OH NOES! A DOG ATE HIS CAR KEYS! THE TEACHER IS RUNNING LATE AS HE WAITS FOR A BOWEL MOVEMENT TO PASS!!Rumors have spread throughout the school about what the new teacher is going to be like. Most are pretty accurate. Mini Bio: [/u] Name: Professor Luna Burr Subject: Psychology, and a variety of other subjects, so he might just be back in the future <3 Age: 50 Gender: Male Height: 5’11” Weight: 250 lbs Eye Color: Brown Hair: Gray and fuzzy <3 Sexuality: Heterosexual Pastime InformationHobbies/Talents/Skills: Public speaking, presentations, psychology. Sports: None Clubs: None Gangs: What a disgusting idea. However, in his teenage years he was a front-runner of a lowly high school gang. Misc.: Nothing.. Hes a big cuddly teddy bear <3 Love him Mental InformationPersonality: Dr. Burr is actually a very nice man despite his rough and scary exterior. He’s a big ruff tuff cream puff. There’s really not a cruel bone in his body. He can be mean though. He doesn’t like confrontation, and if confronted, he will use his words to fight back, making you feel small and pitiful, and then he’ll kick you out of the class. Simple as that. This is a place of learning, and he won’t let you ruin it for everyone else. He has an extreme love for the science of psychology, and wishes only to pass on his knowledge to the younger generation. Likes: Psychology, the human mind, philosophy, (purportedly) the sound of his own voice. Dislikes: Students who refuse to listen, trouble-makers in general, spicy food. Mentality/Ideal/Belief: Logic prevails over all. Physical InformationBuild: A very large burly man… Very hairy… But he’s kinda like Santa Clause. He has these eyes that just crinkle and make you feel good <3 Defining Marks: His big fuzzy beard! Description: He a big guy, and looks kinda like a biker. He’s scary looking at first glance, but he’s kinda like Santa Clause. He has these eyes that just crinkle when he smiles and make you feel good, and once you get used to his rough voice, it’s actually kinda soothing <3 For this… Just look at the pic. Fighting InformationFighting Style: Sword of Mouth Years Practiced: Most his adult life Description of style: He uses his words to fight <3 And boy, does his words cut deep. As a psychologist, he knows exactly what to say and do to get right under your skin. Simply by analysing your reactions, he can deduce what little things tick you off. Then, once you’re angry, and yelling back? HE SENDS YOU THE HELL HOME ‘cuz he don’t allow that in his class D< Overall Strengths: He’s so smart <3 Overall Weaknesses: Kids try to fight him a lot… He doesn’t like that… And he gets in trouble because he made a student feel bad… Poor guy… History InformationHistory: He received a doctorate of psychology and a famous and prestigious university. There’s really nothing important in his history that, you, the students, need to know. He had a normal life, grew up in a normal home, and loves normal things… Even though he might not look normal. Living Status Information[/u] Type of residence: Under Jess‘ bed in a Trench. Roommates: Dustbunnies[/quote] As the professor cursed and swore the little Shih Tzu in front of him of him up and down and all the way to high hell, he hoped his students would let themselves into the class, and get ready. At this rate, he would arrive just as the bell rang to start the class. He had set up the class the evening before, the projector and the screen already set up for when he was ready. Stuck to the door was a sheet for attendance. 1. Gabriel Seran 2. Olivia Green 3. Samantha Ballerino 4. Trizen Takano 5. Thirteen Silivasi 6. Victor D'Armond 7. Demetra Katsaros He had asked for the student files the night before and after looking them over, had already psychoanalysed them. This was going to be interesting. They had better be prepared for what he planned. It was going to be extremely interactive with a quiz every 5 minutes!!! <3333 =_= and you will love it. - Students are to post first, enter, take your seat. Very simple. Nothing long kplzthnkz <3 Talk amongst yourselves until the bowel movement passes... Remember... He wont be a happy camper when he arrives O= !
- Once every student posts, I will post his entry. If, by Monday, students are still missing, I will post, they will be late, and docked EXP.
- EXP is given out based on participation, and quiz marks.
- I will post every three posts.
GOOD LUCK!

