As Matrim replied, Adrian grinned and nodded an acknowledgement of his words. Truly, nothing more needed to be said. It seemed the Varsity Captain was just as much interested in this fight for the sake of fighting as Adrian was.
Matrim shot out his opening move, a basic right hook. Adrian, already in his boxing stance, did much like he would if anyone had thrown a right hook at him: He leaned backwards somewhat, moving his face away from the impact point, and brought his left hand up, batting at the outside of Matrim's punching hand to knock it further towards the middle. It was at this point that Adrian would normally go for a body blow; however, as Matrim's hands connected, Adrian realized something else was going on. The elbow strike came forth, and Adrian's left hand moved again, this time bending so that it was parallel to the ground. He lowered his forearm down towards the top of Matrim's elbow, pivoting back on his right foot as he did so. Matrim would be pushed down and somewhat forward, from the momentum of his own move, and would pass harmlessly by to Adrian's left.
Following up, Adrian would simply raise his right fist up and smash it down in a straight punch to Matrim's left temple. With both his hands locked in the elbow, which were being held currently under Adrian's left arm, the VC's head was open to any and all attacks. Adrian simply chose the one that had the greatest chance of knocking the boy out, if not giving him a hell of a ringing sensation for the rest of the fight.

The boy seemed sluggish, and Matrim knew how to react to this perfectly. When the boy pushed down on the elbow and kindly got out of Matrim's way, Matrim ducked down further and rolled forward before a fist could connect with anything. He somersaulted forward, his head shot to the right to look at his opponent. He was on his right knee and left foot, and turning to the right he brought his right foot up planting it on the ground he threw his left fist in a hard cross aimed at Adrian's right cheek.
After this he would stomp his left foot and twist his body, his right elbow would shoot towards the right side of Adrian's back in an attempt to get a kidney shot on the boy. It would leave a few openings defensively speaking, but as long as he got the hits off it would be worth whatever happened to him in the end.

Riley, as he continued to KO idiots who tried to take him out left and right, smirked as he saw Matrim take on the guy who had the same color hair as him. Making his way up the bleachers, Riley planted his fist into a student's face, a smirk on his face. He had lost count of how many students he had KO'ed, but he was sure it was well above twenty. But it wasn't like he was injuring them, all he really did was knock them out, only because they had charged at him, and no matter how many people Riley would have to knock out, he would do it, just to end this fight. He slammed his foot into the head of a student who had charged at him, and the student immediately dropped like a sack of potatoes.
They just kept coming, like a swarm of locusts. Pesky too. So Riley would become the exterminator, to take them out. He swung his fist and planted it in the face of one student, swiveled around to jam his elbow into another guy's face, and swivel yet again to plant his foot into the stomach of another. Was there no end to the amount of students that wanted to take Riley out? Surely the group of students was trickling down. And it was. Riley could see most of the students that had come, were now lying on the ground, some clutching where they got hit, withering in agony, others...were just lying there, unconscious. They would live. No real damage had been done, they had just been knocked out, taken out of the brawl. Sooner or later, the fight would narrow down to a collect few.
And then the real battle would start.

Walking into the gymnasium rather late, James didn't want to miss out. He was a football player, and he wanted to be on the team. He knew a transfer was the pillar, and while he wasn't too excited about that fact it didn't bother him completely. All he wanted to do was join a team. So he ran into the gymnasium to see a whole bunch of unconscious kids, and everyone else was fighting. James stepped in slowly looking around and said, "Uhh... is this where we're supposed to go for football tryouts?"
About ten kids stared at James and one of them called out, "Get him!"
"I'm going to take a second and guess that's a yes," He said, one of the boys threw a left hook and he ducked under it, sweeping the ground with his right foot in a 360 spin. The guy toppled and James took this opportunity to jump over him and make his way into the area a bit more. He looked up and saw some kid in the bleachers knocking kids out like it was nothing.
What in the world is going on? I guess I'll ask him....
James rushed up to the guy, of course, he didn't say anything to let him know he wasn't going after him, and considering he was an eye patched guy, his intentions would easily be mixed up as that of chasing after the kid to fight him. Especially when he nearly tripped and his right hand instinctively reached out to grab towards Riley, it looked like, seemed like, and would even go far as to smell like an attack the way it looked.

