-Reunion.
Bastille tapped the metal guards on the heel of her thigh high boots together nervously. She was never one to be nervous…but she was now. Clad in Amalgam uniform she was untying the jabot as fast as she could. Damn things didn’t untwist fast enough as she stripped off her shirt to reveal her bound breasts and her scared waist. She then sat on the bed and slowly began to unwrap the binding. Underneath was a flimsy bra which she also quickly removed and replace with another one. She leaned down and slid her boots down her legs and wheedled her feet out of them. Her feet hurt...probably because the qi the boots fed off of she was still not used to.
She threw off her shorts and then torn one of her fancy dresses out of the closet. She began throwing them around. She had called Blaze an hour ago asking if he was willing to spend the night at a ritzy hotel party with her…it was Amicos thirteenth birthday. She was more like a thirty year old then a thirteen year old…so the party was more adult then childish. She three on a tank top to cover herself while she ran around the house in her underwear unsure of what to wear.
“BLAZE WILL BE HERE ANY MINUTE AND I HAVE NO MORE FASHION SENCE THEN A HYINA…GOD SAVE ME…” she wanted to punch something. Homi was out and already at the party, having no issues with being late, but Amico had allowed Bastille late entrance due to a last minute mission. Bastille turned over her shoulder to stare at the fluer de lis on her lower back…a tattoo she had gotten the moment she found someone willing to do it on a minor. Well underneath had been a birth mark of almost the exact same shape but….it had begun to fade. Bastille went to look at herself in the mirror.
Her body was full of light scars and her hair was short and dyed. She began to wonder what she would look like if life hadn’t gone this way. Would she have her mothers soft pale skin and her hair would it be long and beautifully blonde, waving around her shoulders. She sighed.

The soft purr of his engine died off in a sudden flick of his wrist, the young David Blaze looking at his own eyes in the rearveiw. He didn't know why he agreed to this- he hated outings, especially with a million people he didn't know. He guessed his only logical explination would be that he hadn't seen bastille in over a month. She was, or at least he thought she was, his girlfriend. That held a big note with the former pillar since he never had a girlfriend before. He knew it was important, and so treated it as such. Still, he couldn't help but wonder where she had been, why she had left without a word, and what she had done when away.
He shook his head. He really needed to stop thinking too much. His mind would get away from him again, and he'd lose track of time...
He got out, shutting the door behind him and hitting the alarm with a small smile. He wore a sharp tux, always ready to look good even if it was just casual. That thousand dollar suit he wore was just another thing from a lonely upbringing he brought with him. His father wore it to prom, so David guessed it was good enough to wear to his first party like function with his girl. He felt slightly calmer after the incident with Gabriel, and was happy for the feeling of ease. Though Gabe had disappeared after it was over, David felt safe knowing he wouldnt be troubled by the kid for at least a few days.
His knuckles wrapped softly on the door, and, to bastille, would happen about the time the young girl was looking at herself in the mirror...

Bastille thought she had left the door open. Maybe not…She walked to it and opened it disregarding that fact she still only had minimal clothing on. Her eyes found the chest in front of her and she looked up to see Blaze. Her cheek grew hot and she slammed the door on his face. She took her breathe quickly before she peeked around the corner of the door way into the door side window. She saw him still there and she quickly retracted herself. She then slunk off to find clothing and was back with nothing…opening the door in defeat.
“err….im having issues” she said grumbling. She, in a way, hoped blaze had a better fashion sense then her. She looked at him with her stubborn stare and let him into the house quickly grabbing a towel to cover herself a little more. She felt bad for being so rude like this...and men should wear tuxedos more often. Blazes figure held so much more to it in that….Bastille finally understood the concept of ogling. Her jaw almost dropped to the floor and drool with it.
She refrained from touching him. If only not to give into temptation to take those dashing clothes right off of him. He missed what had almost happened in the hotel room many months ago. Bastille quickly ran back into her room and found the one thing that might make her stand out a big more. She held up a long red dress that had a fur band across the top. It was mink fur and very soft and the rest of the dress was bunched up with tiny jewels. All plastic of course…she didn’t make a habit of buying the most expensive thing on the planet. The mink fur she had actually stolen a while ago and made homi sew it on. Bastille continued to look at it curiously.
“im sorry, im going to make us late….” Us…why did that word ring off her tongue like a bell?

