(OOC: I hope you two don't mind me putting all of us in one thread! It'll make it more fun? Perhaps?)
Leanne didn't know who signed her up for this kind of task, but at least it was well paid and nothing creepy seemed to have happend yet. It would seem that the job was assigned to her by the school as they suggested their students be more active and participate more in the community with doing community work. Although this time around it wasn't volunteer which made Leanne wonder what exactly they wanted her to do.
However here she was at the booth with two boxes on the table, one wrapped in blue construction paper, the other with pink. Apparently according to the lady in charge, there were slips of paper in there that consisted of tasks and a number. So boys take their pick out of the blue box and would be awarded with whatever is on the paper by the person who was holding the box and he must pay the amount of money written on the piece of paper. And of course vice versa for girls, while all proceeds go to charity.
Leanne was a little anxious as to what would be on the paper. What if something outrageous and lewd was on there!? Well she just hoped lady luck would be on her side and not have her get something bad when she's incharge of the box.
"So there will be two more girls coming, or they should be and you guys will rotate taking the 'customers'. Okay? I'll be right back!."
And so the lady disappeared off elsewhere. It seemed that there were at least thirty other booths in this little carnival-market place and everyone was doing their best to fundraise money.
Leanne sighed.

(OOC: LOL Alexis will probably be the only "Green" Demetra wont like LOL..if it was Olivia Green maybe XDXD)
WHY THE HELL WOULD I VOLUNTEER!?
Alexis was already in a bad mood, seeing as how she couldn't find the damn place, and for second.. she was applied for some sort of community thing. Alexis had the tendancy to take from the community... why in the hell would she give it back?
Alexis finally arrived at the destination and there was a table... with two boxes. Okay, maybe telling her what was gonna happen or what was going on, would have been a good hint for Alexis. What if she was signed up for some sort of thing that sponsered something she hated, like... Biatches or some of the soy shit she would find in the fridge after Olivia went shopping.
She approached the blonde at the table, without an ounce of enthusiasm in her expression.
"Hey, I'm a volunteer.. Apparently I volunteered..."
She would wait for the girl to give her answers... if she didn't have them, meh she tried and she would go home to look for more tasks that would keep her mind off of things like..I donno...LI!

Gabriel was in a rather better mood recently, things seemed to be going well in his personal life as well as the certain facets of his secret life as well all the plans seemed to be fitting together like a puzzle. He needed them to do so. But something kept prodding at the back of his skull a bit of guilt maybe. So he decided to volunteer for an event. Not too out of the ordinary but he figured Karma would be on his side if he'd done a bit of good for others.
He walked up to the stand in a rather formal tee-shirt and slacks. Yes almost lined with cash, he figured it'd pay off today. A small grin lit him up as he'd noticed Leanne helping out in the first place, he almost suspected as much from their last encounter.
"Ahh I struck you as a...." His eyes shifted to the girl in front of him, it had to be Alexis
He hesitated a bit still walking up to the stand, "Hello Alexis." He tried for as pleasant a voice as could be managed.

And Cain would enter the carnival, clad in his light white collared casual T-shirt that had sleeves reaching only just past his shoulders, revealing still much of his arm muscles. He was then clad in a pair of denim blue jeans that seemed to hug his lower body, only so slightly. He had his hands in his pockets, his Nike Overplay IV's making soft tapping sounds against the ground as he made his way towards the Luck Booth, or at least, that's what Cain considered it to be. It was a completely unpredictable game, after all, where the only factor accountable for was luck.
He soon arrived, noticing immediately the blonde shade his hair held, a smile coming up to his face then. As he neared the group, though, he noticed that Leanne as not alone. Alexis Green's face came soon enough to his eyes and his memory, Cain stopping in his tracks then. Alexis Green and Leanne on the same place. That, did not bode well for Cain. He gritted his teeth, before letting out a sigh. Well, he did not have much a choice, did he?
Just act casual. Just act casual.
Soon after as he continued his walk, though, someone else came into the picture. Gabriel? Gabriel Seran? What was he doing here? His body shivered for a moment, remembering the volts of lightning that had surged across his body with Gabriel's metallic arm. He let out another sigh, quickening his pace. As he was coming up behind Gabriel, he finally spoke out.
"Hey, Leanne. Sorry I'm a bit late."
He smiled, walking up to the blonde and giving her cheek a peck, a gesture that he delibrately did, not only because he wanted to, but to give both Alexis and Gabriel a hint of what their relationship was.
"Oh, and hey, Alexis, Gabriel."

