It was time to explore this place. Eva would not allow herself to dwell in an area for too long that she didn’t know. It was all part of her many precautions, ones that were driven solely for the cause of completing her job to the best of her ability.
Palming the wheel of her silver Corvette, Eva turned a sharp corner. She wasn’t a bad driver, she was just a fast one. People often considered her driving skills reckless just as she considered all the other drivers annoyingly slow. Which was why she was revving the gas pedal to try to pass the unbearably turtle paced person driving in front of her.
“Who drives 40 in a 30 zone? Such an idiot, go faster.”
As soon as her chance came, she stepped on the gas and whipped around the person. All the while she had the most calm and stoic look on her face. Perhaps it was not the best idea to pass the person in such a pedestrian area. Eva learned this many times before and now the lesson was repeating itself. At the last second, she had to swerve hard to the left to avoid hitting a person head on. Sadly, she came to a stop by her beautiful Corvette hitting it’s side on a telephone pole.
Eyes darkening, Eva stepped out of her vehicle to view the damage. She could care less about the person she almost ran over.
“Lovely. I just got her waxed too,” she said bored, yet with a subtly dark tone.

Sylar was crossing the street for he was supposed to be meeting someone down at the ice cream parlor and was nearly hit by someone in a red corvette which she drove into the pole trying to avoid him. That is what she deserves for driving like a maniac in a 30 mph speed limit area. Was she asking for a death wish. When she got out of her car though he noticed that he had never seen her before. Not just that but she was pretty good looking. If he wasn't nearly hit maybe he would have been nice. Well, not really but it's funny to think. He turned and yelled at the girl.
"Watch where your going you maniac!!!

Eva raised her eyebrow when she heard a male voice yell at her from behind. It really was a pity that her Corvette had to be the victim in this situation. The person yelling at her was only adding onto her already irritated state. Turning around ever so slowly, she held a hand up and tightened the white, fingerless tipped gloves she wore.
“Perhaps you should have crossed at a cross walk?,” she retorted, raising an eyebrow mockingly. Her voice showed no emotion, but her eyes did. Her eyes were cold hearted and sinister. She was teasing him.
“Or maybe I shouldn’t have taken into consideration your disposable life. I did swerve, didn’t I? If that did happen, I would not be talking to an idiot. And so kind sir, have a good day.”
Taking the aviators off her head, she placed them over her eyes and began to walk away.

"And where do you think your going? Yeah you swerved, so? Why does that matter. It doesn't. I would have moved and found you later. So what. big deal. You have no right to just walk away. You should at least but me dinner. "
Sylar wouldn't off minded dinner actually. With the company of a girl like her it would be even better. He would have to explain the circumstances to sara but they weren't exactly official yet. it would take a while but he sure the hell liked her. Plus that meant he could still play the field for a little, that is if the girl had the same sense of humor that Sylar did. The way that girl did the whole glove thing she just might.

“I was thinking of going to the shop to fix my car,” she said casually, looking over her shoulder at him. Her shades had slid down on her nose some, so she was able to stare at him with the full intensity of her eyes. She allowed him to talk uninterrupted, a deed that was considered nice on her part. Once he finished she had to control herself from clenching her hand into a fist.
“My dear boy, if I hadn’t swerved you’d be dead. If I were you, I’d take those facts into some consideration. I was traveling at such a speed I’d injure you before you could successfully move. As for hunting me down…” Eva smirked then. “Good luck.”
Lifting her shades back on properly, she stopped when he mentioned dinner. Didn’t he just finish scolding her for almost running him over and now he wanted her to feed him too? America had weird people in it.
“You are an idiot. But if dinner is what will make you leave me alone, then I suppose it can’t be helped.”
Walking to her Corvette, she started the vehicle and revved the engine forward. The thing roared as she did a 360, so that the passenger door would come to a nice stop right in front of the boy. Rolling down the window she looked up at him and said, “ Get in.”

This girl was nuts. She had just crashed her car into a pole and then she jumps in it, does a 360 and expects me to get in it. Wow she was crazy, he liked it. Now worries though. He opened the door and jumped in. He looked at the inside of the car, and was amazed. No wonder she loved it so much.
Nice ride. Well the inside looks nice still.
Sylar thought this was funny but decided against laughing. She was in the drivers seat and he has no control of what she does. He was sitting back and enjoying the ride.

Eva’s lips curled into a cocky little grin as he admired the inside of the car. She thought the boy was an idiot sure, but he was amusing, she’d give him that. Shifting the vehicle, she sped away from the scene of the crime. Eva didn’t take well to dealing with authorities, especially with her background.
“Now you know why I drive so fast.”
When you had a fancy car, that was standard and a total eye catcher…you’re going to want to drive fast. Wanting to avoid conversation, Eva started the sound system, which was full of bass goodness. Now to think of dinner places. It’s not like she knew this place very well, so she figured she’d stop at the first restaurant she saw.
Turning a few corners, she went into a parking lot and the car came to a stop. Getting out, she would wait for the boy to do the same before she pressed the ‘lock’ button. Taking her sunglasses off, she examined the restaurant she had stumbled upon…then looked at her guest.
“What a lucky boy, this place is expensive.”
Eva led the way.

