Masaru's expression changed as the deadly tools of violence were destroyed. It seems the battle had ended with little to no losses on either side besides a fairly bad headache on Masaru's part. Since they were no longer in a hostile situation, the images of Gabriel smoothly slid together till they were only slightly apart from one another.
"I also agree we must join together in order to find a means to get to our goals."
It seemed Gabriel had gained Masaru's allegiance, for now.

Gabriel respectfully nodded his head.
"Thank you, you could not have not placed your trust in better hands." Gabriel gave a sly smile before returning to the table.
His gaze returned back to Masaru quickly, that was the purpose of his visit here but still allegiances worked to an end but when it was all over he wanted trust nonetheless.
"You sure I can't get you anything?" Gabriel offered the tea table grasping one of the scrolls.
"Here... a gift."

Masaru graciously accepted the scroll. Placing it in a pocket in his trench coat. He then sat down at the tea table.
"I do hope that wasn't the only reason I came here. Let us chat a while over the tea you promised. What has been happening so far in this school?"

Good it pried some words out, Gabriel looked on with a certain excitement now seeing his stoic compatriot now interested in furthering his knowledge. Each man had his corkscrew, Masaru's seemed to be knowledge. Good. A weak ended smile lit his face.
"Well, Since my arrival the Militia has been disorganized due to Rem's seizure of power, I left the gang though upheld myself to its goal. To see a better world where we don't have to fight without purpose." Gabriel nodded slowly, "The pillars have used the strength of a gang known as the Reapers to attain full control, they run amok on the student body, but most urgently recent matters have caused riots throughout the school. The pillars are not only neglecting their duties but are meeting Stalinistic means to retain their titles, and no one stands in the way." But us....

Masaru leaned back in his chair, rubbing his temple with one hand while sagely sipped at his herbal tea. It seemed things have escalated far more than he had anticipated. The brutality was going so far as to have this man's arm ripped off. Masaru supposed they would have to make use of that rabid dog known as Deta Teyfour after all. He did have his uses, when he was controllable.
"Then I suppose the best thing to do would be to 'Make a sound in the east, then strike in the west.' It seems these people are too strong at the moment to face at the moment, we can use their knowledge against them. As they believe us to hold off till we have stronger numbers, we can train a few into elites and take a shortcut in taking them down."
Deceive the enemy with an obvious approach that will take a very long time, while surprising him by taking a shortcut and sneak up to him. As the enemy concentrates on the decoy, he will miss you sneaking up to him. This was a popular yet not so well known as to the origins tactic, first documented to be used in 263 during the Three Kingdoms era. Jiang Wei had used the tactic wrongly, but Masaru knew his flaw, you just needed a big enough distraction, and Deta could make a fairly good one.

Gabriel nodded acknowledging the sound advice with glee. It was exactly what he'd been looking to do, the rebellion had numbers on their side which would play quite well to their advantage. With one hand they could use distractionary tactics while the same instant and elite force could get the job done. Though Gabriel would much rather settle for a blunt attack force it would only lead to more unrestricted damage. This was what their war called for, unless of course there was another action, another course out. At the moment Gabriel saw three options to be used at their potential, all had their risks and faults but each he saw as a potential victory.
The blunt approach being the most dangerous, suffering most losses, the second being Masaru's distractions it would seem to be best to deal with the troubles. But Gabriel saw a third very powerful means that could alter the course without spilling any blood. It would be his four move checkmate to be used against Matrim and the Pillars. Swift, Painless, and Effective.
If all else failed however he would resort to option two.
"Yes I have seen that as our most worthy action... And while Deta Teyfour is a loose cannon, I believe he can be tamed with the proper motivation just as any man has an achilles heel."

Interesting how Gabriel mentioned Dots just a few moments after Masaru had been thinking about him. They must be truely in the same mindset. The way Gabriel agreed with Masaru's idea was such that it seemed to him Gabriel had something else in mind. He was perhaps letting off not as much as he could have. Maybe there is a weak link in the enemies chain. Masaru would find that out soone enough. H leaned back in his chair.
"Well, that is what first pops into my mind from hearing the situation from you. After a while here I may be able to grasp the full situation and come with a more suitable plan. Perhaps you have a better idea already?"

Gabriel leaned back as well taking his time not to be baited into a trap. They were both equally adept minds so truth may be the most sound solution it also proved to be the most deadly. Should Gabriel have revealed such a thing to anyone he'd immediately been found out.
"Not as of yet, though I'd like to see you as my head of designs." Gabriel offered up the illustrious position, "You've seen what army we have at the moment, and you realize how I plan to have this done as little damage as possible."
The whole scenario was like GO rather than chess, take the most territory with the least amounts of units possible rather than risk loosing any. While Gabriel controlled a strong majority at the moment that gave them room to make a few sacrifices.

It seemed Gabriel was good at these politics. Masaru had a feeling he was hiding something from him, but he couldn't quite be sure. His suspicions rised more after Gabriel offered him a high position. To him, it seemed Gabriel gave him that right after Masaru tried to dig into the situation, perhaps in an attempt to satisfy him. That only made him more curious, but he wouldn't let that on.
"Ah yes, I believe I have seen some of them at the warehouse, I would like to be aquainted with them personally at some point, in order to assess their abilities. I am honored you would give me such a position as the head of designs. I believe I will not let you down, my friend."
Through all the encounters Masaru had been through, it seems this man could be slightly trusted, and it was those situations that brought them together. Masaru believed this man to be one of his friends.

Good. Gabriel was quite satisfied at this point. His pieces were almost in order and the preparations for his strike would come in order soon enough. His head rambled plotting over the ramifications of his ideal plan. Matrim, the man sitting across the board was no dumb fool. He should be proud to think of himself as a worthy advisory to Gabriel. In the end though he'd stand no chance. Fate favored the well prepared.
Gabriel was willing to do whatever necessary to accomplish those goals.
Anything...
"If it's not too much to ask would you keep this meeting in secret, I'd prefer our plans didn't get rattled before even taking off." Gabriel said with a confident grin.

Masaru nodded pensively, it probably would be best if no one knew Masaru was affiliated with this man at this point. Not until he was sure of his intentions. One could never be too precautious.
"Not at all, So anything else we need to discuss while I'm here, or should we put your plans into action?"