Les smirked triumphantly as her first punch hit...this could be easier than she thought. The girl took a moment to settle herself, and had this been a serious fight, the ex-pillar would have taken advantage of it. So why not now? She was giving the girl a fighting chance (hah, get it?), and besides, Les wasn't worried about this all-out brawl. It was fun for her, a game if you will.
The girl attacked, retaliating with a low kick. It clipped her left foot (assuming she was kicking with her right foot if shes leaning to the left), and Les fell back onto her left hand, turning her body to the left and skipping over with her right foot to catch herself on the next bleacher down. She landed right in the middle of a fight between two guys, and ducking below a swing she nearly walked into, she punched him in the gut and stomped on his foot with her combat boots, unbalancing him and sending him flying down the bleachers. Turning to face the second one who now stood between her and her opponent, she lifted her foot, placing it against his sternum and pushed hard, sending him flying backward at her.
"Catch!"

And now would come the hard part, the floor was now getting a bit littered with unconscious trash. there was still a good number of monkeys going at it still but that was assumed. One fighter can only attack a select few of students at one time, but for the sake of good logic let us assume the fights are always one on one. given 50 fighters we would see a 50% reduction each fight, quite noticeable at first but the reduction would slow down after each fight......50....25...12...6...3.
Near the end of this little event Daxon would have to do as some would say put his fighting gloves on if he was to live though this event. Daxon was also quiet glad that the pillar was focused upon a blond student in his rampage. The more violent students were also focused on each other, as if they felt they needed more of a challenge. That left the other students who simply wanted to win picking on people that seemed less of a threat....
[glow=red,2,300]"HAHAHAHAHAHA"[/glow]
Ah right on cue, the cackle of a vicious dog spotting a weak target...and in this case the target was Daxon and the dog a rather burly type of male student who appeared to be ignoring the cuts and bruises scattered on his body from the fight. The male was no ascending Daxon's chosen bleachers which was tucked away in the corner the room. It was only a matter of time before he was spotted.
A jolly whistle arose from Daxon's lips as he reached into his baggy jean pocket and pulled out two ketchup packets and then taking a small bite off the corner of the plastic off of each of the packets. The idiot ravenous dog was fast approaching, Daxon could see the delight in the being's eyes at the beat down he foresaw.
"Whoops"
Sighed Daxon squeezing both packets in each hand sending a precise, fast and small stream of ketchup into the eyes of the looming student who was winding up for some sort of attack, which looked like a dive punch or other. But in the end the student was writhing in agony as the condiment was most likely stinging his retinas as he tried desperately to wipe the liquid off standing right in front of Daxon none-the-less. The adequate procedure would have been wash the foreign eye contaminate out with water but the idiot chose to wipe thus spreading it even further.....it was time to direct the idiot off the bleachers.
Extending his legs above his body and placing them upon the chest of blinded student, Daxon gave an ever-so light push sending the kid toppling down the bleachers. He landed with a loud crack as his head slammed against the floor knocking his out instantly.
"O dear now I only have 2 more packets of ketchup now."
Shrugged Daxon in a half amused half annoyed manner tossing the empty packets on the floor. This whole brawling school might be easier then what was previously thought.
Daxon's intense eyes still scanned the carnage for any other student stupid enough to attack him on his perch on the empty bleacher near the corner of the gym.

One eyebrow lifted in intrigue. Elmira grabbed the guy who was practically tossed toward her by the back of the head, her fingers clutching to him with main hold through his hair. Hair yanking and pulling was generally a technique reserved for snarly cat fights, which did not really fit in this brawling atmosphere, but this was the first way she managed to get a grasp on the person. She reset her footing, leaning a bit back from the momentum of the random boy's weight so quickly thrust at her, and swiftly released her grip on his scalp while simultaneously slamming her elbow into the side of his waist, sending him rolling over the bleachers, either because he was surprised and was not expecting such action from the two girls or because Elmira actually managed to elbow him well. This was really what she hoped to do with her first opponent, but since there was no organization, and this guy was just as much as a rival as anyone else, she impulsively allowed herself to attack him as well.
She pushed a couple more people aside, who were either too engaged in other fights or too uninterested in Elmira to care, and made her way back to Olesya, this time lowering her head while keeping her gaze intent in an almost creepy glare in preparation for a fully charged headbutt, which she launched as soon as she saw clearing.

