I had been thinking about when, how, and where my get-together with Nick would take place, until it struck me: I didn't need to cancel my weekly swim. I could make the lil' bastard come with me.
I was already donned in my bathing suit with a pair of tiny cutoff shorts thrown on over it, complete with blue jelly sandals that I was not reluctant to skateboard in when I called his number from my cell phone contact list. My massive, wild brunette hair flapped around in my face as I sped up along the beach parking lot, but super awesome chicks like me could skate even if my vision was slightly construed.
Ring. Ring. "Yo, Nick, it's Demetra--sex talk girl from lunch the other day. Meet me at the beach, life guard station five. Bring everything you think you'd need at a beach." I wasn't going to go into detail what that might be. He should be able to figure that part out. The air and water were warm enough for swimming, which I was prepared to do anyhow, so he should at least know to bring swim trunks and a towel. Anything else he might want, like food, drinks, surfboard, camera, water wings, etc, would be completely up to him.
If he didn't enjoy my company today, he'd at least enjoy the scenery. Girls in tiny bikinis were everywhere, throwing Frisbees, playing beach volleyball, lying out in the sun... I was surrounded by boobs and female ass. Whoopie.

Nick's phone rang. Well, vibrated in his pants to be exact. He was strumming his guitar along to some Rolling Stones, laying on his bed, his sound system at the perfect volume level so he could hear the guitar slightly over it. He whipped out his phone, saw it was Demetra calling and flung himself to pause the music, immediately answering the phone. "Allo?""Yo, Nick, it's Demetra--sex talk girl from lunch the other day. Meet me at the beach, life guard station five. Bring everything you think you'd need at a beach."[/i] "Alright, love, be there in ten to fifteen minutes."Nick was a speedy demon, as he was ready to go to the beach and in the car in five minutes flat. He turned the key in the ignition to the leased BMW, speeding towards the beach. He arrived there at the sixteen minute mark, but he knew she wouldn't mind, nonetheless. He hoped out of the car after he parked and proceeded to the life guard station marked with a big red five on it, towel in hand, shirt off, pecs showing, sunglasses on. As he approached the tower, he saw the beautiful brunette there waiting for him. He walked up to her. "So, how ya like what you see so far?"

I simpered enthusiastically. Nick hadn't even bothered to bring a shirt, or if he did, he didn't wear it. See, this was what I meant when I said I wasn't an easy girl to please (well, that's actually a pretty broad statement, but as far as attraction goes is what I am referring to). He was already headed in the wrong direction, trying to show off what he probably considered to be an amazingly hot man bod. I wasn't going to stop him. If he wanted to flex his muscles and make funny grunting noises, I still wasn't going to stop him. I'd let him have his fun. He just shouldn't expect to get in my shorts so easily.
But I could at least steer him a little, or maybe just mess with him. Either one was good. "Oh, I love what I see so far," I gushed, leaning down to place my skateboard in my canvas beach bag, since I couldn't exactly skate in the sand, but keeping my gaze on Nick, which I guessed appeared uber flirtatious. "The sky is incredibly blue, with only a few marshmallow white clouds drifting about, and the sun is shining warmly and brightly as the magnificent star that it is; the tides are low, and so are the waves, since it's not very windy out, so the ocean sparkles the light steadily as the ocean crests onto the soft sand." Too bad I wasn't interested in poetry or creative writing. I could make some kickass literature. "Overall, it's incredibly beautiful. Thanks for asking."
I repressed laughter. See? Didn't I tell you I could say almost anything with a straight face? This was a little harder, yet I managed. "Oh, Nick, would you be a dear and rub sunscreen on my back?" I turned away from him, lifting up my long hair to show the skin above the rear side of my suit. And then... I quickly faced him again. "Kidding. I've already covered that base."
I winked, slipped off my shorts and sandals to be placed with my other belongings, then ran toward the water's edge. "Hope you swim well!" I shouted back to him as my legs carried me quickly across the sand until they splashed the surface of seawater.

