"Look.. I got you what you wanted.. So back off." "No, you see.. That's not business kid. Business is business.. And we need you for this." "Forget it, if you're going to screw with me then you can forget any other of this "business" of yours.. I want out." "Do the job, kid!""Fuck you!""Do it, or you and me are gonna have a problem!""..."*Clic-click* ".. Fine, but that's it! After this, no more!""Good boy.. I knew I could count on you.."*SLAM* "Chump.."
It was mid afternoon.. The school day was almost done, as everyone was scurrying off to their final classes for the day.. But not for Hunter as he slipped down the hall. After the last botched mission.. This was going to be an attempt to try again. He made sure to become prepared this time.. After all.. Last time was an interruption that he didn't want to come across again. However.. Security would be less tighter than expected. But there was that small chance of being discovered by the teachers. Which was just as well worth the risk.. Damn.. Was it really worth it? He trudged down the hall in thought, His Cyberdeck ready as he moved in towards the target.. The teacher stepped out, as Hunter stepped in. Quick and easy.. "This payout better be damn worth it.." He growled to himself, as he approached the teacher's computer. His target was the boys of the Phoenix Family. To increase their education grades so that way they'd be eligible for their scholarships.. Hunter shook his head, if they have this much money to pay him.. Then what's the deal? There shouldn't be an issue. Finally making it to the teacher's desk. He decided he'd have to work fast.. There wasn't much time.. Immediately he plugged his Cyberdeck in, plugging his optical cord into his ear.. Opening him to the matrix, as he typed away.. Looking for the files.. However, the downside to cyberjacking.. was that he could only see the Matrix.. And nothing else..

Hiyami shook her head as she moved down the hall - how the hell could she be so stupid? She'd managed to leave her backpack behind. She guessed it was just one of the those days. You know, one of those days where absolutely nothing went right. Still, it couldn't get worse than this.
As she approached the classroom - just one more hallway - she saw the teacher. She panicked. "I left my backpack in the classroom!" she exclaimed as she got closer. "You didn't lock it, did you?"
The teacher shook his head, and Hiyami sighed in relief, simply moving past to get to the classroom. The teacher would probably keep going to wherever he was headed.
Hiyami came to a skidding stop just a few feet past the classroom. She totally failed at physical stuff. Why? She'd definitely tripped. Over absolutely nothing. Which caused the trip. She'd landed flat on her already flat ass It's doesn't need any help, dammit! and promptly skidded on it past the classroom. Yeah, yeah. Being a weakling sucked.
Still, she'd gotten to her feet - "Ow, ow - I definitely don't want to do that again - ow!"
She could hear tapping. And the lights were on. What...?
Hiyami blinked, but shrugged. Maybe the teacher had left someone in the room.
She pushed the door open - it hadn't even been shut all the way - and saw the whoever was in the room was at the teacher's desk. That was definitely against rules. That's why they had other computer terminals around each classroom - for the students. No one was allowed to touch the teacher's!
Hiyami considered making a run for it... But that would be even more obvious. She was weak - ridiculously so - and she knew it. Without a doubt, she'd get caught... though she might be able to get someone's attention...
No, it was too hazardous. But, then... what should she do? Hiyami gulped as she moved into the classroom.
"H-hey, I don't think you're supposed to touch that." she said quietly.

