A long, thin shadow, cast along the lamp-lit pavement, just another shard of darkness in the night. Fifteen-foot lightposts seemes miles long as they threw their shady figure down even dimmer streets. Cars parked beside the curb like empty shells of the lives of those who owned them. Every once and awhile another, less lifeless, would drive by and light up the benches and trashcans by the side of the road for a moment before disappearing into the depths of a parking garage or a quiet alleyway. In which case the girl leaning against the lightpost would turn swiftly to the side so that her lean body became one with the slender object, as to not be seen. Her black garb seemed to seep off of her body and outstretch across the ground, her shadow was nearly as endless as the lamp she hid behind. She was the spirit of the night. This was her place, her time.
From the crevasse and shadows two eerie violet eyes peered emotionlessly out across the expanse of the street. At nothing in particular. She was thinking. About nothing in particular. There wasn't really anything to be pensive about, and nothing to do either. Vespyr was okay with that. She was in no rush for anyone or anything at all.

Sylar was out for a walk. He was looking for a place to stay tonight and decided to go out and look among the avenues to see if he could find a place to call home tonight. It seemed to not be working. There was no place boarded up so that meant there wasn't any place around for him to go. Sylar continued to search and walked past a very dark alley. It was weird to him for it seemed there was someone there but he couldn't put his finger on who it was. He would stand there and see if anyone came out.

Vespyr flinched at the sound of footsteps approaching, and froze where she stood, poised against the lamp like a dark statue. Her head whipped around as the steps came to a halt. It was the boy she had come across many weeks ago, on the roof of the school... What was he doing here? She debated whether or not to utter a word, considering the way she had rubbed her antisocialism off on him the last time they met. He might not be as friendly now. Her loneliness bade her say hello and she gave into it.
"Hey, kiddo." she said, crossing her arms and turning so that the light fell onto her face, her purple eyes glinting coldly. She wasn't being friendly, but she wasn't being hostile either. She was incapable of kindness but her adversity to people was fading slowly. Indifference was her specialty.

Oh. It's you. What the hell do you want this time? My shirt is on, that is unless you like it off and if so then me and you could find us a room.
Yup, that was Sylar. he always spoke his mind and didn't care so it was nice. he would just beat someone to a pulse in a second of they gave him the chance, plus he liked to get laid even though he went about it weird ways. Yet here was a very strange girl so it wasn't to odd.

The girl couldn't help but laugh at his statement, though it was a slightly disgusted chuckle laced with bitter amusement. Here was some kid, puffing out his chest and acting all macho trying to prove to himself that he was a man. Probably never got laid in his life... She saw it all the time. Fom the mexicans who sported the bulls on their vehicles to the two guys sitting at the bar, seeing who can down the most alcohol, it was always the same.
Several insults lay in wait at the tip of her tongue but she kept her humility. No need to overkill what was already better off dead.
"Don't flatter yourself, kiddo. You're better looking with the shirt on anyways. And I don't want anything. I was just saying hi.." Vespyr scoffed, raising her chin to show that she wasn't intimidated by him. "You men... you think you're so tough." she grumbled, eying him tentatively. Her sharp fingernails drummed on her sleeve as she glared at him, her brow was raised expectantly.
"You're sooo badass. Just gonna let me insult ya like that? Huh? What a piece of work you are..." her voice was sultry, speaking low and soft, sarcasticly humouring his comment. Vespyr was going to have a lot of fun with this...

Ok. already she was pissing him off. Why the hell did people like to do that. well it didn't matter for Sylar would try to tackle her and if he did he would get on her mid-section and pin down her arms.
I bet this wouldn't be the only time you've been pinned down like this now has it.
If he missed he would keep going til he got her. Very unlikely he would miss being so close up but still possible. If he pinned her there was no way she was getting out.
(ooc Look at my strength and yours. Nothing you can do. muahahahahah)

