I noticed that a lot of the bios, people post the threads they've been in, their updated stats, etc. Instead of having the store all that in the bio, how about creating a sub-board in the biography board where people can store all that and access it easily, instead of having to search through all the bios just to find their own?
It's been done before, on new 552, Point Hope, and even on the board Cool John advertised, The Chula Vista Collective.

'cause now since you have a subboard.. you still have to find that character's thread in that board.. just as if you were looking for their bio in the profiles board  So knock two birds with one stone..... |

Making a new board would be impractical, personally what we could do would be to allow people to create their bios only at the Profiles board and just move it to the category they belong to once they're approved. But in the end, it's all the same.  |

I personally think that stats info and thread history should be associated directly to the character in question through his or her or its profile.
Less links in one's signature.
I do however encourage that thread history and stats should be a separate post from the other bio material such as history and appearance.
... OMG Make a target linked table of contents on the first post of the bio... I'm a genius! IT'S PROBABLY ALREADY BEEN DONE!
... oh well ^^

i just keep the link to my bio in my signature and bookmark my bio on my internet  that way i can access it no matter what and easily. The reason for what they did on the chula vista collective is not so people can access their bios easier and all that jazz, but for a completely different reason having to do with peoples histories and such, and in this case, i prefer our system *is unsure if she can say the reason* |

I think the problem you're facing Lloyd, is that it is difficult to find a person's bio. This can be remedied by people putting the links to their bio in their signature. One click leads you to one stop shopping. If you were to put all the lists and stuff in another section, that just makes more links to click.
So I think for the benefit of the players, since we are getting so many characters, that we recommend that players link their bios in their sigs.