Victor D'Armond walked down the hallway, hiding his cigarrettes and making sure his faux hawk looked good he headed toward the first class he'd actually WANTED to do in a long time. Psychology. Victor had a natural nack for reading people, he wanted to define that, make it stronger, and maybe learn some things about himself.
He walked into the classroom, first one there... that was unusual. He took a seat near the front and put his binder on the desk, he opened it and began scribbling things on a scratch sheet of paper

Gabriel entered this class on a whim, it was an easy enough trait to read people all one really needed to do was shut up and listen for a few moments, though when it came to it he wanted to learn more about the background behind stupid people, the ones without an agenda.
He strode in with long lengths not necessarily paying and mind to anyone who'd already arrived but he took his seat in the back of the room. He didn't take notes, Gabriel had an impatience for writing the stuff down rather he mentally took them.

Psychology. It sounded like a neat class. Not to mention the fact that Sam had heard some rather interesting rumors about the teacher. She just prayed it wasn't going to be too complicated; she had enough on her plate to deal with at the moment.
She walked into the classroom quietly. She was one of the first people there, it seemed, and she didn't see anyone she recognized enough to say hi to, so she sat down quietly and pulled out some homework to try to finish for later that day.
Spare time was spare time and Sam was going to take advantage of it.

If there was one class that she was looking forward to, it was most definitely this class. From her extremely limited time with studying any kind of human psychology...well...then again...let's not talk about that. Instead, lets just talk about the now. And right now. Thirteen for once had no issues finding her classroom. She walked in, sat down, and tapped the floor with her foot. There were three other people. Two with familiar kinetic signatures.
One she recognized as Sam Ballerino, another was Victor. The other? She had a vague, familiar feeling, but failed to put a name to it for now. However, that would come in time correct? It was psychology, names would really be useful...
Was there any teacher here yet?
She couldn't tell.
It was going to be a long day wasn't it? Her orange eyes stared straight ahead, without a care of what they might be looking at...she'd lost it, physically and mentally long ago.

Psychology literally translates from it's etymology being Greek for 'study of the soul' (Umm... I'm a know-it-all, and I happen to be Greek. Call me a nerd and you can bite my fat Greek ass. But then I'd scold you about eating, even in butt form, meat--not something you do in front of a strict vegan like myself. Aren't you just screwed then?). I don't believe in souls, and not in a pessimistic way. I just don't think there's some kind of spirit inside of people that lives on after they die, or provides them with a conscience, or keeps them from being a vampire, or whatever purpose people give to souls.
Instead, I believe in an organ called the brain, which provides guidance into our actions and once shut off makes us dead permanently (If you want to have a philosophical debate with me, I'd be more than happy to, and I'd be respectful to your point of you). Brains: that's where modern psychology comes in, and that's what I wanted to get out of this class. I'm a big fan of science, and despite the fact that I am often easily distracted in my own thoughts, I'm pretty good at paying attention within the classroom, 'cause I'm a huge supporter of education. Plus, it's free! I don't have to pay a dime to take this course.
With my intrigue and optimism floating around in my BRAIN (I'm going to think about brains more than hungry zombies now), I slid into a front and center seat. After all, it's been statistically proved that students who sit closer perform better in academics. Go me!