The numbers continued to crunch in Hunter's head. Rapid speeds continued to fly down and touch out towards the files. He was so close. Once he'd download the files, this would be all done. And Ray would thankfully be out of his hair.
The passwords were cracking, easily under Hunter's amazing skill. Those fingers rapidly tapping away fast enough to almost set something on fire, but everything in his mind was a bunch of ones and zeros. To Hunter this was all a language known mostly to--
"H-hey, I don't think you're supposed to touch that."
A voice echoed in his mind, as he suddenly blinked out of the computer. He looked around frantically, pulling the cord out from his ear, giving prompt sight of the room. Looking over to see a girl in her school clothes.. Which was more than what Hunter could say for himself. Caught in those raggedy old things. The red haired boy thought about it.. But kept cool.
With that.. He approached the door.. And the girl.. Slowly, as not to alarm her. This problem could be easily fixed. Not like what happened the last time he was discovered.
He shut the door, keeping her eye on the girl.
His gaze looked up and down the girl, eyeing her.. Scanning her.. Before letting out a sort of a scoff.
"Alright Princess, what's the deal? Who sent you?"
Crossing his arms as he backed away from the door, his cyberdeck continued to operate on its own as he interragated the young lady before him.
".. Was it Ray? Or was it The Peg?"
Already jumping to conclusions, assuming that this young lady was the contact that Ray was going to send to keep any eye on Hunter to make sure that he got the job done right..
Hunter didn't need a chaperone though. He did his stuff and he did it well.. However.. Hunter assumed that this person was.. On his side in a sense.

Hiyami froze as he moved towards her. She guessed she'd surprised him by how he'd acted - she doubted he'd actually been expecting anyone.
"Alright, Princess, what's the deal? Who sent you?" he said, and suddenly Hiyami was filled with dread. Was he... part of a gang? And then he continued, simply throwing out names. "..Was it Ray? Or was it The Peg?"
She could feel herself going pale as he continued to speak. What was going on? From her own bits of gathered information - keeping your mouth shut and your ears opened could tell you a lot - she knew that both Ray and The Peg were not necessarily straight and true people.
She backed up, just a bit, but realized that 'a bit' had been further than she'd expected. She'd backed herself into the door.
"I... I don't know what you're talking about." she said shakily, her eyes wide. He didn't seem to be violent, but one could only guess so much on the first meeting.
"Who are you?" she shot back at him, her nervousness making her a bit more aggressive. "What're you doing with the teacher's computer?"
Then, after a moment, "Maybe you're new or something! Um, oh, good grief... I'll... I'll go get the teacher - maybe you could work something out with him. Your grades can't possibly be that bad!"
Her mistake was believing that it was his own grade that he was trying to fix. And that he was doing it because he wanted to... though she supposed it was possible.
"I'm sure there's another way to get what you want!"

Well, someone had bothered to intrude on Hunter, and this person seemed to be a harmless, though cute looking girl. Hunter wouldn't pull the danger card on her yet, but at the time he thought she was working for one of her higher ups. This was in his mind.. One of the turning points of the job. Someone watching you do it.
However..
Something caught him by surprise.
"I... I don't know what you're talking about."
His eyes widened, that was the wrong answer..
"Who are you?"
Now she was beginning to ask questions.. This was going to be part of the job at all.. But then again, Hunter had expected different of this charming young woman.. But then again, he was already paranoid enough that he was going to get caught. This wasn't good.. And the fact that she was against the door wasn't making things any easier on him.. He cocked a brow..
"What're you doing with the teacher's computer?"
He chose to ignore these questions for now, due to what she was pulling off.. But continued to let her speak out of all nervousness.
"Maybe you're new or something! Um, oh, good grief... I'll... I'll go get the teacher - maybe you could work something out with him. Your grades can't possibly be that bad!"
..!
She knew something! Otherwise she wouldn't have known about that! Call it pure incidental luck, but perhaps she was working for a rival family! Even more so she was going to get the teacher! This was bad.. This was going to jepordize him!..
"I'm sure there's another way to get what you want!"
With that, Hunter would swoop in and make his move.. She knew something! He wanted to know what, besides the fact that to stop her from alerting any authority! With that he slammed his hand against the door near her head, and.. Like with all interrigations, there was a way to put pressure on this..
He didn't want to do this to such a pretty girl.. But..
Using his full body, he used it as a weight, pressing tightly up against hers to keep her from getting away, keeping only eye contact with a few inches between their faces.
Then.. It would begin..
"So! You know I'm here for a job!? Who sent you!?" He asked briskly. Those red eyes not stirring for anything.
"I want to know! Who wants the information!? What do you know?!" With each word he would hold his body weight against hers.
He'd slam his hand against the door again.
"Who are you?!" Not yelling.. But.. Enough with some force