Nick's face drooped. He was on a not-date at the beach with the Queen of Sarcasm herself. But he couldn't help but laugh at her response.
And his face drooped once again as she teased him with the application of sunscreen.
"Hope you swim well!"[/i]
She tossed her stuff aside and ran to the water, diving head-first in. Nick sighed as he dropped his towel next to her belongings. Of course he could swim. Not Olympic status, but enough to where he didn't need water wings.
Nick ran to the beach and copied her dive, letting the warm water rush over him and the sand go up his trunks. He surfaced and looked around for Demetra.

Gurgle, gurgle, gasp! I emerged from the seawater rather refreshed. The liquid was cool on my skin, tickling my face as the sun attempted to make the droplets evaporate. There weren't too many waves, just like I said. No, that wasn't exactly correct. The waves were ordinarily frequent; they just weren't large. Not the best set-up for advanced surfers, but an acceptable one for ocean swimmers like myself.
I didn't have my alien gear--my swim cap and goggles that I wore when I was super serious about swimming that made me look oddly like an extraterrestrial being--but I did don my usual competent suit, which Nick may or may not have been able to get a glimpse at while I was dashing to the water, no longer partially concealed with shorts.
I'm not going to lie: it's not the sexiest swim wear, just a navy blue one piece that you might see on a professional swimmer. String bikinis and I don't fare well, as my larger body parts could easily pop out. Mine was more like the uniform bathing suit of a Japanese school girl. Nick may be disappointed that I didn't even wear a two piece, especially now that I've explained how they tend to move around on me to reveal more than I desire, but hey, the thing was much more body-clinging than my normal clothes. Most days you wouldn't be able to guess my boobs were double D's without some measuring tape, yet swim suits seemed to leave nothing left for approximations and estimates.
"Oh good," I announced out loud, "I was afraid that the hairy hunk of a lifeguard would have to give you mouth-to-mouth because you forgot your floaties."

Demetra surfaced after him and came up Baywatch style, slow motion with water spraying everywhere, leaving a glistening look on her as she turned towards Nick to speak.
"Oh good, I was afraid that the hairy hunk of a lifeguard would have to give you mouth-to-mouth because you forgot your floaties."[/i]
Nick's brow furrowed.
"Hey, don't get your one-piece in a bunch because I actually know how to swim."
Yeah, Nick cracked at her choice in water attire just because he thought a girl with her... features... shouldn't hide them.

I rolled my eyes. "Don't you know that all the sexy lifeguard ladies wear one-pieces?" I offered jokingly. "They're red, but they still work the slow motion run. But of course, I figured I'd have a dude come save you, instead, so you don't end up makin' out with the chicks. It'd be a little rude to your non-lifeguard buddy." Eh, I probably could be a lifeguard. I was CPR-certified, and I knew the Heimlich maneuver, in case, you know, somebody choked on a chunk of their beach chili fries.
"Still, just because you can swim doesn't mean you can swim fast. Care to race me?" I usually wasn't very competitive. If I was, I'd probably be on a swim team rather than always beating my own times. However, I took a good guess that Nick could handle being beaten by yours truly.

Eh, Nick didn't care one way or the other. One piece, two piece, three piece, whatever, as long as it was a working bathing suit it was fine. Nick liked it when it left something to the imagination, because he could give himself a mental high five when he was correct.
"Still, just because you can swim doesn't mean you can swim fast. Care to race me?"
Nick wasn't at home in the water, but he could still swim well enough to attempt to beat her. As long as they had fun, who cared who won.
"Alright, you're on. To where and back?"

I grinned in devious pleasure. He was actually up to the challenge. Maybe he was a frequent visitor to the beach. After all, it wasn't too far away from Moral Crest, and if he attended the high school, he was likely to live nearby.
"Let's see, how about to that buoy?" I suggested, pointing to the aforementioned device floating and bobbing its red and white head from the water. "No need to swim back here. We'll forget where we started. Whoever touches the buoy first wins. Two butterfly kicks and then straight into white water freestyle." I lifted my eyebrows. "I'd teach you how to swim as amazing as me, but then you might have a chance at winning."
I paused, stretching my body out horizontally in the water. "Go!" I shouted, diving lightly into the surface and bringing my legs together, moving up and down twice like a dolphin before entering the outward stroke. Sure, I might've gotten a head start by designating myself to say go and starting soon after, but hell, I didn't care.

