((A direct continuation from this thread)) The engine roared, screaming its strange, glorifying language of power and heat. It wasn't anything special- a corvette, stock, cherry red. He liked it because it had belonged to his dad- one of the few things he had of his. He didn't know why- this morning he felt a strange connection with everything regarding his parents, and he just wanted to be near things that had belonged to them. His hand went through the movements methodically, downshifting as he came upon a small pocket of traffic just outside the school. He stuck his head out the window, peering around the vehicle in front of him to see what the hold up was. To his embarassment, the car in front of him had broken down, and he had stopped for nothing. Still, it was nothing in the grand sceme and things, and rather then wait or sit there looking more rediculous, he sped around them, tearing into the parking lot and jamming himself between an SUV and a compact car. His alarm bleeped loudly as his fingers found the button, locking the doors with a thick layer of security. He smiled as he approached his school. Moral Crest. It had been a few days since he had been there- taking a nice long break to gether himself and finish up the business of his Clients and co-workers. Blaze Enterprizes was a major corporation, and it was absolutely no secret that he ran it. Being a high funtioning industry made operating it a royal pain in the ass. Board meetings, travels, signatures- all of it brought one great big yawn from him. Even so, it had to be done, and now that he was back he could concentrate on his studies, at least for the time being. He entered the front doors to a large crowd around two students fighting. Of course, on his first day back, that had to be the thing he would run into. He stepped up through the crowd and right into the ring, planting a boot against one students side and pushing him off the other kid. Everyone stared at him, and he looked down at the two kids without expression. "Fights over. Go to class." And they obeyed. Why, exactly, he was unsure. Of course, he kept up to date on everything that had been going on in the school since he left, and he had heard strange rumors of stuffy, nose in the air kids who felt themselves infinitely better then those currently enrolled at Moral Crest. It didnt seem of much concern to him, as there were many, many students like that, so he honestly didnt pay them much mind. Of course, the current hierarchy was always on topic, and though he didnt know much of thier dealings, he heard small whispers and speculations. Still, he expected what he walked in on, and he doubted either the new students or the current "commanders" were to blame for any ensuing pain and bloodshed. As for why the kids would obey was what he really wondered- were they afraid of one person? If so, why? He turned after they had gone, stepping up to the front office and speaking with the secretary. "David Blaze- i was told i needed to pick up some papers here?" The lady rummaged for a moment before handing him an envelope wordlessly. He almost asked her why she didnt stop the fight before, but he already knew the answer, he didnt feel the need to make her appeasement known. He pulled open the large yellow container and pulled out the papers, reading over his schedules and meetings quickly. 'They waste no time, do they?' He thought with a sigh before returning the sheets to thier traveling case. David cracked his neck and began his walk to his locker with the envelope under his arm, unzipping his coat so he could store it inside.

"W-What?! You're breaking up with me!? But... But I thought we had something special!"
Min rolled her eyes. No, she wasn't the one doing the break up; the girl next to her was. Her locker just happened to be right next to hers, so the couple - or soon to be ex-couple - were in her way. It was ticking her off because she had class to get to, and her teacher wasn't exactly a nice person when it came to tardy students. She tried interrupting multiple times, but whenever she 'politely' interrupted, the guy would literally bark in her general direction. Now, she wouldn't give a flying fcuk, or at least, not on normal occasions, but this guy was hella buff! And she assumed he took mad steroids or something, because he had some pretty big guns, if you know what I mean.
But you know, everyone has their limit on patience, and this couple was just pressing all her buttons simultaneously. They were a never ending, bitter couple who had severe trust problems with one another. They were the make-up/break-up type of people, and it pissed her off because it wasn't the first time this happened either. She mentally swore colorful language because they were still going at it, and Min knew for a fact that she would now be late to class. And Min was not a very nice person when tested, and so she sighed heavily, slamming her books to the ground which echoed in the near vacant hallway. The two, startled, turned to stare at Min, as if she were some crazy girl who liked to meddle into others' business.
"You know, usually, when people break up, they break up within a minute. You two have been going at it forever, RIGHT in front of my locker too. So can you get the fcuk out of my way?" Min hissed, clearly not in a very happy mood.
And you know what the buff guy did? He COMPLETELY ignored her because he was already throwing a hissy fit with his now ex-girlfriend, that he - blind with rage - picked Min up like an inanimate, lightweight object, and threw her across the hall. Shocking? Quite. In fact, she was about to be thrown right into a boy, and Min, not knowing what to do in midair, just sort of shifted herself so her bony elbows and head wouldn't smash right into him.
Am I invisible now?!