Davids eyes opened a little wider, his mouth slightly parting as the door opened.
Looking her over quickly, he felt suddenly like he had a mental whiplash.
As quick as it happened, the door slammed shut again, David flinching slightly. He waited for a few moments, scratching his hea din confusion, unaware of Bastille peeking her head out to look at him. He was only a little confused. But he soon realized the obvious- bastille wasn't ready to go. He chuckled a little to himself at remembering the look of shock on her face. He looked up as she re-opened the door, seeing the towel and smirking.
"Ah, i see you have traded near nudity for a far more fashionable garb."
He laughed a little, then noticed her staring. He looked down at himself, sighing slightly.
"I never thought i would have to say this to a woman but...my eyes are up here."
He grinned after saying that too, fully enjoying the little bit of problem he gave her. He followed her into the back room, placing his hands into his pockets and he went. He walked around the corner to the dress, eyebrows rising. It was gorgeous, of course, and David couldn't help but picture her in it. He looked over at her with a smile.
"I think you look fine in what your wearing."
He waited for a response to his teasing- he would get the better of her tonight. He was confident and in control, and she was obviously nervous. He couldn't lie and say he wasn't the same, he just felt a little more relaxed.
Perhaps it was the fact that he had clothes on...

Bastille still couldn’t believe she was blushing bright red…STILL! Her crimson hues had gocked at him and then had the usually a girls line to a goy reversed on her. She had then come to look at her dress and have him make that retort. He was obviously easy going about this. Bastille grumbled. She tried not to say a word….she feared if she opened her mouth it would only go against her and wind her up pouncing him…She only sighed out a ‘hn’ then took the dress to change.
She came out with her hair only slightly nicer, and the long dress on. Her eyes looked at him for approval…then decided she didn’t need it and turned back towards the door.
“before I rape your glorious gentlemanly form, lets get out of here….I think we are late” she said quickly and smirking. She only gave him a side glance, for her words where rather true. She was starting to way the pros and cons of missing this dinner party.

David rolled his eyes.
"Oh, yeah, because thats totally a threat thats going to scare me into moving."
Regardless of his words, he did move, mostly because he knew she was at least half joking, and also because of what she spoke. He wasn't afraid to do it, but he wanted it to be somewhat special. Then again, he knew it would be awful hot to hike up that dress and slam her into a wall spontaneously-
'WHOA! What the hell am i thinking?' He shook his head to clear it. 'Get ahold of yourself David!' He would wait for her to lead.
If she DID leave...
He would follow her out the door, closing it behind him and unsure of whether she locked it, though he surmised she probably had it under control. It was her place, after all. He hit the button on his Mercedes SL, The sleek, cherry red vehicle accepting the signal and shutting down the alarm. He opened the door for her, smiling at how her dress matched his ride. He peeled out of the parking lot as he always did, the cmoothe handling at his fingertips making him feel like he floated on air. It took moments to arrive at the party, David again opening the door for his lvoely date. He flipped the keys to the valet driver, giving him a wink and a hundy.
"Take good care of her, ok?"
He walked inside leisurely, allowing Bastille to take the lead since, after all, this was her party!