It was pretty obvious if you thought about it... He had something plugged into the computer, and it definitely didn't look like any sort of USB flash drive she'd ever seen. Hacking involved only a hacker and the hackee. She should know, favoring intelligence and all. Information and how to get it - she was no rank beginner. Besides, were his task something innocent, he certainly wouldn't have been speaking as though she were some sort of accomplice or something. That in itself raised alarm bells.
Then, as she'd urged him to find another way - hell, even extra credit was better than cheating! [and she could say that because she had to work for every single stupid point she earned] - he squished her. He plain out squished her. He was bigger than her and Hiyami guessed he was about half a foot taller than her, and he'd squished her. What's worse? He squished her against the door, and he'd slammed his hand against it. She'd flinched at the loud sound of his hand meeting the door - and the fact that him squishing her and the door behind behind her meant that she had no escape.
Then, Hiyami's eyes widened even more when his face got really close to hers - he had some very pretty red eyes - and blinked. She tried to count her breathes - seven counts in and seven counts out - but failed. Squishing rather prevented that.
"So! You know I'm here for a job!? Who sent you!?" he asked her, his eyes set in the same way they'd been the whole time. She kind of wanted to steal his eyes. They were pretty.
"I don't know about a job...?" she managed to get out, confusedly.
But he'd continued on. "I want to know! Who wants the information!? What do you know?!" And with each word, he somehow - and Hiyami was still trying to figure out how he'd managed this - managed to squish her a tiny bit more.
Finally, he slammed his hand against the door again, demanding, "Who are you?!"
Hiyami only stared up at him, blinking slowly. Her lungs were protesting the squishing. Hell, she protested the squishing.
"Excuse me..." she started, "But... May I have some oxygen please?" She was proud of herself for not turning into a little ball. Then again, it's not like she could with his body - which was a bit lean [didn't he eat?] - pressed against her.
Still, she continued - but definitely not in a way that he'd like. Probably.
"And... I'd have to be pretty stupid to give my name to someone that's working with information, wouldn't I?"
She moved one of her arms sideways to bring a hand up. And then promptly used it to attempt slap him, which was really, really awkward because he was really close to her. And she'd probably miss. Still, oxygen was important, yes?

He hoped this was going to work. There was too much at stake to screw up his chance at getting this information and his pay cheque for the week. This wasn't going to hinder him. He needed this.. At least.. For the point of all of this trouble anyway.. Why wouldn't he go through all this trouble in the first place! However.. It was just this one girl.. This one girl that was pretty much standing in his way.
.. And yes.
For the most part, he was squishing her with his body.. But the whole point of it was to constrict the space between the both of them so that way he could get what little information he wanted to get out of her in the first place.. She had a reason for being here.. Hunter wanted to know exactly what. And so, yes.. He would have to "squish" this poor, pretty, young lady.
..
"I don't know about a job...?"
His eyes watched hers carefully, watching for any signs of movement, or that she was lying.. This was crucial as she spoke. But.. It wasn't enough, however.. she insisted on protesting her existance.
"Excuse me.. But... May I have some oxygen please?"
His gaze didn't falter, as he watched her closely.. He thought about just loosening up his hold on her.. But that's probably what she wanted in the first place! That's what they all want anyway, is some sort of freedom..
He thought about it.
"And... I'd have to be pretty stupid to give my name to someone that's working with information, wouldn't I?"
He cocked a brow.. Maybe she wasn't as stupid as the other people, but still there was no proof that she wasn't working for another family.. However..
The poor attempt on the slap on his face was rather.. Amusing. He felt her hand gently skim his face at the attempt of physical contact. This.. This itself was the act that she wasn't really the part of any family. Any one of those family members that hated Hunter would have pulled a gun or had some sort of booby trap on her in the first place.
".. Touche." He commented.
He lessened the weight on his upper body by leaning back only a bit, letting her have her upper body to breath so she wouldn't complain anymore, his lower body kept on her though.. But her eyes.. He continued to watch them carefully.. She still hadn't anything to prove her innocence.
"Alright.." He started, calmly.. Perhaps the key wasn't being forceful here.. Not to be furious or waning.
".. You say you don't know about a job.. Why are you here then?"
His gaze stared at those eyes.. In case of any movement.. Again, but still squishing her with his lower body.