A dull roar sounded, causing David to look up from the ground and his deep thoughts to see a small asian flying in the air. If this confused him, he didn't let it show, instead bringing his hands from the zipper on his coat that he had been trying to fix while he walked to catch the female, stumbling back a little and grunting slightly. He held her for only a moment, realizing that, with his arms wrapped around her, his left hand perfectly and, almost comically, clasped her left breast. His face went from mild surprise at the sudden body, to a dawning of awareness, to extreme embarassment. He dropped her as the understanding hit him, likely causing her to fall on her rump. He sputtered for a moment.
"Er, uh i..s-sorr-"
He was cut off as a loud voice rang out, blistering the hallway with its sheer magnitude and volume. It was Teddy, or "Teddybear" as some had come to call him. David thought it was because he was gay, for a time, but after the kid got a girlfriend he went with the other explaination- that the fellow was generally the last thing attached to a body before he tackled them on the field. A typical football player, a bonefied jock and, as his type were wont to be, had heavily chiseled muscles, likely drug enhanced. This wouldnt be good.
"Fucking whore!"
David stared, still red faced, assuming Ted was talking to the girl at his feet, but intead the goliath was yelling at the female whom he had hanging on his arm for several months. Davids mouth was slightly agape, stunned that such a noise could come out of a human being. The entire school seemed hushed, and David was no exception. He jumped for a moment, feeling the body at his feet. How rude of him. He bent down to help the girl up, trying his best to act as if his hand hadn't been where it had indeed been.
"Are...Are you okay?"

A pair of arms managed to keep her steady. Rather than feeling a sh!t load of pain, Min instead felt a light thump as she was caught. An eye brow raised, she thought the guy who caught her must have been skilled in catching large objects with limbs. Maybe he knows how to catch a lion, who also have large, pointy teeth and a tail? But this didn't cross her mind, because his hand was on her freaking boob for Pete's sake, and she began to question his motives. Of course, as soon as Min realized that he had been touching her boob - perhaps intentionally, or was it really unintentional? - he dropped her, and she landed on the floor with quite a thud. She groaned at the sudden pain, not expecting THAT to happen, mostly because she thought he'd set her down. But this just confirmed that he was just as surprised as she was when he realized where his hand had been.
"Fcuking whore!"
Min turned her head at the giant yelling at the girl hanging by his arms. She rolled her eyes before actually physically rolling her body to get up onto her feet. The stupid couple must have really been blind - either with love or rage, I don't really care - to not have seen or heard Min cussing at them. If Min were in a love quarrel and some ass-wipe decided to cut in, she would do more than damage his face; she'd probably mess up his future generations to come, if ever.
"Are...Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," Min grunted, her jaw clenched. She wasn't sure to be thankful that he caught her and only received this much damage, or to cuss him out because 1. he seemed like a pretty good scapegoat, given the situation, and 2. pretty much what was said number one. But Min wasn't that mean, or at least, not to people who were willing to catch flying Asians, y'know?
He helped her up.
"Thanks," was her reply. Though short, she truly meant it, even if it didn't seem like it with her gruff attitude for the time being. She walked back towards the couple, pulling up the sleeves of her sweater.
"Here's a tip, sh!theads. Fight each other at home, and get the fcuk away from my locker."
>_>;..
...yeah, she was pissed.