ooc: gaaahhhh you suck lol xD but I have more dexterity than youuuuu
Vespyr yelped in surprise as the guy tackled her, wincing in pain as the back of her head met with the pavement and her arms were forced to her sides, the wind knocked out of her. She coughed and gasped and glared hatefully up at him as he spoke, indeed remembering all the times this had happened.
"You're right, asshole. Its not." she spat in his face, her voice vicious and spiteful. Her arms were useless now, but her legs weren't. She couldn't pull them up to her chest to kick him off, so she brought them up as fast and forcefully as she could; if they were to hit his backside hard enough, he might have been disoriented for a long enough moment so that Vespyr might escape from his grasp. If he was thrown off or his grip loosened, she would swiftly roll to the side and get back on her feet and attempt to kick him in the head as hard as she could with her big black boots.
A kick like that would indubitably cause extreme damage or pain; although Vespyr wasn't very strong, the heavy combat boots had crushed many skulls in their lifetime and she was prepared to do so again if it was necessary. She had been taken advantage of too many times. This guy was one too many and she was going to teach him a lesson on manners.

(OOC: Preferred that this takes place after The Master System)
The night sky continued to shine down in the darkness, as two red eyes peered out from underneath a window of a house. The window was already open, and everything was in place, as he laughed to himself, walking away from such an easy target. But it wasn't money, or jewels that he was carrying.. No, it was an information job.
And an easy one at that.
Ever hate lawyers to the point of no return? Well, Hunter didn't give a rip about that, he hated a lot of people anyway. But his contact was a man in need of some.. Information. And with that, that was where Hunter came in.
Depending on the job, depending on the nature, Hunter would only take certain jobs if they were payed enough. But by then, it was all on his Cyberdeck for good measure.
He was told to meet his contact in a dark alley on Garnish Ave..
So with that, Hunter began his trek.. But something was amiss.. Something caught his ear.. Something that he didn't like.
It was coming from an Alleyway close by, as he peered down the dark hallways, he didn't have an issue with the sight, His little tcehno gadget saw everything for him.
No, what he came across.. What was this?!
What did he FIND?!
".. The hell?"
He'd slowly approach forwards, looking at the pair on the ground wrestling, this didn't look good. But, he didn't recognize the girl.
However.. He DID recognize the guy..
"Well well, what have we here.." He sneered in a taunting voice.
"Nice to see you can't get any action without raping a girl, drekhead." He taunted, trying to catch their attention.

Sylar got tossed off of the girl when she hit him. He was quickly on his feet before she kicked and merely put his foot up to bolch it. The only problem was that another person was there, and this one he knew all to well.
Did you finally decided to quit bitchin over your video games. And no, i get more action than both of you put this prick was annoying me.
(ooc Lets do you two vs me since you both are mad at me. I already get stats for vespyr for she initiated an attack.)

ooc: woot. lol I've never been in a fight before so sorry if I cmpletely suck at this...
Vespyr was thrown off balance when her kick was blocked, but she caught hold of the lightpost before she had a chance to fall. She looked, wide-eyed and suspicious, at the other guy who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Was he going to join in or help her out? Obviously the two males weren't fond of eachother, so Vespyr cautiously came to the conclusion that the newcomer was on her side. Hopefully..
Rage was flaring in her eyes and the girl tightened her fists. If this asshole wanted a fight, he would get one. She knew he was stronger, but she was faster and she wasn't going to walk away without drawing blood, even if it cost her more injuries. She was sick of living anyway; she had nothing to lose. She just wanted to teach this kid a lesson.
As fast as a cat bolting from danger, Vespyr leapt toward her attacker and attempted to grab him by the throat. If she were successful in catching him by surprise, she would dig her pointed nails into his neck and punch him in the face with all her strength.

"Did you finally decided to quit bitchin' over your video games. And no, i get more action than both of you put this prick was annoying me."
Hunter laughed, before he'd met this guy at the arcade, this was obviously quite funny. Only a short time ago, he would have dealt with him earlier, he should have dealt with him earlier.. But circumstances only proved otherwise.
"I'm sure your inflatable date at home would be pleased to know that, drek."
But before anything else could happen, all he saw was the girl that he hand on the ground earlier jump at him feircely, but that speed she was almost like a cat! Impressive! She'd have quite a spot on the sports team if Hunter cared about that shit. Next thing you know, he witnessed as she'd grab for the throat.
Now it was time for revenge.
Hunter would take the distraction as an opportune moment to launch his attack. Running forwards to take a kick at his legs hoping to sweep his legs out from under him. If the attack was successful, he'd throw another kick as he was on the ground.