Bastille did move and walked to the car, only after a full minute of internal demands and lots of physical work. She slipped out of the car just as forced, resisting the temptation to slam David into the back seat, and break in the leather seats. Yet she walked into the party and clutched to his arm. This was a simple party, and this was actually a mission. But she already had all the info she technically needed for it, even so…it sounded more like commander Sinclair’s attempts to get Bastille to dress up nice and to see this mystery man Bastille secret whispered about in her sleep. Bastille wouldn’t hide Blaze…after all, if she did that it would only mean a more embarrassing means of exposure.
She clung to his arm as if it where a life line in a hurricane. Her crimson eyes looked violetish purple in the light and she looked around trying to put off the bored and obnoxious air. After about fifteen minutes of finding the cameras and staring at them, she tugged Blaze. It was a hotel after all…
“lets get some air” she said dragging him to the balcony.

David, on the other hand, wasn't thinking about much- he had a beautiful lady on his arm, one he cared about, and thats all that really mattered to him.
If you went deeper, you would find a thick feeling of disdain- mostly for those people who were here. Crooks, thats what he saw. He used to enjoy the smell of a cigar and the taste of a cognac but now, now it disgusted him, reminded him that these were the richest and most powerful people in the city. The same people who instigated a system of punishment for students like himself that they had no intention of enduring. He felt the hypocrit- because he used to fight what they made and yet would go for drinks with them afterwards. He looked to one man in particular- a director of boards surrounding the level of punishment able to be given to students, and felt a desire to break his face.
He took a step forward, ready to head over and throw his shot of whiskey in his face, when he felt a sudden jerk on his arm, causing him to turn and follow the slim, sexy little body before him out onto the balcony.
Good, he needed the air.
He would tug at his tie, pushing it back up into place before walking over beside her, having stopped a moment to collect his senses.
He leaned on the balcony with his back, folding his arms across his chest and peering at her with soul piercing eyes.
"Whats wrong."
He didn't ask it as a question for a purpose- to show his concern, and his willingness to eliminate it.

“I hate them….all of them” she hissed under her breathe. Not really afraid they would hear, more concerned with what he would think. She leaned over the railing and sighed looking around. That was one feeling she was certain she shared with him however…the hate for these kinds of people. Bastille looked at the cars moving two stories below, and the people rushing around. In an alley way she could see some gang members talking it out…her assignment lately was to kill off gang members…lost of them lately. Her and her team. She wasn’t angry at it, but still…she continued to wonder why people joined gangs at all.
Regardless she tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. “I forget why I am here, it was a mission but I don’t care much to follow through with it, im wondering…”
Bastille eyed the bar. It was a night out,…couldn’t they knock a few back and get drunk? She liked drinking, and contests and the games that came with it. She was suddenly very interested in crashing this party…the right way.

He smiled.
"Me too. Its a gross injustice that they have the power they do and use it the way that they do..." He heard her say the next part.
David tilted his head slightly.
What?
"Mission? What do you mean?"
David was suddenly and inexplicably aware that he could be in danger. Perhaps it was his own imagination, but what Bastille did didn't sound friendly. He wasn't a drinker, usually, but on special occassions would take a sip to make others feel more comfortable. He held a glass of whiskey as he spoke, but had yet to take a drink. He offered it to her, once again contradicting himself. One moment he told her not to drink, the next he was the hand offering her the temptation. He gave her yet another small smile.
"Do you want to leave? We haven't been here long but...you seem rather distracted." He wanted to know more, to dig deeper into the soul and past of Bastille and learn everything he could...but he doubted she would allow that, regardless of thier relations with each other.

She raised a brow at him and took the drink. With a smirk she chugged the thing and grinned. She looked at the people inside and looked towards Blaze.
“lets blow this joint…I know a good bar down town” she suggested. It was actually the bar her friend had taken her to once and it was something of a ….strip club. Except that it wasn’t full nudity and to be honest Bastille only went there for the awesome drinks and the smoke room they had. Bastille was very tempted to drag him there, or they could crash the bachelor party on the second floor, that looked like a lot of drunken fun. And how she sooo wanted to see Blaze drunk…and relaxed. That sounded delicious right now, much more fun then anything else. She glanced around however awaiting his input….she didn’t want to make him upset. She wanted to know more about him…but that would come in time, and with more drinks…not like she couldn’t get it out of him by asking, but it was more fun with drinks.