"Uh...no-no problem."
He watched as she brushed herself off gruffly, making it obvious by the aura of her body that she was upset, and ready to pick a fight. David took an exasperated breath. Why was it, that every time he came to this school, there was always a fight brewing right in front of him. He stuffed his hands in the pockets of his coat, tailing the young asian the few needed feet to the big boy who was so OBVIOUSLY(/sarcasm) waiting for her. He watched as the steroided fellow swiveled his thick neck, pointing his gaze directly into the eyes of the girl who was trying to send him hints to move. It was as if a question was splashing across his face, asking why his picking this girl up and throwing her around hadn't caused her senseless nagging to cease. He reached forward, grabbing the asian by the shirt at her shoulders.
"Listen bitch-"
A hand would wrap around Teddys forearm, not quite reaching all the way around but at the same time not needing too. The hand pulled Teddys grip from the shirt, and then, between the football player and the ball of oriental fury stood David, calm and smiling.
"Hey, sorry to so rudely step in. I couldn't help but think you have the intent to harm this girl." His voice was steady and peaceful, only sparking more anger in the fellow before him.
"Well, whatever gave you that idea?" Teddys voice was heavily layered with sarcasm. David smiled charmingly. "Just a guess." He let go of the wrist and lowered his hand. "If i may save you the pain from your actions, try just taking three steps to your right. The girl just wants in her locker, kay big fella?" Now, David was smart, and knew that his words could bring even more fury from this behemoth, but he knew that showing fear or peacful intent would only give room for this guy to try and walk all over him. He waited, and the guy smirked and turned to his buddies, raising a hand a little as if to gesture at David and say "Well, i tried but now i gotta beat his ass." Ted turned back and shot a punch, aiming for Davids jawline.
A loud crack was heard, David taking a hard step to the right, his face jerking in that direction as well as a spray of blood splattered the locker three down from the asians behind him. David reached up, feeling his mouth as his longish hair hid his face from veiw. He looked at the blood, a metallic taste splashing across his tongue. He looked back up to the grinning jock, blood dripping off his chin.
"Can't say i didn't try."
He jerked forward with all the ability his body possessed and, without mercy, quarter or warning, through a haymaker right into the solar plexus of the boy, whose upper body jerked forward, eyes bulging as blood sputtered from his mouth. David stepped back, looking disconcerted as the boy shakily and slowly brought his hands to his stomach, doubling over and falling to his knees. David brought his hand around, grabbed the boys hair, and chucked him aside with one arm as through he were a sack of grain. Then, he turned to the asian female and pulled a napkin from his pocket.
As he was wiping his mouth, he gave her a bright look.
"SO! You have your locker, now, in return, might i have the pleasure of your name?"

"Listen bitch-"
"Oh, I'm listening, you cocky son of a-"
Min had not been at all intimidated by the super buff, drug enhanced dood. Not when he stared at her, not when he grabbed her shirt, not when he called her a female canine, either. The fact that he touched her actually infuriated her a tad bit more than she already was! However, it seemed as if the one catching flying Asians took a step between herself and the guy, successfully managing to - somehow - release the strong grip on her shirt. She took a few steps back, eyes now focusing on Mr. David Blaze. He had her full attention at the time being; oh, how much he changed! When she first met him, which was two minutes prior, was a stuttering boy that accidentally touched females in a perverted manner. Let me stress that it was accidental; you know, unintentional?
Then Teddy socked one onto her 'hero', to which she cringed at. She saw the blood, and for some odd reason, felt a touch of concern for the stranger. Probably because he stepped up when he didn't have to; to go out of his way to catch her, and then step between her and Teddy? She was about to pounce on the fella until David said something that took her completely by surprise.
"Can't say i didn't try."
And BAM! She watched in awe as he easily took down Teddy, then turned to her with a smile on his face, wiping the blood off his mouth.
"SO! You have your locker, now, in return, might i have the pleasure of your name?"
She cracked a grin, placing her hand on her hips, an eyebrow raised. Well, wasn't he a playful one? Not to mention she was impressed with the quick work. And in a snap, her foul mood seemed to have diminished, though she did not forget that Teddy was unconscious on the ground. Nor did she forget about the girl who was previously hanging on his arm. Where she was now, well, that she didn't know. But she wasn't any of her concern, and since he pretty much beat up Teddy for her, she thought it'd only be polite for her to give him what he wanted.
"Young-Min Adair," she said, before turning towards her locker, cracking open the lock. There was nothing special in the metal tin cage of hers; just a back pack, some extra clothes... She grabbed her books from the floor and dropped them into her back pack.
"And you?" Min grinned, pulling out a bandanna from her locker before closing it. She figured he might need it, even though he had a bandanna; it was the least she could do. She turned towards him, backpack slung around her shoulders, hand outstretched to give him the bandanna.
"You know, you don't look too bad bruised up like that," she chuckled, before adding, "And thanks. Really saved me the trouble. Is there anything I can do in return?"

