Me too...it takes so long to get even, like, 5 seconds of footage! And then it turns out that it was the easiest 5 seconds in the whole plan, and I just give up.

I keep telling myself "Why is this so hard...there must be a trick to it that I would know if I took a class in it or something..."

But maybe it just simply is *that* hard...lord I hope not.

It is very hard though, and verrry time consuming. Would really like to go to an art school and learn the professional tricks, but it's a risky business and a small market and if I didn't make it in the business I'd be stuck underneath student loans with no career to pay em off with.

I dunno, I've had this little dream in the back of my head for a while now...to someday to open a cartoon site and just spend my days makin good stories and skimmin the cream off revenues from selling ad space and merchandise...maybe combine in a roleplaying forum and do animations of the best threads, I dunno...it's fun to daydream

To be honest, I really, really love your art.

2 reasons.

1. This is confident art, and when ART is CONFIDENT It SHINES, it's AMAZING and people begin to see what it really is.

2. It's unique. I really like how you integrated art into flash, not something that everybody can do.

As for the confident bit, bold bold lines and a strong, stylized, dynamic feel is the goal so I'm glad it comes across.

Imagine that style smoothly and seamlessly animated, with the special effects all stylized and in big bright solid colors...thats my dream man but I am noooowhere near it not by a longshot...

And to even get into the Water Temple where the longshot itself is housed, I need Iron Boots and the Zora Tunic and I ain't got those either. Hell what I got so far is just the damn Fairly Slingshot. Bomb Bag at best.
