Edit: Also, eat in small amounts. Don't drink too much water while eating. This is why you eat gruel when you're sick, because it's quite light on your G.I. Tract and it's easy to digest. o.o

You are correct pretty lady, my computer auto corrects me as I type so clearly that was the wrong word... but it was kinda funny the kind of misunderstanding it had the potential to create lol.