Nick heard there was a carnival going on to day for some type of fundraiser, blah, blah, blah. It was a carnival, so he was there. It didn't matter what the cause was. He scanned the booths seeing which he should go to first. With so many things to do, one had to peruse all the stands before deciding which ones to go to and which to avoid.
But all of that changed as he came across the booth with Leanne, as he spotted her and her blonde hair from a distance. He didn't know she was here...
He quickened his pace towards the booth, waving at her. And then he saw Alexis there!? Oh no... what was she doing here!? He also saw two guys there as well, one was the fellow from the fight with Mr. Orange, and one was a guy he never met before.
He spoke as he approached.
"Hey, Leanne! I didn't know you were coming here today!"
He turned to face Alexis, hiding his smirk.
"And hey to you too, Alexis..."

[OOC: Oooh, this'll be fun then. =D Sorry I took so long to reply. XD]
I hated being late. There were a lot of little things I was neurotic about, and not being on time was a little extra one. After all, wouldn't you expect the princess of tidiness and organization to also be prompt? And I didn't want to make people wait on me; I often considered myself an important piece for the events to run smoothly (even my high school classes. Don't act like the class would be okay without me!).
However, when cleanliness and tardiness clash, we have a problem (pass the message on to Houston, will ya?). My beloved new cat, the distinguished tabby-ish Thomas, decided to cough up a couple hairballs on the floor, then sit atop them so they would sink into the fabric of the carpet even more. "Gah!" I had shouted as I noticed what the feline had done. "Tom, I TOLD you not to lick your crotch! I said all that fur is gonna end up in your throat, and you're not going to be satisfied by your own tongue. But did you listen to me? Noooo..." So of course, before I could head out the door, I had to scrub out and throw away the combination of cat hair and saliva from the rug.
I took the bike from the garage, as I knew the skateboard would be much slower, and made my way over to the fundraiser I had signed up for. I did this kind of work all the time, so I didn't even remember where the proceeds went to (curing some disease, helping the poor, giving better education?). Still, I locked my bike onto the pole and made my way over to the booth. "Sorry I'm late," I apologized as I approached the booth. "Cat tried to give himself a blowjob, ruined my carpet, blah blah blah."

"Hey, I'm a volunteer.. Apparently I volunteered..."
Leanne turned around to face a slightly shorter girl with bright green eyes and raven black hair. Apparently, the two of them were stuck in the same situation with being placed at this booth without some sort of agreement and just a notice. But, Leanne figured the girl was either just bored, needed something to do or something of the sort to actually have showed up.
"Yeah, apparently our school signed us up...I'm Leanne by the way."
Might as well try to get along, and be less reserved though it would be difficult after the little introductions. After all Leanne wasn't a talkative person. However it seemed someone she found similar to herself had arrived. Gabriel Seran. It wasn't really a surprise to see him here after all he seemed like a pretty nice guy, one that does charity or some activity along those lines. At least, with his big dreams and such it made him seem like a philanthropist.
And now she knew what the raven haired girl's name was, Alexis. Well, that leaves the curiousity dead. But before she could say anything she saw a familiar blue blur up from behind.
"Hey, Leanne. Sorry I'm a bit late."
"Cain!" Leanne said a million times more cheerful relative to her usual cold tone as she blushed and got a little flustered being kissed by Cain- in public no less!
Little did Leanne know, but everyone that was here, or coming had connections with one another and knew each other. Especially with Nicolas coming in greeting her and the final volunteer of the three volunteers, Demetra.
"Hey Nicolas." Leanne said waving and finally she turned to Demetra, "No problem. So Alexis, and new girl, we're apparently supposed to take turns taking the boxes and getting people to draw the slip out of there. Boys take one from the blue box, and girls out of the pink box. On the slip is a number and a task. As volunteers we must do the task on the slip for the person who drew it and they must pay the amount on the slip for charity."
Phew, that was the most she has ever spoken since her little catch-up session with Cain!

