Rooftop: Can't say you expected this one after the more exotic locales prior, can you, fighters? We're taking you to the top of a massive skyscraper, at least 100 floors tall. Doesn't sound too bad, right fighters? Wrong. You ever been that high up? The wind-chill is ridiculous, so you better hope you're bundled up. Not only that, the wind blows so hard up there, I'd be surprised if you can keep your feet. Not to mention all the wiring and antennas you'll find up there to trip over. You've got a healthy amount of room to maneuver, just make sure to watch your step. Good luck fighters.

Ryuu stepped out onto the rooftop, his eyes narrowing slightly as the cold wind hit him like a brick wall. The wind was fierce up here, not to mention cold. But good thing Ryuu was bundled up for it. The North Face Jacket he was wearing was not too bulky, but at the same time, kept him warm. The toque he wore on his head kept his hair from whipping in front of his eyes, and the black track pants kept his legs nice and warm. The black boots he wore gave him good traction on the rooftop but at the same time, not hindering his movement and speed, though with the fierce wind chill, he was going to have a hell of time keeping his footing. He looked around the rooftop, there was wiring and antennas scattered everywhere, but there was still enough room for him to maneuver. The door slammed shut behind him with a bang, as he walked further onto the rooftop, getting a good feel for the wind resistant that was going to hinder him for this fight.
After all, he was at least 100 stories above the ground. Once he was ready, he scanned around the rooftop, searching out for his opponent, until his gaze fell on the guy who was his opponent. He was a guy that Ryuu hadn't seen before, and he wasn't in the mood to be chatting right now, or making friends, he was here to fight, and win. On one hand, not knowing the guy meant Ryuu knew nothing about him or his fighting skills, but the same went for his opponent, he didn't know how Ryuu fouught either. They were evenly matched regarding fighting knowledge. "Heh, you ready?" Ryuu shouted, to be heard above the wind, as he got into his stance, his feet shoulder-width apart, he brought his hands up, he had fingerless gloves on, watching his opponent, waiting, before launching the first move, running at his opponent, dodging the various wires scattered about, the wind was blowing at his back, which powered him forward slightly, as he reared his left fist back, and fired a rapid jab at his opponent, aiming for his stomach, but at the last minute, turned the direction of his arm, it was now a uppercut, aiming for the guy's chin.
While the guy was distracted with the uppercut, Ryuu would fire a flat-palmed strike with his right hand at his ribs, aiming to try and break some of his rib bones. Let's see just how many strikes the guy could focus on, with the wind blowing, chilling them to their very bones.

Kenneth was standing on the roof waiting or his opponent. As he waited and felt the strength of the wind and how cold it was on the rooftop he wished that he'd dressed warmer. All he was wearing was a white long sleeve shirt with a black t-shirt over it, bluejeans, and white shoes. Not exactly warm enough for the temperature and windchill on the roof.
As his opponent came out Kenneth was still standing on the roof, hands in his pockets trying to stay warm. His opponent simple asked if he was ready and charged. As he was being charged at Kenneth took his hands out of his pockets.
Once his opponent was in range he threw an uppercut which Kenneth just simply lean back and dodged. Then came something he wasn't expecting, a palm strike to the ribs. The attack connected and Kenneth grunted in pain. He didn't think anything was broken, but he was gonna feel that tomorrow.
Although he was in pain Kenneth wasn't going to waste a chance like this. He made a move to grab his opponents arm while it was still close to him. Once he had ahold of it Kenneth would yank it to the right and use his left hand to punch his opponent in side of the face/jaw.
If everything worked out and Kenneth would have ahold of the hand that his opponent would normally block that side of his body with so blocking would be difficult. Kenneth would have no plans to stop punching either, not until his opponent was out cold. So unless he was stopped this fight wold be over quick.

And the fight had officially begun. Ryuu charged straight at his opponent, while he did so, he saw his opponent pull his hands out of pockets, as soon as Ryuu got close enough, he launched an uppercut that his opponent simply dodged, but Ryuu expected that, the uppercut was meant to distract his opponent from the flat-palmed strike he launched with his right hand, connecting with his opponent's ribs, as he heard him grunt in pain. Although it didn't break anything, it would fracture it slightly, fractured was much more painful than it actually being broken. But wasting no time, his opponent took hold of Ryuu's arm, and yanked it to the right, while using his left hand to punch Ryuu in the side of the face, since Ryuu's arm was yanked to the right, he could not block the strike. But Ryuu, did not have to block, instead, he timed the movement of his head with the strike, flowing with the direction of it, so the punch just grazed the side of Ryuu's face, not inflicting very much damage.
While his opponent's arm was in motion, Ryuu took the opportunity and grabbed a hold of his opponent's wrist, holding it tightly in his grip. Once that was done, much like he had done to Sara in their fight before, he released the grip he had on the guy's wrist slightly, not letting go of it, but still preventing him from using it now. He slide his hand up his arm, and rested his grip on his elbow, gripping it tightly, before wrenching it out sideways, straightening his own left arm out, hopefully sending some pain shooting up his arm, or possibly wrenching his arm out of its socket. He would then begin to pull his arm towards him, attempting to bend and break it the wrong way. With each of them gripping one limb of the other respectively, the only appendages they had to use were their legs, but it would be very difficult to use them with no arms to help keep balance. But the wind was getting fierce, and while Ryuu's body was still warm, he couldn't say the same for his opponent. But this fight was not over, far from it.