Hiyami could've sworn he was amused by her. The nerve of him! First squishing her, then demanding answers, and now he was secretly laughing inside of his head at her? She couldn't decide on whether she was more flustered or angry. What she did know - and hate, by way of circumstances - was that her face was turning red and quickly. He'd made her blush! And that totally wasn't fair. At all. Still, he couldn't be all that bad, right?
"Touche," he said to her, responding to her refusal to give him her name. She would have said something else to him, but he'd eased up - just a bit. On her upper torso, anyways. But his lower body was still pressed firmly against her own. She didn't mind - ahhh, sweet oxygen.
And as she reunited her lungs with the blessed diatomic atoms of oxygen, she heard him continue on.
"Alright..." And that prompted her to blink. He was definitely more calm now than he'd been when she'd first entered. Or rather... He didn't seem as aggressive? Something along those lines.
Still, that ferocity was well engraved in her mind. It wasn't something she'd soon forget. At all. Rather, she'd probably remember that, if only to stick as a side note as to who he was in case she met him again.
"you say you don't know about a job... Why are you here then?" he asked her.
And Hiyami was again greeted by the site of his ruby-colored eyes... Which she still sorta-kinda wanted to steal, even if he was a meanie. And despite the fact that she was probably in a shitty situation - which she always managed to get herself into - God knows why - she refused to cooperate.
Not after the whole 'let's squish Hiyami' game, anyways.
"What's it to ya?" she asked him, eyes narrowed. She was trying to pretend she wasn't blushing, and failing. Epically. It didn't matter, though. She'd find some other way to get revenge. Said other way would probably involve a hell of a lot of water, though. Maybe some mustard or mayo, too.
She put the thoughts out of her mind as she continued onwards.
"Anyways, mister, I see no reason for you to be squishing me. Could you let me go now?" she said, before pouting. She was pouting because she was annoyed and just wanted to grab her bag, but knew she was in a bit too deep at this point.
She sighed, before speaking wryly: "I'd hit you, but somehow, I doubt I'd connect."
Stupid males, dodging her attacks and stuff. Even if she did epic fail in fighting and stuff. Admittedly, her only particular skill was dodging... Which was actually kind of depressing if you thought about it.
But whatever the case, she sure as hell wasn't going to give into him. He'd started off by intimidation. Experience with her former owners had taught her that moderation - perhaps kindness - would be next. But the goal was still the same: he wanted to know who she was and what she was doing there - and perhaps more - but she didn't care.
She wasn't giving in.