Olivia took this class simply because it seemed like a confusing subject to her. Maybe that and she has a few mental problems like herself, like OCD or some form of paranoia. It would also be interesting to find out some information a shrink had, because she always wanted to know what went on in her twin's shrin's head. Probably along the lines of "I already know Alexis' story why is she lying through her teeth?". She could be spot on, after all, Alexis' doctor was very unprofessional and treated Alexis poorly.
Olivia made her way down the hallways with a piece of toast sandwiched inbetween her teeth. It was buttered, but not to worry, everything about said toast was vegan. Bleeping expensive, but she would rather that than eat animal by-products.
Olivia found her class, and paused when she had seen a few of the students. It wasn't 'cause she knew them or anything, but it was because there was more students in this class than she would have thought. It was un nerving to know there were so many students around her. Livi was hoping for some sort of salvation from a teacher, but he or she was no where to be seen. Olivia looked for a seat all by herself, when she found a seat that didn't involve being alone; it involved sitting beside the only other person that wasn't Alexis that she trusted, Gabriel.
A smile spread on her face as she slowly made her way to a seat beside him, and she slid her binder from under her broken arm(because it was tucked in between her arm and her side of said arm, she needed her unbroken arm to eat the toast). she didn't want to look at the other people to find if they were judging her or not, though her cuts and bruises cleared from her face; so, it would give less cause to talk about her, though a sense of nervousness flooded her mind.
"Hi hi hi." she whispered to Gabriel, not wanting people to really here the fact she repeated herself on an impluse.

'Not again! I'm so freakin' LATE!'
The young boy made his way down the hallways again. He scurried along and made sure to use his speed to blow by any sort of stragglers. It was a good thing Trizen was not able to drive, he'd be a total led foot. Considering everything, he couldn't stand being late as it was which added to the adrenaline rush and pressure of being on time -- well, more on time as late as he already was.
Speeding down a few more hallways, Trizen knew he reached his own. The appropriate one.
'Ok... room-room-room-room...' His brown eyes scanned for the last two digits of each room as his body seemed to sub-consciously dance around the Corolla-like people in his way. 'There it is! Oh sh--'
While avoiding one person, his eyes opened wide as his footing did not allow for him to dodge a young lady standing by the entrance of the doorway. The gorgeous long-haired brunette was with her group of friends, it seemed, and while making his turn in, the boy ran head first into hers. It sounded like a cluster of bowling pins when they collided and fell to the ground just as quickly. They were both out of it and moaned in pain.
Luckily for the pair of them, their papers and other school equipment were tucked away in their shoulder bags which didn't allow for any mess. But that didn't mean Trizen would get out of that situation easily enough. If one was in the classroom, all they would have heard was this:
"Hey! Get up! Apologize to my girlfriend!"
"...huh?"
"Oh, being a smart-ass, eh?"
"...No... what? No-no, I didn't mean to--"
"Stop pretending you don't know what I'm talking about. You tried to get a feel didn't you?"
"What?! No-no! I swear I---"
SOCK! POW! Silence.
Trizen Takano entered the psychology class with his writing hand over his left eye. His head turned as he looked for a tissue for his bleeding nose while his right shoulder shrugged to keep his shoulder bag on his... well... shoulder. Redundant as it was. For him, the damage wasn't anything to ride home about, but it was embarrassing. On scanning the class for those brief seconds, he saw the ratio of older students to young was quite large. The only one he saw that was younger than him was Thirteen. But she was a brainiac as it was. She was really thirteen. At least two grades ahead of her age.
The boy found a tissue on the teacher's desk, though it dawned on him that the teacher wasn't quite there yet. He was relieved but still very much embarrassed, particularly because he knew how well people analyzed each other -- or, when they cared to at least. The one in the front row seemed pretty attentive considering her position there, but he wasn't about to go read anything further than that. Although it was a habit. A bad one sometimes. Most times. With his free hand, the same one with the slung shoulder bag, he held the tissue on his nose and held his head up. He looked like an idiot as he hit a couple of desks on his way to the back of the room. The first being Demetra's, the second being Gabriel's, then Sam, then Victor's. Yep, he was felt like a loser and by all accounts, he could have been one if he really decided to be.
Finally finding a seat, the boy tried to put his bag down, but forgot his arm was bent on keeping the tissue by his nose. So, the bag was in the crease of his elbow and hung there for a while as Trizen sighed in defeat. The boy took his left hand off his left eye to reveal the nice, big and swollen mark that presented itself like bad make-up. In proxy to it, he transferred the tissue from his right hand to free hand and kept it on his nose to allow for his bag to finally hit the ground. The fifteen year old finally sat down and exhaled just as quickly.
'Good morning, Trizen. Good morning.'