Blondey introduced herself as Leanne. Alexis was about to give the girl a polite smile, until HE showed up. She mumbled the words "Oh shit".
He ended up giving away her name; so, that left Leanne out as a potential lie victim.
"Hi, Gabriel... pleasure seeing you here, after I caught you with your tongue down my sister's thoat." her words were bitter and disgust was evident on her expressions. Then out of no where, Cain showed up. Ok, so he kissed Leanne on the cheek. Assuming it was a sign as to not bring any previous relations they had in Alaska..... whilst drunk. That would always be cause of some awkward times. Alexis would respect the fact that the two have a little thing and leave it at that.
Then Bam Nick showed up. Well! This shall be very interesting. It is like a reunion of "Who had been in Alexis' pants." At least Gabriel and Leanne hadn't gotten there...
She greeted them with a hello and a smile, trying not to give any signs of "I saw you naked".
"Sorry I'm late, Cat tried to give himself a blowjob, ruined my carpet, blah blah blah."
Immediately, Alexis' green eyes shot to the new person who had arrived. She wasn't entirely impressed with the introduction, and she would keep note of that. yay for first impressions.
Leanne listed out the instructions to the boxes that had been laid out on the table. Apparently the three Girls were supposed to be everyone, who pulled a paper's, bitch. This will be fun! *Waves flag of sarcasm*
"Ok...So? Do we just chill or what?" her eyes glared back at Gabriel. "'Cause 'chilling' wouldn't be as fun with him here."

Gabriel grinned lightly at Alexis' response. She still had an apparent distaste for him at the moment but Gabriel always saw the end goal he just had to try to remain on her good side for the time being, that meant no offensive comments.
"A pleasure to see you as well." Gabriel said averting his gaze quickly to the newcomer.
Blue hair... ah It was Cain, his reaction was priceless. It set a quick smirk to Gabriel's face. He'd caught that kiss too he was calculating it all precisely must feel quite defensive about his girlfriend with Gabriel around. He would have laugh but keeping a low profile was a good choice for the time being. As for the others who'd arrived he'd had no direct association with them, though he did enjoy new games.
"'Cause 'chilling' wouldn't be as fun with him here."
Catching the nasty stare Gabriel looked away leaning his back against the table setting his hands in his pockets, "I wouldn't quite mind," He said with a small chuckle.

So I don't read vibes in the air, trying to figure out the aura of people. In fact, I don't believe in that bull. But I could sense a bit of tension. No, that's not the right wording. That makes me sound like I'm still in psychic territory. Deducted from research in body language, voice mannerisms, and verbal diction, I concluded that there were uneasy relations between those persons present. Yay! I put it into intellectual terms.
My feeling of satisfaction upon my sentence structure was short lived as the task before me was described. Pink and blue boxes?! Oh hellz naw. Dat shit ain't rite. I'm a firm opponent to gender roles, and associating specific colors with the sexes is incredibly juvenile, which I actually feel it should not be, since the whole process of what is considered feminine and what is considered masculine gets sponged up while we're kids. Heck, they put us into neat categories right when we're born. It's part of what is screwing with our society, with all these pressures to fit into the neat box of your alleged gender. The reason the boxes were separated was probably because the tasks were assumed to be preferable for male and female counterparts, further contributing to what I despised. And I was supposed to be supporting this cause? Ugh.
"I should probably tell you that I’m Demetra," I began slowly, as I was still stuck on the stupid box arrangement. "I guess I didn't mention that." This whole thing better go to a good cause. I was going to be pissy if these 'tasks' that we were to undertake were incredibly objectional (i.e. Boy takes slip from blue box. Task is to kiss boy. I have to swap spit with boy who doesn't brush his teeth, then collect his money). "Anyway, the setup seems pretty simple." Wow, I managed to say something positive. Go Demetra!
"Who's first in line?" I quirked an eyebrow. "Nick?" I offered. After all, he was the only one I happened to recognize, even though everybody else seemed to be connected.

There was definitely tension between some of the people there. The only tension he had was with Alexis because he had slept with her. And that wasn't that bad either.
Anyways the task at hand seemed rather simple, and Nick would be more than happy to participate.
"Who's first in line? Nick?"[/b]
Nick almost choked on the air as Demetra volunteered him to got first. He turned to her and pleaded with an embarrassed smile on his face.
"Oh, no. Not me... I rather see what someone else pulls before I get myself into this..."
He chuckled with an embarrassed quiver in it.