"What's it to ya?"
Well! This was a first!.. Well, maybe not.. He'd had a lot of people try to act tough in front of him before, only for Hunter to just beat them up, for what he wanted.. This wasn't the best job in the world.. But it was all that Hunter could really do, so who was he to complain with any of the cards he was dealt in life. All he can remember is--..
Well, let's save that for another day.. Shall we?
He chose to remain silent though, for now.. Continuing to watch her eyes, but then.. Something caught his eye.. Something he didn't expect. Something..
Even more amusing..
A shade of red had shown upon her face, as Hunter smirked slyly in reaction to it.. This was good. This made Hunter chuckle at her even more. But still.. The task at hand..
"Anyways, mister, I see no reason for you to be squishing me. Could you let me go now?"
Hunter scoffed. Quite a comment, for a little miss strawberry face. He thought about it for a moment, letting her speak once more.
"I'd hit you, but somehow, I doubt I'd connect."
Puzzled, Hunter relaxed.
".. Now, where did that come from?" He asked. Albeit it was quite the comment from out of the blue, something totally out of left field. Those Determined Eyes kept scanning her face.. When he decided to toy with her only some time.
And with that, with his free hand, he'd reach up and ever so gently brush her cheek, with the most serious look on his face.
"You're looking a little flushed, Princess. Something bothering you..?"
He then broke out into laughter, before taking a step back, but putting on his serious face once again, he'd figured that she'd endured enough torture by him.. For today. But.. He'd have to keep an eye on her, as he stood in front of the door so she wouldn't get away.
"Fine.. I'll stop squishing you.."
He crossed his arms.
"However, I can't let you leave my sight now.."
He leaned up against the door, eyeing her with those ruby red eyes still.
"Seriously though, Princess.. Who are you, and what are you doing here?"

Was he laughing at her? Hiyami froze. Oh, good grief - he was laughing at her! She scowled at him, before promptly sticking her tongue out at him.
"Now where did that come from?" he asked her.
"Well, it's 'cuz you came and squished me. I mean, not anymore, but still!" she accused him, pouting.
And then he made a grievous mistake. His hand came to her face, and Hiyami sucked in her breathe - what was he going to do?! - and then gently brushed against it.
"You're looking a little flushed, Princess. Something bothering you..?" he teased her.
Hiyami's blush evolved into a deeper color as she processed what he'd said. He, intelligently, backed away in this time.
"P-p-princess?! Y-you!" she glared at him, pointing. "You! You're no prince, dammit! You're a villain, I tell you! A villain!"
The words poured out of her mouth in her embarrassment. And then she heard his laughter and launched herself at him, beating her fists against his chest. Or headed that way, anyways. As long as he didn't dodge. Though if he did, she'd probably follow him. Or whatever.
"You male!" she insulted him.
"However, I can't let you leave my sight now..." he said. Hiyami frowned at him.
"Seriously though, Princess... Who are you, and what are you doing here?" he asked her, trying to get her information yet again.
"I'm not telling you!" Hiyami said, scowling at him. "You haven't earned it, and besides - that's dangerous for me!"
She paused, before her thoughts were off and running once again. Certainly, it'd be dangerous if he knew who she were. But... It would be dangerous for her to know who he was, too.
"Let's play a game," she suggested, her eyes set on his. "And whoever wins gets to do whatever they want."
It was just as well, she thought. If she won, she could learn who he was and get the hell out of there, her backpack in hand. If he won... Well, she supposed she could lie to him and just do whatever he wanted.
It wasn't as though she hadn't considered that he'd lie to her. She didn't particularly mind, since a name was a name. It wasn't as though she intended on actually tattling on him, anyways. But still, knowing his name might give her something of an edge in case she ran into him again.

It was funny to toy with other people in this way. Simply all in good fun as he just watched her reaction to the comment earlier, teasing her. That was something he was certainly going to remember. It made him smile devilishly..
"P-p-princess?! Y-you!"
"You! You're no prince, dammit! You're a villain, I tell you! A villain!"
Hunter then stopped laughing, as she beat upon his chest with those tiny hands of hers. That comment actually struck a chord in him, as he frowned indeed upon the fact that people were calling him a villain.. And indeed, he was. But this was his life! His Job! There.. Really wasn't anything that he could do about it.
"Hmph.. Don't remind me.." He said softly.
"You male!"
He sighed, and shrugged with his hands up on each side, shaking his head indefinetly.. Yes, quite the insult! He was male after all! Goodness, how ever was he going to recover from that crushing blow to his ego?..
.. Anyway.
Again, she refused to give her information.. This girl was not only cute, but vexing as well.. As Hunter's brow's furrowed at the dissapointment. Perhaps he should have kept squishing her.
"Let's play a game.."
Hunter's ears suddenly perked then, as he looked over eyes matched on hers.
".. And whoever wins gets to do whatever they want."
".. Is that right..?"
Hunter crossed his arms.. She was in no way in any position to be pulling this sort of thing off. His eyes darted at his cyberdeck still processing on the table.. Then back to her.
"I've got a better idea, Princess.. Tell me this game, then I'll say yes, or no."
He smiled slyly.. He wasn't going to go down without a fight.