David felt his cheek, lightly pressing his fingers over the scuff to assess the damage as blood continued to drip off his chin. It seemed a daily occurance for almost every student at Moral Crest, and though the girl seemed nice, he couldn't help but think back to the fight she was picking with the groaning teen on the floor behind them. She had to be new- there was no way she could be lasting long term still looking mint condition. He accepted the bandanda graciously giving his name almost like a second thought. "David Blaze." He turned, tossing the now blood riddled napkin he had withdrawn from his coat pocket into the garbage can. It may seem strange that he had done so since the floor was riddled with paper and garbage, but he was one of the few who tried his best to keep the school in tip top shape.
David cocked an eyebrow. It wasnt the first time he had a black mark to show how welcoming his face was to the human fist. He gave a smile, his pearly whites as she said he looked good with that bruise. He didnt directly respond to it, having slightly blushed and placed the bandana over his lip. He was never really good at talking to girls- they always made him nervous. Of course, he had gotten a lot better with it, having realized that, instead of stuttering some weak reply or looking a total fool, he could just smile and deal with his blushing. He tilted his head a little at her offer of something in return- his inner, evil perverted side had many things in mind. After all, this girl was damned gorgeous. Of course, he wouldnt say anything of the like, even as a joke, until he really got to know her.
So, instead he replied "Well, i'm actually heading to my locker to put my coat away and then i'm heading to the cafeteria to grab a bite to eat. If you would care to keep me company, i wouldn't mind that in the least."
He took a deep, obviously exaggerated breath, walking by her slowly, almost sadly.
"Of course, if you have a class to get to, i understand. You don't have to come with me- after all, i only saved your life. No biggie."
His voice was playful, throwing a mock guilt trip on her yet at the same time real. He was trying to get her to give up her hopeless attempt at class- which almost always involved two students fighting and the teacher cowering- and come with him for what might be an interesting encounter of the second kind. He continued to walk, very slowly, looking over his shoulder and giving another grin.

"David Blaze."
David Blaze? Had a nice ring to it. His last name was her friend's first name, and she was a female. Getting off topic, but she thought it was an odd coincidence, though of course, she wasn't sure about the spelling. Anyway, she shot him a smile, kind of feeling bad that he got punched in the face, though she didn't feel as nearly as bad for him as she did for the unconscious bulk on the floor. Blood was dripping out of his mouth, and she mentally winced at the thought of the same thing happening to her. Mind you, she knew how to fight and stand her own ground, but a surprise attack like that? A pain. She would have never expected a strike like that to occur so quick into the fight.
"Well, i'm actually heading to my locker to put my coat away and then i'm heading to the cafeteria to grab a bite to eat. If you would care to keep me company, i wouldn't mind that in the least."
She was about to reply, saying that she had class to get to, but wouldn't mind going out later, but...
"Of course, if you have a class to get to, i understand. You don't have to come with me- after all, i only saved your life. No biggie."
She started laughing, slightly rolling her eyes at his words. Well, what's one day going to do to her transcript? She placed her hand on her hips, finding it unbelievable that he would go through the means of a guilt trip to have a companion for lunch. She sighed, and thought up of her own witty reply.
"Well...I do have class to get to. Education is important and vital for my future, and missing a day could mean more work for tomorrow..." she said, giving a sad, regretful face, as if rejecting his offer. She was a couple steps behind him because she had stopped walking, as if her class was in the other direction. However, instead, she hopped up right next to him and linked her arm around his, hoping he wouldn't mind the contact.
"But I guess I can spend lunch with you. After all, you did save my life," Min said, chuckling.

