THE LIST
If you have a problem, you need to contact staff. This is always the crucial part of getting things done. So, to make things easy a list will be made, and this is how things are done. Now, if you have a complaint, here are the people you should go to concerning this.
Helpers - They are called Helpers for a reason. They help. Go figure? So if you have something like a complaint with a thread, perhaps a confusion concerning a fight thread or perhaps there has been some issues and your money is off. If you need something like an item purchase approved and it's been up but not responded to in awhile, stuff like that, you go to the helpers. If it sounds like grunt work or mild moderation you'd go to them.
Moderators - Now here's where it gets a little tricky. Yes you can go to the mods if you have issues with a fight thread, or complaints about a member. So if you have serious issues of that nature you should probably consider seeing a mod from the get-go. Because you can go to a helper, but chances are they will have to pass it up to a mod if there is need for disciplinary action. Also, if you have a complaint about a helper, take it to the Mod, don't go straight to Admin.
Admin - The Queen Bee, Fearless Leader, El Presidente, The Head Cheese. Please don't pester this person with stuff helpers can handle because chances are they are busy making the site run. It's why there are Moderators and Helpers in the first place, because one person can not run an entire board alone. However, if there is a complaint concerning a mod take it to an Admin. If there is a complaint about an admin, take it to the other admin. Thankfully we have two of them.