Hiyami mentally frowned at his words.
"Hmph... Don't remind me..."
He sounded... Hurt? She wanted to call it sorrowful, forlorn - something depressing... But at the same time, it wasn't. It was more like.... resignation?
Still, she continued on, not wanting him to stay all emo. Even meanies weren't supposed to be emo, dammit. She frowned at him as she called out her next insult - which he'd mocked!
Stupid male... She'd get him. She wasn't sure how, but she would, gosh darn it!
Nonetheless, though - much like any male with far too much pride - he seemed interested in the idea of a game. Or maybe he was just bored.
"Is that right...?" he mused. She stared at him, trying not to give anything away. He knew and she knew - they both knew she was in no position for that. He could squish her again!
"I've got a better idea, Princess... Tell me this game, then I'll say yes, or no." he said.
Hiyami grinned at him, before starting a flounce towards her bag - which was by a computer terminal. She moved with such energy partly to put him on guard - she wanted to get revenge somehow and guys were almost predictable. Usually, anyways.
"It's simple!" she explained to him, rummaging through said bag. She pulled a pack of cards from her bag, holding them up before tossing them to him for his further examination.
"A card game." she said, hoping he didn't check the cards. "Go Fish.... Or Old Maid."
Then, grinning at him, she admitted: "I don't know how to play either. It's convenient though, that I can pull them out at a time like this. Anyways, you should be a bit more pleased since I'm pretty much clueless. You get to teach me how to play!"

A game.. That was all she asked so it seemed, and this was all that it seemed to be to her.. Just a game. The way she moved, it was almost like she didn't seem to care about her situation on the moment at hand. She bounced around all bubbly like, it just made her seem more cute to go with that look on her face.. She skipped over.. To a random bag on the middle of the floor.
"A card game."
So, she wanted to play a Card game, eh? Alright.. I suppose that's fair in itself. There was a game of equal odds, equal chances, and more importantly the suits of the cards were hard to deck out.
"Go Fish.... Or Old Maid."
She tossed the card package to him, catching it with one hand. He examined the cards thoroughly. Although, they really didn't have time for this.. But the machine on the desk.. His cyberdeck kept decoding and recoding.. This was taking forever on it's own.. But.. The alert of authority.. That's something that Hunter didn't need.
"I don't know how to play either. It's convenient though, that I can pull them out at a time like this. Anyways, you should be a bit more pleased since I'm pretty much clueless. You get to teach me how to play!"
His eyes narrowed.. He really didn't have time for this, it was almost like babysitting at this point. This.. This isn't what he needed at the moment.
He needed his info, and now..
If a teacher barged in on them, they would both be in serious trouble.
He sighed..
"Hmm.. Better than Strip Poker." He sounded annoyed, but anything to shut this girl up.. It was better than wrestling anyway.. The thought reached his mind, as he laughed about it mentally.. He'd squish her again there.
"Alright, sit down.." He removed the cards from the small package. shuffling them indefinetly.
"I'll try and keep it slow for you, Princess.. So that way you can keep up." He joked, sitting down at where she sat at.
With that, he dealt 5 cards to himself, and 5 cards to her, placing the deck in between them.
"The rules are simple, clear your hand before the other player. All you have to do, is ask if you have a certain card in your hand; for example, Do you have any threes?.. If you do, you give me your three and I set it aside with my other three.. If not, you tell me to "Go Fish" where I pick up a card.. And it goes back and forth until the game is won or the deck is gone.."
He peeked up at her, to get a glimpse of those cute eyes again.
".. Got it?"