Nick looked out towards the sea to see a red and white buoy floating alone out there. It was a good swim out, and hopefully Nick could make it, or even more, beat her.
"Go!"[/i]
What!? Demetra had already dove under the water and resurfaced into a freestyle stroke before Nick realized she was already that far ahead. He quickly went underwater and pushed himself off the sea floor to give him a boost into the stroke.
He was gliding along nicely, remembering how to freestyle and when to breathe, but one look ahead of him and he saw how much farther along Demetra was. Nick groaned and pushed himself physically harder to gain speed.

[OOC: I'm just going to let Demetra win this one. If you object, I'll edit it to something more open-ended. XD]
IC:
Poor Nick. I zipped through that water like the fly of a desperately horny male pulling it out for some blow job action from an eager drunken girl. That is, I move hella fast.
Using my thighs to propel my kicks and tilting my hands and elbows just right as they spit through the surface tension of the water, sending splashes skewing about, I managed to make it to the buoy without a sweat. Well, if I was sweating, I couldn't tell, surrounded by a mass of liquid. My hands touched the solid object, and the sense of victory and bad sportsmanship that I would tease Nick with bubbled inside me.
"I suppose I got a head start," I confessed, floating at the finishing point, "but that's just because your instincts weren't quick enough. You gotta be prepared for anything when you're with lil' ol' me."

Nick arrived at the destination shortly after Demetra, even though it wasn't short enough afterward to call it remotely close. She would have won head start or not, but Nick had fun even though he was out of breath. He grabbed onto the buoy as he regained his stamina.
"I guess I do have to be prepared for everything with you. You're a sly one, you are." he smirked at her, still huffing.
Nick let out a big sigh as he was finally able to rest. He would have been sweating if the water wasn't there to cool him down.
"Alright, what do you have next on your list of 'fun things to make Nick tired'?"

"Oh, well now that you put it THAT way," I began, grinning mischievously to further emphasis the description of me being a 'sly one.' "We can have a jogging race on the sand, one lifeguard station to another!" That pretty much summed up my athletic abilities-- swimming and jogging. Both were relatively inexpensive to partake in, and both didn't need other people in order to practice efficiently. Now, if you throw me into some sport that involves aim and a ball, I'll probably be screwed. Plus, as I mentioned before, despite my race with Nick, I don't usually like competition. People get so caught up in wanting to win that losing is an utter disappointment, and teammates bitch at each other for every little screw up. And so my only physical talents were swimming and running (oh, except for Tai Chi, but we'll leave that out for the time being). Independent exercise? Yes, please.
"I'm just messin' with ya. That'd be too cruel. The sand would tire you out even quicker than normal running." I shifted my body to lie on my back, so my front side faced upward toward the sky, as it was easier to float in salt water. "Why don't you tell me a little about yourself? You know, besides the fact that your manhood has penetrated thousands of satisfied women..."

Nick was about to accept her challenge before she said that she was joking. There wasn't any way for her to beat him at that because his Qi would make him way too fast. And Nick didn't consider using his Qi cheating; he considered it a unique skill.
"Why don't you tell me a little about yourself? You know, besides the fact that your manhood has penetrated thousands of satisfied women..."
Nick laughed. Did she still think he's had sex with more women than you could count on your fingers? Well... it was close... Anyways he would still answer the question as he floated around the buoy.
"Hm, about me? Well I love music. Its my passion and I'm really good at it, if I do say so myself. And also boxing, which is my second passion. I'm also not from here, I moved here from England not to long ago..."

"Music, hm?" I guess that was interesting. Music wasn't exactly my thing. I mean, there's only so many talents that the magnificent and amazing Demetra could realistically handle. Plus, it was still a manipulative form of mass media in many cases. I could respect the art form, but not the corruption of large record companies. "When you say you're good at it, I guess you mean that you're good with a particular instrument." Probably guitar. Lots of guys think they're badass because they can play guitar. I suppose some actually were.
He also mentioned boxing. Tai chi was way better, as far as I was concerned, but boxing was probably still decent exercise. To each their own.
"What's England like?" I asked. "I'd like to visit Europe one day. It seems so much better than here."