Professor Burr pushed through the doors of the school and made the short walk directly to the class he was going to be teaching out of. With a sigh and a heave he lifted a hand to wipe a bead of sweat off his face. The damn little dog had thrown him off. His whole day was completely off schedule now. He was fine though. He would survive. He reached the door just as the bell rang. That was what mattered.
He ripped the attendance off the door and strode into the room, looking around at his students. Glaring at them as though they were the bane of his existence he slammed his briefcase down on his table and popped it open. In truth he felt such pride seeing them all sitting there, nice and quiet. <3 He loved the students like they were his own children. He paused... "What the hell happened to you boy?" He asked, referring to Trizen and his bloody nose. "Did you need to see a nurse?" He looked around at the rest of the class, noting the small blind girl. He would be speaking with his slides for her. Normally, he only roughly outlined what was in his slides, but he would be more indepth when he spoke for her sake.
As he shuffled papers he spoke. "Welcome to my Psychology class. I am your Professor. You can call me Mr. Burr, but I know students just prefer Sir. So whatever you prefer, feel free." He looked down at the attendance. The names had already been memorized, but actions spoke a thousand words. "Psychology... Is a science... You may have heard differently, but that is how I will be teaching this class. First, we must understand what Psychology is. Psychology is the study of behaviors and mental processes. Its history is long... and boring. I won't put you to sleep with that, because I know it's not what you want to hear. In contemporary psychology there are 5 perspectives." He paused as he walked over to the projector. "Let's start then shall we?"
The slides began to flick across the screen.
"I know it looks like a lot, and kind of boring. Don't worry, I'm only going to cover the boring stuff quickly. After these topics will be the stuff I KNOW you want to hear about.... Maladaptive behaviours."
"So... There will be a total of three quizzes (don't worry, simple stuffz), and everything will be on slides. Let us begin."
"Next... The neuron."
"Are there any questions up to this point? No? Good. Gabriel. Name three parts of a neuron." Professor Burrs head snapped around to face the student. After he got his answer, he would continue. "Olivia, if I said that your mother had a phobic disorder because of a bad dream when she was 5, which perspective am I referring to?" Again he would wait. And again he would call on a student. "Samantha, what is the purpose of the Myelin Sheath? Trizen, Freud says what?" He chuckled to himself. "Aurora. Which perspective looks at behaviour in terms of human experiences, problems, potential and free will?"

Finally a teacher.
Luna was a name that Aurora would have expected to be a woman's, but when the professor entered the room, he turned out to be a guy. Who would have thought? Oh well, enough about that. Once again, the girl didn't take notes, and relied solely on her Qi to get her through, memorizing everything in high-definition memory video. xD
Of course, the multiple quizzes would help her keep that memory. Which was nice. Even better...he was skipping the bad stuff, the crap they didn't need to know or what wasn't really applicable, and before soon, it was already quiz time, and Aurora was given her question. And she had an answer for it...
"Technically, all of them. The biological determines what kind of experiences we have and their limitations. The psychodynamic determines our supposed free will and the choices it will make...the cognitive could be applied to all of those interconnectively...same with behavorial and humanistic perspectives. Each determine, rather limit the various choices that "free will" gives us. Essentially, we all have the choice to go skydiving, but not all of us want to."
Futures and pasts...they helped. Big time.

