he swung his left fist across, catching his opponent in the cheek. There you go. As if in simulation, Cain would then bring his left foot forward, following it up with a hard right underhand jab to the gut, before following it up with a left elbow to the top of the head, knowing that the gut-hit would cause his opponent to double over.
Quick, smooth and deadly. A combination that Cain had recently developed, alongside his many other techniques that he had thoought up of in his many years of fighting. He had his own fighting style, deprived from the close-range dog-fight type of fighting his father had taught him. He had grown into a better fighter than his dad would ever be. And such was a pity indeed, because he had always wanted to beat his father. He wanted to show him what he was capable of. How he could handle himself without his father. And to pay back for all those years in Cain's life that he made miserable.
At that, his imaginative mirror image turned into an image of his father, the ferocity of his attacks increasing as it did. He started to breathe heavier, his attacks getting more careless but lethal. He stepped to the side, spinning on his heels as threw a right roundhouse kick right at his opponent's waist, throwing him to the side of the ring completely. He let out a deep breathe, watching his imaginative opponent.

Aedon finished his reps. A tired breath escaped his lips silently as he came to a stand. His positive pace moved him to the sparing room. Eyes locked on a strange blue haired fighter. He was fast, the first thought that registered. I wonder how I'd fare, was the second. Aedon watched his imaginary spar play out before him. Amazing, he was getting a feel for the guy's tactics seemed the longer he fought on the more desperate the strikes became probably fueled by anger. An anger Aedon knew quite well himself.
"Hey..." He said in a low voice. Aedon was a big man toned and muscular it would seem odd to see such a man with a quiet voice about him. "You're pretty good"
Aeodn held a neutral expression, "Think I could have a round?"

"Hey..."
Instincts took over for a moment as Cain swung on his right foot, swinging a right hook around at the direction of the male. However, considering that he was standing at the center of the ring, while he was standing far enough out to not even be a close hit. It was then that his mind caught up with his body and he found himself looking at a tall large blonde who stood outside the ring, apparently addressing him. Cain lowered his hands, looking at him for a moment, wondering whatever could he want from the blue-haired male.
"You're pretty good. Think I could have a round?"
Ah, a challenge? If anyone knew Cain just about enough, they would not be surprise at how he reacted to such. A grin would come up to his face, his expression beaming instantly as he accepted the challenge. He took a step back, gesturing for the large man to take up the other empty half of the ring, the blue-haired junior opening and clenching his fist as he looked at the man. He seemed large and strong, and would probably last longer hits than Cain would. Probably.
"Heh. Come on up."