Sylar got out of the car and looked at the place she had picked. WOW!!! Little miss I'm rich girl over here. Sylar easily shut her door and followed her. He just kept looking at the place and remembering that this is where he took sara for there first date. Kind of funny right. So he followed her without saying a word. he didn't want to piss her off more than she already was. When they got to the door he rushed forward and held it open. That was strange for him. he stood there quietly. Still not wanting to pick a fight with her after she actually took him to dinner. Maybe he should do that more often.

She was just about to open the door when her guest had rushed from behind her to open it for her. Raising her eyebrow, she grinned slightly and walked on in.
“How sweet,” she commented to him.
Eva’s eyes darkened when she saw how ‘couple’ based this restaurant was set up. Most of the booths were two man tables and the interior of the place was decorated and lighted to set a romantic mood. She ran a hand through her auburn hair in discontent. It would only take an hour, she’d live.
“A table for the lovely couple,” the waiter asked her enthusiastically. Eva nodded and soon enough they were seated. The waiter left them menu’s. The place had a wide variety. However, Eva didn’t open her menu. She merely sat back and waited for the waiter to come back and take her guests’ order.
“Have whatever you like. Just make it fast.”

Well at least she thought I was sweet. That was nice. When we got to the table Sylar sat down and watched the girl. She didn't touch her menu. Wonder why.
“Have whatever you like. Just make it fast.”
Someone's a little bossy. Well take two beers.
The waiter gave him a nod and walked off. SYlar was going to drag this out whether the girl wanted him to or not. It seemed like a fun idea so they would have a couple of drinks. He liked having a little fun before he ate. She wasn't going to like it.

Two beers? Eva didn’t think much of it at first. Apparently the boy liked to drink. That was fine with her. If anything he’d probably be much bearable to be around when he was drunk. She envisioned herself picking his drunk ass up by the collar, throwing him in the car, and dropping him off at some random location. In any case, she was going to be glad to be done with dinner.
The waiter came back momentarily and gave her one beer and him the other. She eyed the beer. She would be driving after.
“Oh well, it’s not like my driving habits will change much if I have a little alcohol in my system,” she said with a grin.
Taking a sip of the cold, refreshing beer, she actually began to peer into the menu. Now she was curious as to what they served here. She ended up closing the thing after a few minutes, undecided. That’s when she looked at her little friend.
“Since you ordered my drink, I’ll have whatever you’re having.”

Well that doesn't matter for right now. As for what we are eating is the bigger question. Well have the steak and lobster. That is unless you don't like that.
Sylar looked at her while taking a drink of his own beer. He was wondering if she liked that kind of food and if she didn't then what would she do. Sylar had a plan, he was going to get her drunk during dinner. It would be funny to watch the girl squirm as Sylar had to drive her home and put her to be. He wouldn't violate her for that wasn't what he did. He just wanted to see her throw up all over her self.

“It’s fine. I haven’t had it in a while, so it’ll be nice.”
The waiter came back and she told him their order. For some reason he lingered for a moment longer to stare at them, then he smiled nervously and left. How odd. Eva picked out what he was looking at though. It was probably the fact that Eva was wearing a suit and very serious, while the boy in front of her was wearing casual clothing and not so serious? If anything it should’ve been the other way around, at least to fit with society’s preference.
She took another sip of her beer. He did as well.
“I believe it would be nicer to address one another with names. Unless you prefer me to call you boy…I am Eva.”

My name is Sylar. And what is yours? [=color]
Sylar would take another drink of beer and wait for her to respond, that was if she actually felt like giving him her name. She didn't seem like that kind of person to tell people stuff so easily. He would have to work it out of her. That was good that she was drinking though. It would make it easier for him.

**I already got her to state her name, but I’ll have her say it again. =}
Sylar. Eva would remember that name and his face. It was important to do so with a job such as hers. Who knows, perhaps he’d be valuable to her in the future with specific information and other such things. You could never know what the future held in store. Giving him a small nod, she caught the eye of the waiter as he placed their food on the table.
It smelled good. If only she could be in better company, perhaps someone like Gabriel. Looking towards Sylar she raised her eyebrow speculatively.
“I told you my name already, it’s Eva.”
Normally she wouldn’t give her name out, at least not when she lived in France. But rather her reputation did that for her. Everyone knew who she was. Eva Fortescue, the young and beautiful Second Commander of the Seran Mafia. Not a bad title at all actually. Here, it was different though. She could be relatively normal for once.
She took a bite of food, wishing she had wine instead of beer.
“Do you like it? I may add you made a great choice in the meals.”
