O= Ok, let's start!
One of the most important things to remember when using Qi is your out of character notes, or OOC notes!
These are important when Role Playing because they let the person you are RPing with understand your Qi better without having to read your Qi application form!
Out of Character notes or OOC notes appear at the end of the post and often look like this:
For example, for the character Matrim, his OOC notes would look like this:
(OOC: Posts remaining in the same spot: 1/1)
and/or
(OOC: Qi Info
Constitution: 107 [-2 every other post]
Charisma: 80 [-5 Cha for ignition]
Posts of continuous use: 2)
For the character Sara Quinn:
OOC - Posts till next 'burst' - 4
CHA -3 (34)
STR +5, DEX +15
Stat increases are constant as long as wind is circling her
These would appear at the end of EVERY post for as long as the Qi is activated, or if you feel it is necessary.
Now, you're probably looking at those and going that the hell does "Stat increases are constant as long as wind is circling her" mean.
In your Qi activation post (the post where you are activating your Qi) you would describe this phenomena in detail so that the person you are RPing with knows exactly what is happening. Sara's posts would often include a line similar to this:
Another important aspect when using Qi during RPing would be to give the other RPer a basic idea of what would happen when your Qi is used on them.
Now the description does not have to be in the OOC notes, it can also be in the post itself.
REMEMBER, you must only describe what your Qi COULD do to them, not what it WILL do. You can not talk about what would happen to the others persons character without their strict permission, you can only give an example of it. For example, a big no-no would be:
Another GOOD example of an appropriate Qi post is this, in the case of Sara Quinn:
Note the use of shoulds and woulds. This is only giving a small example of what might happen to the other character so they have an idea of what to post should they allow this to happen to them.
**If you have any questions/comments/concerns, or if you feel there is something else that needs to be added to this little guide, PLEASE feel free to PM myself, Zod, or any other staff member!

*Any other information you feel the other person should know*[/b]

A faint green wind circled her body, flowing gently just above her skin.
Another important aspect when using Qi during RPing would be to give the other RPer a basic idea of what would happen when your Qi is used on them.
James reached his hand towards Eva, "So who is it that I have the pleasure of meeting?" He asked. He saw the girls bracelet on the way in, judging by the way she was telling Gabriel that she was fine, she must have been lying. Of course, there was an easy way to test for that.... once James touched her, if he managed to touch her, he would begin his Qi, healing the girl Eva of her wounds over time.
If he achieves touching her....
(OOC: Qi info
Healing Post: 1/2
If process is not resisted or interrupted any surface cuts, bruising, and dislocations will heal during your next post, James will gain the wounds during my next post. A detail description of where these types of wounds are would be greatly appreciated =P)

He has taken the described injuries from Eva, the ones specified as taken are no longer on her body. She feels no more pain from them as well.)

If she managed to touch him, he would be hit with a tremendous amount of force. He would be thrown away from her. The burst itself would not hurt, probably, but the landing might...