"Hmm... Better than strip poker." he said. Hiyami frowned. Why was he annoyed? Wasn't she giving him an advantage? Then again, she guessed that learning to play and playing itself might take a while longer than she might've expected. But... What was he talking about? She had an idea of what it was... But just to be sure...
"Strip poker?" she asked, a bit of a puzzled look on her face. She was assuming it involved strips of cards - perhaps it was like Soltaire? [Note: I seriously thought this when it was first mentioned to me. -shot-]
"Alright, sit down..." he told her, and sit Hiyami did. At the teacher's desk, where she got a damned good view of his cyberdeck and the computer monitor... But ultimately, his business was his business. She didn't particularly care what he did. Well, she did, because he was probably breaking rules and stuff, but he didn't seem like a particularly bad person.
And besides, that chair was comfortable!
"I'll try and keep it simple for you, Princess... So that way, you can keep up." he joked with her. Hiyami was caught between amused and annoyed. She was amused that he was able to play with her - and tease her, if she had to admit it, but she was annoyed with the nickname... Though not as much as before. What had changed?
But... Being as expressive as ever, she made her amused annoyance - or was it annoyed amusement? - obvious. By blushing. She sighed, thinking, That blush had just been fading, too...
And then he explained the rules to her, and they seemed pretty simple and clean. Five cards in the beginning, and match-ups until the end. Still, placing five cards against another five, leaving forty-two in the deck to be drawn from? That... would undoubtedly take a while. She winced as she thought of it. No wonder he'd been annoyed. Still, they both had five each, and there were still four suites. On top of that, her jokers had already been withdrawn from the deck.
She calculated the whole set in her mind, before finally sighing. Assuming that they both had a completely different set of cards in the first round... She sighed again.
Then, she checked her cards. A two, seven, and ten of hearts, and an ace and five of spades.
"Got it?" he asked her, and, as she stared at her cards, trying to think of how long it would take, she absentmindedly responded.
"Sure, prince, anything you say."
Then, her head still down to look at her cards, she looked up, just a bit. "Er... Who goes first?"
And that really was a concern, because she was kind of hoping he'd go first to show her what she was supposed to do. Rules and explanations were all good and all, but still. She figured it'd be easier once she got an actual visual of it.

The game had started.. The name of the game was go fish. As Hunter leaned back in his chair, considering he'd just explained the rules.. This.. This was going to take a while. But even so, this was what the Princess wanted.. This was what she was getting.. It was better than playing some sort of random game like Tic Tac Toe or something.. Even though he smirked at the fact that she didn't know something as common as Strip Poker.
Still.. That was something..
"I'll teach you Strip Poker another time, Princess.. Right now, let's focus.."
"Sure, prince, anything you say." Was her response.
Hunter raised a brow from his chair, as he took a moment to process that comment.. Or whatever it was.
"Heh.." He let out a small smirk. With that, he then proceeded to draw out the cards that he'd dealt himself, looking at them closely.. A King.. A Queen.. A Jack.. A seven.. And a two.
His eyes narrowed down on the small suit that he had in his hand. This was obviously going to take some time.. That was, if they were lucky. But Hunter could keep his eyes bouncing from his cyberdeck as well.. Just to keep checking on it from time to time.. But it was something he'd keep in mind.
"Er... Who goes first?"
He leaned back in his chair, he totally forgot to mention that part.
".. Usually, a coin is flipped to determine who'll go first.. But.. Whatever.. I'll go."
He looked down at his hand.. And then back once again, at those cute determined eyes.. She looked like she was having fun at least.. In some sort of weird way.
".. Do you have any Sevens?" He asked, promptly, but at least somewhat impatiently. He wanted to get this stupid charade over with as fast as he possibly could..
