OoC: Playing San Francisco by Global DeeJays
Walking around the streets of San Francisco Aunrea skipped merrily along the sidewalk. Her brightly colored ensemble moved with her with a swaying flow. Her black tied back dress lined in neon ribbon rustled around her knees just above her rainbow knee socks in her black and purple Converse. The long sleeves of her green and yellow striped shirt were rolled up to her elbows and bracelets adorned both wrists. Around her shoulder was her messenger bag with the rainbow painted on it filled with all kinds of nick-nacks. She was happy to be out.
Out of the Sea of White.
Sure the pretty white jacket club (PWJC) was nice. But the gusts of winds along the winding hilly streets of San Fran was much better. Every block was littered in old antiqued houses with tinted and faded windows that gave the place a rustic feel. The little shops sold the most bizarre and welcoming crafts and foods any tourist could ask for. This city was perfect for picking up stuff to make. Aunrea was set of having something interesting happen today. Perhaps new friends, inventions, ideas, the LOT!
Skipping further the hill she reached a row of little shops that were close to her school. The Sock shop! I LOVE this place! Looking around the corner she saw a crowd of people gathering around the chocolate shop. Hm. Chocolate. I guess I have enough socks. She continued skipping down the street maneuvering through the crowd, perhaps to run into someone from school.

It was just one of those days. You know those days where you don't want to do nothing but at the same time don't want to do nothing. Pine was having one of those days. After working out and eating Pine began to get restless. Usually Pine would have just taken a nap but today that wasn't going to happen.
Pine was laying there looking at the ceiling when his door swung open. Pine's head turned to see Jen standing in the door way looking down at him with her arms crossed.
"So when do I get to meet this girlfriend of yours?" She asked and walked in the door.
"I don't remember inviting you in." Pine said as he sat up on his bed.
"You're deflecting." Jen said and took a seat in his desk chair.
"Soon...Now what do you want?" Pine growled.
"So angry little brother but since you ask...Could you run out and grab me some chocolate from my favorite shop?" She gave him a cute smile and a wink. "If you do it I'll leave you alone for the rest of the week." She through in.
"DONE!!!!" Pine roared and ran out the door. The thought of being free of all that nagging was motivation enough for him to go. Pine already knew what she ate so he didn't have to stick around to ask.
It took about 20minutes to get down to the shop area. Pine moved quickly through the crowds, quickly maneuvering around people, stalls and animals. It was one particular dog right outside the store Pine could not avoid. The Rottweiler was a large male with a bad attitude. The moment Pine got close it lunged at him. Pine jumped back out of reach of the dog and hit something. After yelling at the owner to restrain their animal Pine turned around to see might he might have hit.

OoC: sorry for the wait! YEY SCHOOL! *sarcasm*
Approaching the chocolate shop the crowds began to thicken and thin in front of each shop door. There was chaos happening at every turn. Little children running from parents, people dropping things left and right, and....OH MY GOODNESS! A squirrel ran into the crowd and behind a boy.
Turning in the direction of the squirrel Aunrea caught sight of a giant black dog jumping on the boy the squirrel was hiding behind. The dog knocked the boy right off his feet and onto the squirrelOH MY GOODNESS! Aunrea ran towards the commotion as the dog was just getting off of the boy. The dog didn't want to kill him, or eat him, or lick him....he just wanted the squirrel. Great minds think alike Standing above the boy she knew the only thing that could have happened was him squishing the squirrel. Somewhat reluctantly Aunrea rolled the boy over, not so gently, and squintingly looked under him for the animal.
As slowly widening her eyes to see the damage there it lay. Cold and unmoving. It was a large bone! That squirrel is so smart! He moves like a ninja! Remembering that she had just shoved a person across the sidewalk Aunrea walked over to the boy and looked down at him. Maybe I should have been more gentle..."Are...you...ok? I thought you squished that squirrel! Oh my..." Blinking at the boy Aunrea's face moved into a little smile.

(OOC: No worries I know what that is like...You'll end up waiting for me to post here and there as well)
So Pine landed on his ass as the dog was restrained. There were few words to describe how angry the boy was at the moment. He was so angry the shield didn't even bother coming out and left the entire situation to the sword. Now the sword was an angry creature, except when Liberty was around. Of course Liberty wasn't here and therefore the sword had no reason to behave. If that dog weren't so big Pine probably would have beaten the owner to a pulp. Instead he would have to deal out such profanity it would peel paint and make a sailor brush.
As Pine was about to get up he felt himself knocked to the side. Teeth gritted as his face touched the concrete. This person didn't have a dog to protect them, this person he could hit.
"Are...you...ok? I thought you squished that squirrel! Oh my..."
Pine's eyes were hidden behind his long bangs but his face had a reddish tinge. The muscles of his jaw could be seen as they strained under the pressure he was clenching his teeth. If his eyes were visible the girl would see the hatred he was now trying to burn into her. That was until took a good look at her.
~HOLY SHIT IT'S ANOTHER ONE!!!!~ The little voice screamed inside Pine's mind. The other voices just kept quiet, unable to figure out what they could say in response.
The girl had an interesting fashion sense. Her dress was black, there was some neon ribbon, multi-colored socks, black and purple converse, even blue streaks in her hair. She was kinda like a different extreme of his girl friend. Even her excuse for pushing him over was lame. A squirrel. Why of all things would she push him over to see if he landed on a squirrel that wasn't even there? Then again, it might have been the squirrel he had tripped on.
"Yeah....Squirrel...Right...No problem, I'm used to getting knocked around by pretty girls..." Pine picked himself up off the ground and dusted himself off. It was about here he realized what he had just said. He wasn't quite sure why he might of just hit on the girl but it wasn't intentional.
"I'm Pine by the way. If you wouldn't mind telling me your name it would be appreciated. It's not every day I run into someone that will knock me over to look for a squirrel." Pine allowed a small smirk to cross the left side of his face and held out his hand for the customary handshake.

"Yeah....Squirrel...Right...No problem, I'm used to getting knocked around"The boy began to pick himself up off the ground. He's used to...getting knocked around? Hm...that can't be healthy. Just as that thought processed through Aunrea's mind she caught the end of his comment,"by pretty girls..." Aunrea was a bit taken aback, but the boy seemed unphased by the comment and continued, "I'm Pine by the way. If you wouldn't mind telling me your name it would be appreciated. It's not every day I run into someone that will knock me over to look for a squirrel." With a smile He stuck out his hand towards Aunrea
Her mind still confused a bit, she looked down at the hand for a second before she realized she should shake it. Her face broke out in a blush as she reached two little hands forward and wrapped them around the boys hand and shook it a bit too hard. With a beaming smile she looked up from their hands to his face, still blushing, and said, "I'm...I'm Aunrea. Yea sorry about that...but the SQUIRREL!...it's ok now. It went THAT way" Aunrea pointed towards a few bushes and then looked up at the chocolate shop she was about to enter.
Remembering that she did, in fact, come for chocolate. Without a second thought she skipped into the entrance. As the air conditioning of the building hit her face, a thought hit it as well. Oh hey...that kid...uhm...PINE...yea. Oh whoops Skipping back to the outside she blushed even more as she grabbed his hand to pull him into the shop after her. "Come on! I'm going to get chocolate! I'm sure you like chocolate Who doesn't? Right? Yes!"