Boys take one from the blue box, and girls out of the pink box. On the slip is a number and a task. As volunteers we must do the task on the slip for the person who drew it and they must pay the amount on the slip for charity."
Cain looked at the two boxes for a moment, wondering just what kind of challenges the box contained. And considering that teenagers, and female too, had been tasked to be in charge of this booth, Cain could not even begin to imagine what kind of challenges there would be. He frowned a little as he stared at the blue box, before turning his attention to the pink box. Wait, if that was the case, then what were the girls going to be tasked to do? Cain's right eyebrow raised. Was he going to be dragged into this? Nah uh, no way.
"'Cause 'chilling' wouldn't be as fun with him here."
Cain looked up, wondering if Alexis was referring to him for a moment, before realising that she had her eyes on Gabriel, causing a smirk to come up on Cain's face. He wondered, then, just what Gabriel did to her to spur such hatred towards him. Cain was never angry at Gabriel for electrocuting him, as dirty as that move had been, but hey, he had given up quite an entertaining challenge. Cain respected him for that.
Whatever it was, Gabriel seemed unfazed, even going to the extent of replying so casually, perhaps intended to taunt Alexis. Oh boy, this did not look good. Cain thought of interfering for a moment, but decided against it. Alexis held some pretty dangerous information about him. He turned towards Leanne, before letting out a sigh. Funny how much alcohol could cloud your mind.
Demetra, as the girl's name seemed to be, then volunteered Nicolas to be their first customer. However, he declined, seemingly worried just what kind of challenges he might be tasked with. Cain grinned, before looking at the blue box. He reached for his wallet for a moment, before letting out a shrug.
"Well, I guess I'll take first. Unless, Gabriel, you have any objections?"
He looked up, a smile on his face as he made his way around the booth, his hand placing itself beside the blue box. Once Gabriel gave him the go, Cain would reach inside, grabbing the first piece of paper that 'felt' right to him. At that, with a deep breathe, he pulled it out.

[OOC: Since there hasn't been much posting in a couple of days, I'm going to go out of post order. I'll delete this if it's a problem. Otherwise, let's not allow this thread to die yet. I know Leanne is busy and such, and the rest of you might be as well, but I like seeing myself post because I am self-centered. XD]
"Aw, c'mon, somebody has to be the guinea pig!" I joked after hearing Nick's hesitant reply, nudging him lightly with my elbow as if it would change his reluctance. But before he could change his mind, one of the other guys volunteered himself to go first. From what I could recall, his name was Cain. The other, apparently, was Gabriel. And the girls were Leanne and Alexis. Yay, I got the names down!
Alexis actually looked oddly familiar. I wasn't sure, but I think she was in my psychology class. If she wasn't, there happened to be somebody in the course who looked much like her. However, I wasn't really the type to over analyze a person's appearance. I left the over analyzing side of me for other issues.
"So, what's it say?" I asked Cain curiously, leaning over to look at it but not actually catching a good glimpse.

[OOC: LOL not a problem by me....]
Alexis bit the inside of her cheek, obviously showing how annoyed she was of Gabriel. Couldn't he just frackin' leave her and her sister alone!? Well.... some would say, it is Olivia's choice, but in reality.... it is like a guy is dating her when he is really dating her sister... its the rules of twinism!
Hehe made up an "ism".
Demetra chick ended up volunteering Nick, and Alexis leaned back on the table with a sly smile on her face. She was quite interested in what he would pick out, only to discover Nick hadn't grown a pair. He was too chicken pull out a slip; so, instead, Cain went for it. Alexis waited patiently, even looking at her nail beds, and heard Demetra impatiently ask what it had said.
"So, what's it say?"
Alexis, still fixated on her nail beds, spoke up in a rather sarcastic tone, "Yeah, we are all dying to know..."

Gabriel did enjoy the sarcasm Alexis put into that statement in fact he was only here for Leanne's sake. As for the others he had no particular attachment for staying. Now he knew each of their names and could pick them out in a crowd. Perfect. Hopefully if he kept his head down he'd stay unnoticed but with his luck he'd find one way or another to piss off Alexis and get called out.
"Go on Cain, Read it we don't have all day." Gabriel said with a reassuring grin.
He'd go next unless anyone was to interject he had no problem with paying any high amount. In fact he'd prefer it that way.