He smiled when she downed the drink, both because he was happy to see her smile and because she said she wanted to leave. He didn't know she was leaving
David shrugged.
"Whatever you want beautiful. Lead the way."
He wouldn't forget his question- she never told him what she meant by mission, and he would ask her later. As for drinking- he sighed. Fuck it. He was young, and had to have a bit of fun sometime in his life, it might as well be now, if just once. He was changing, this he knew. He used to be careful, thoughtful, more logical about his actions. He nearly snorted. Yeah, look where that got him. Weak, lonely, and full of guilt. People like Matrim and Gabriel, Trizen and emily- they held no regrets for thier actions or inactions. David did. He was always second guessing himself...well tonight would be just another step in changing that.
He was done talking and trying to passivly fix things.
He would do what needed to be done, and that was that.
He took her hand, interlocking his fingers in hers, and would follow her to wherever she led.

Bastille locked her fingers in and lead him to the second floor. The bachelor party was open, and it wasn’t hard to get in. The young men where dancing around with strippers and spray confetti. It seemed they where already drunk, so it wouldn’t be hard for them to not notice Bastille and David as high school students. This was not even illegal compared to what Bastille normally did. She tugged David and smirked.
“lets make some friends” she said almost as if it where a game and took a couple of shots from a tray and downed them. She could hold her liquor very well. She turned to smirk at him.
“don’t say a word about regret or rules tonight Blaze, lets have fun at this perfectly legal party, meet new people, and go home so hammered we cant fall asleep because we are laughing to hard ok?” she said with a smile and kissed him on the lips before turning and grabbing two shots and handing him one.

He followed her upwards, wondering if he didnt make a mistake saying he would go with her. He discounted it. Following her through the door, he looked around, shaking his head and sighing at what he had gotten himself into. He took the shot from her hand, looking down at it with a skeptical face before breaking into a grin.
"Very well."
He downed it quickly the burning liquid causing him to let out a little raspy exhale. His first shot ever.
"Bring it on shorty."
He downed it quickly the burning liquid causing him to let out a little raspy exhale. His first shot ever. He never had been drunk before, but had been around plenty of people to know what it was like. He reached over grabbed two more, downing each of them in turn to bring himself up to her level. A few minutes went by, David taking a few more drinks here and there. The response from his brain was almost instantaneous- he felt thick, fuzzy, but happy. He laughed at some guy who claimed to be a guitarist for Godsmack, handing him a drink before kissing the beautiful woman in red who stood in front of him. He knew the effects that were happening- so just to make sure, he paused before doing so, satisfied that it was Bastille.
He reached around, pulling her in close, and took a small nibble on her neck, kissing the spot where he bit right after. Everything was hazy, but the taste of her skin caused a stirring in his stomach, forcing him to pull away lest he embarass himself in front of everyone.
He couldn't recall how he had gotten here- and only after six shots?
David was a lightweight...for now.

“right on, wonder boy” she said with a smug smirk. In the next few minutes eh watched his light weight stomach take its toll until he was no better then the men in the room. Bastille was drinking more of course but she had been watching a stripper take an obviously still sober man into her show. Bastille was cheering and laughing along with a small group and when she felt someone pull her and kiss her. Blaze, she wanted to sigh as she tasted the alcohol on his breathe and kissed back. The party was fun, but suddenly they became very popular when he became more intimate. The crowd cheered them on. But Bastille was not up for a rerun of Vegas when she had proved she was the better pole dancer then the start of the show, on a drunk mission. She smiled when he pulled back and ended up keeping him there as she downed a few more glasses, only to relax her enough before she lead him down stairs. She was laughing to herself, she herself being somewhat sober, as David seems wacked. She would have to take care of the him.
“lets not turn you into an alcoholic wonder boy, I like you better as sober” She teased as she set him in the car and got behind the wheel, driving painstakingly slow back to her house. She pulled him out and laughed.
“geez, how many did you have?!”