(Is there a post order for question/answer...?)
Trizen still had the tissue to his nose and held his head up slightly when the teacher entered the room. Then came the rush of drips and the boy put his head back even more. Oh yeah, A-Class winner. Great way to make a first impression.
When the teacher asked whether or not he needed to see the nurse, Trizen replied, "Nope, I'm alright. It'll finish off soon." Which wasn't quite true. When he was younger and his nose bled, it bled for a while. He hoped it stop soon lest it looked like he was some kind of pervert -- according to stereotype anyways, though he forgot where he was for a second. America was different.
Now here's where the learning started. Professor Burr starting talking and doing the whole slideshow thing. Everytime he thought of the word 'slideshow' he always thought 'Sideshow Bob'. Couldn't tell you why. It just happened. Either way, psychology was interesting and he didn't know he would end up learning about the physical side of things. As tedious as it was, he figured it would be useful eventually.
Then the teacher started rambling names with questions. The students answered them quite well. He was impressed with their knowledge, though in this school, he always figured everyone knew too much. Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing. They were future leaders of the world -- well, some of them. Most of them. Either way, they'd end up shaping the world somehow. Wait, then his name was called. With a question. Trizen knew what to say.
"I'm pretty sure you, or rather Freud, called it Psychodynamic Perspective," he said as his right hand held a new tissue to his nose, his left hand was still trying to scribble down some notes while his head was back. The idiot wouldn't realize how horrible a job his writing was because he wasn't really looking down at his sheet. "Text book answer would be that 'we're are motivated by inner forces and conflicts which we have little awareness or control of.' Or in kid speak, when we were small, certain events traumatized us in a way that would trigger subconscious habits."

All the while Olivia sat there with her mouth dropped and without blinking. She had never taken these kinds of classes before and she was already failing horribley. The outline looked long, and that picture was... a tree? Well, she knew it wasn't a tree, but still, she was confused.
Then the teacher had gone and asked questions... and she was one who was supposed to answer. It sounded as if another student answered, but Olivia still answered if she was still expected to.
She raised her hand, then put it back down, then put it back up.. then repeated once again. Her face went red, 'cause she was totally aware of her problem, but now it was completely visible for everyone else. "I..I-I don't know... But I know my mom is bipolar..." along with being an alcoholic who physically abuses her twin daughters, but she thought bipolar was enough to speak of... Of course the teacher was asking a hypothetical question, but again, Olivia was honest.
She took a breath from her inhaler. Speaking infront of a class of strangers scared her shitless...

Gabriel saw Olivia walk in and it brought a cool little smile to his face as she decided to sit by him. It wasn't all too bad actually getting close to someone, Gabriel always had some inert fear that he'd end up losing them in the end regardless of how he worked at things. It was a reoccurring trait that spiraled out of control every opportunity he'd gotten a chance to represent it. Regardless he was here now and for the time being he was happy.
"Hey," he said quickly with a cute smile.
He turned forward as the teacher shot off the questions rapidly, without stuttering he reacted quickly taking a quick glance at the worksheets that had been handed out.
"That would be Nucleus, Axon and Cell body, sir.." taking a quick breath he slouched down again enjoying the moment of rest before getting ready to rattle off another answer. Science wasn't his thing and he didn't realize how much science went into Psychology.

Victor sat, his scribblings of drawings turned into notes halfway down the paper. He hated authority, and he hated school and class and blah blah blah, but this stuff actually interested him. He began drawing the neuron, nodding at the stuff he already knew. he hummed very lightly to himself as he scrawled down everything from the slides onto his paper for later.
He was glad the teacher hadn't asked him any questions, but he was also growing bored. He listened to everyone elses answers. trizen seemed the most experiance, victor would end up listening to a lot of his answers probably, thirteen was close behind. the girl? well the answer was right there on the board, he almost wanted to say it for her, then he heard her answer. Unexpected, a tear drop of pity formed in victor's chest. he continued to draw once his notes where done

Sam looked up as the teacher came in. Not exactly what she had in mind, but somehow it seemed fitting. Mr. Burr... Mr. Bear... yeah. That fit.
He started right in on the lecture, and Sam rushed to find a clean sheet of paper before he got too far ahead. the stuff about perspectives made sense to her, but she'd never been one for biology, and all the fancy names for the little tiny things that make the body work. Or in this case, the brain. But she dutifully copied down the information on the slide.
She was still writing when she heard his question. It took a moment to register that he was speaking to her, because almost nobody called her Samantha unless they were angry. She looked up, startled, and began searching through her notes. "Uh... well..." She stalled. "Oh! It, uh, protects nerve fibers."