David smiled as the girl took his arm, looking down the entire foot to her head in order to do so. He hadn't had a girl on his arm for a long time- not since Bastille left him near a month ago. He knew it was just her playing around and having fun, but it still made him feel almost...comfortable. He guessed it was probably her smell- she had a motherly smell about her. To most, that would seem an insult, but he wasnt trying to seem that way at all. Just that the scent reminded him of his mother. He frowned slightly, trying to think. Why was he having so many issues regarding his parents today? Drive his dads car, wear his dads jacket, smell of his mother- everything caused him to go back to them.
He stopped by his locker, pulling the jacket off ofer his head since he had been un-successful at fixing the zipper before earning the scuff on his cheek and the blood in his mouth. He pulled his shirt back down, the blue Tshirt having been yanked up when he took off the coat. He placed it in his locker and shut it gently, turning back to the young female before reaching up and flattening down his hair once more. He took a deep breath, letting it out quickly before asking "So, Young Min, how has this humble albiet filthy and violent school been treating you?"
His question was harmless- a simple delving into the life of a possible friend.

When he stopped by his locker, she unlinked her arm from his and stood off to the side, her left eye arching when he pulled the jacket above his head, rather than unzipping it. When his shirt flew up, she figured it was his way of showing off his body, so she chuckled quietly to herself. It would have worked a lot smoother if it was an actually hoodie without a zipper, but whatever. She saw his abs, they were nice, maybe a little more than nice, and she figured he might be one of those typical guys who work out for the hell of it. See, she never really understood that; Min obtained her body through dancing. It was something she enjoyed and was worth the sweat. Working out didn't seem all that fun; she tried it a couple of times and...well, she got bored real fast.
"So, Young Min, how has this humble albiet filthy and violent school been treating you?"
"You can call me Min, if you want," Min said, before continuing, "Alright, I guess. It's a little better than my old school. There aren't too many fights, well, at least, not as much as the one I used to attend."
She would follow him to the cafeteria. She wasn't sure if he brought a sack lunch or ate cafeteria food. Min wasn't a fan of the school food so she brought her own. No offense to anyone that ate it; it just wasn't her thing when she found multiple hairs in her soup. Kind of freaked her out and scarred her for life to not eat food from schools. If she found hair at home, at least she knew who it belonged to. But at school? It could be pubes for all you know...
"So what grade are you in?" she asked, simply out of pure curiosity.

Min, huh? He smiled as she gave her opinion on the current stability of Moral Crest. He didnt doubt that her old school was worse in some ways, but he did doubt the atmosphere in which could be felt everywhere. Nearly every turn you took held a harsh air of tension, thick and riddled with dirty looks and envious attitudes. He loved his school, wherever it was, and he knew that change was possible if someone who actually cared stepped into the headmasters seat. Instead, they had Pillars from other schools, they had psychopathic snipers, and a perfectly useless hierarchy whom only showed its face when it got bored. David sighed- the school may not be as bad as her old one yet, but it was surely on its way.
He cleared his throat.
"Ah, well, i'm a senior. Top of the food chain, if there was such a thing." He said this because in normal schools if you were a senior you were respected. At Moral Crest, your Age and Year meant nothing. He took a seat at the first table he came to, putting the sack lunch (which he had wisely brought, seeing Min with her own) On the table in front of him. He dumped it out, revealing a sandwich, some chips, a cookie and a banana. Classic High schoolers Lunch. He leaned began unwrapping his sandwich, looking over at Min as he did so.
"You said your old school was worse? What school did you go to?"
Idle talk- not one of his strongpoints, but he had gotten better through time.
Besides, he wouldnt want this beautiful girl to think him a bore and just leave, now would he?
