Sometimes we need to unite against an enemy.. and when we can't find one we unite against each other (two sides), it's this sick tendency within human nature and though we can't just blame it on that and go on with it, we have to fight the tendency because it destroys groups.

Guys, this goes to show that the staff really care about this board.

They're working their asses off, but they can only do so much.

This is where we, the members of the board, come in. If there's something wrong with the board, we should let the staff know, to try and make this board better.

The staff aren't mind readers, they won't know what can be possibly fixed unless the members say something. Ask not what you can do for your board, but what can your board do for you.

We did let them know.. That's kinda why this whole thing came around. We were less than... nice about letting them know. I admit I was at fault for calling out a few members on the administration team, however... looks like our voices were heard.

However, I would like to caution that if ever such an instance occurs again in the future, and in such a childish and finger pointing manner, warnings will be given out, and action will be taken. You should all know the rules because you added the bio approval phrase to your bios before submission. There is really nothing left to say. What happened can be avoided in the future if we all can learn to communicate better.

lol, k. I didn't just flood the board with bullshit like the staff are communists, and I think I said viva la revolution twice, and mostly because I discussed with Mikey about reading about the French Revolution at the same time.

Andddd every time I made my thoughts known, even in the OPEN FORUM which is INTENDED for that sort of stuff, I was told on either MSN or in the thread that either my opinion didn't matter, or that the staff will make the decision, despite it being a forum wide problem, which should/was decided upon by the forum, as a whole.
