I'm quitting Xin. Let me just quote a few reasons that I got from an essay
You should read the whole essay. Maybe then you'll see the problems that are going on.
I love how Xin roleplays have this great member base where everyone knows everyone. It's fun but gives birth to conflict. I've seen a lot of drama at 42, and I've decided to try my luck at a different roleplay so I can stay out of all this conflict.
I still love you all. You guys are great, and I made a lot of great memories roleplaying with some of you. It's a shame that I couldn't roleplay with you all.

Well, bye everyone. I wish this board luck.
Sorry that I couldn't finish our thread, Hunter.
- XIN does not provide very good source material to fall back on.
- The idea of overthrowing an oppressive school director is a good idea. However, the way it is applied on the XIN boards gets redundant. Over time, it gets very boring. It is like breaking stale air over and over again.
- When the XIN members get older, they see the series for what it really is. They end up leaving.
- The boards do not know how to make XIN interesting.
- Staff members do not put forth enough effort on research on various aspects for quests and other major events.
- Regular members do not put forth enough effort on research when it comes to character and RP development. They only care about getting high stats and becoming very powerful.
- While there are so many good ideas to use, staff and players do not see it because they do not put forth that much effort. Instead, they decide to use very bad ideas let alone ideas that make completely no sense.