Time to end this... So that the medical staff can attend to the injured students. I don't know how serious some of the wounds of the students are, but I would like to end this conflict as soon as possible. With that in mind, Riley leaped into the fray, and began knocking out students, not seriously injuring them, but giving them a blow that was enough to knock them out. Riley hated to resort to violence, but given the mentality of the students that had started punching those within range, Riley had no other choice. Riley then turned his attention to a Sophomore who had come up behind him.
"Time to take you out blondie! Nobody's gonna get in my way, understand!?" The guy growled at Riley, who responded by smashing his fist into the guy's face. The guy dropped immediately, clutching his broken nose in agony. "If you can't handle even that, what makes you think the Varsity Captain will want you on a team? Don't waste your breath." Riley said, turning and going to mop up the last remaining students that were around. As he turned, he saw a guy come rushing up to him from behind, Riley wasn't sure if the guy was rushing to fight him, or talk to him, 'cause the guy looked a little dumbfounded. What the hell? Riley just kind of stared blankly as he saw the guy lurch forward, like he had tripped, though it would appear that he was going to attack Riley, for the guy's right hand reached out to grab Riley.
Wha...? Riley kind of leaped backwards, up one step of the bleacher, avoiding the guy from falling onto him, as he grabbed the guy's arm to stop him from falling onto the bleachers. "Hey, you okay?" Riley asked, as he released the guy's arm, "If you want to get out of this alive, I suggest you avoid falling, or people will trample over you like roadkill." With that said, Riley planted his fist into the face of a guy who had charged at him, breaking the guy's nose. "If you want an explanation as to what the hell is going on here, he," Riley nodded his head down to Matrim, "Called for a free-for-all fight. It's best not to ask, or you'll end up confused."

((Just to keep things in line)) The boy seemed sluggish, and Matrim knew how to react to this perfectly. It would leave a few openings defensively speaking, but as long as he got the hits off it would be worth whatever happened to him in the end. Don't disappoint me Blondie....Adrian, by this point, was pretty sure he had the entire fighting population of this school figured out. If they missed an attack, the first thing they would do would be to try to get around behind you. Sara did it to him once before, and here, after deflecting the elbow strike, so did Matrim. Adrian heard him tumble to the ground, on hard-wood bleachers, it wasn't too surprising. And thus, Adrian did exactly what he did before. As Matrim went past, Adrian took a sidestep with his right foot and pivoted backwards on his left, keeping the front of his body constantly in line with Matrim's while expending very little energy. Sure, he wasn't as fast as a lot of the fighters in the school. But with the way he moved, one didn't have to be. As he turned, Matrim somersaulted and swung around, throwing a left cross. Adrian was ready, hands up defensively. The right cross came in low, and Adrian went low as well, bending his knees slightly and turning to his left, knocking his right elbow against the incoming punch in classic boxing fashion, sending the attack somewhat wide and making it no more than a glancing blow. When the punch was pulled back and a right elbow was swung in, Adrian's left hand would swing into action. He would throw a downward-aimed punch aimed for Matrim's forearm, tensing his stomach in case the attack would slip through. The point of impact would be the pressure point on the forearm, which would hopefully send a spasm of pain through the VC's arm. As he punched, Adrian would turn his upper body again, this time to the right, adding some torque to the punch as well as ensuring that the deflected elbow would only cause a glancing blow. Quickly after the punch, Adrian would follow, as combination punches tended to be more effective than single ones. With his body turned right, Adrian would torque back to the left, his right hand now moving to attack and his left to defense. His right hand would shoot forward with a right cross, aimed for Matrim's chin. His left hand, meanwhile, was left held in front of his chest, hoping to feel out any further attacks from the Varsity Captain.

"A free for all?" He asked looking around, "What are the rules to this thing? Person who kicks the most butt is the most macho and therefore gets a letter jacket? I'm just here to play some football, not a big fan of the fighting."
He quickly got to his feet and climbed a few more steps up by the kid, looking at all the people in the room, trying to make note of which ones were still conscious. He saw both guys and girls fighting, a lot of unconscious people, and the people who were still up seemed to be fighting for themselves. He didn't know when this would stop but he hoped it would stop soon. In any case, he wouldn't throw another punch today. He didn't want to hurt anyone after all, and he could take care of himself enough to dodge hits.
"So why are you fighting?" He asked, taking a seat and deciding not to get up unless he absolutely had to.

The hit to Matrim's forearm didn't quite hit where it was aimed, Matrim didn't want to get hit in his arms, he knew he'd need them for the rest of the fight, and he wasn't a fan of getting his arms injured early on as a grappler. So he feinted the attack by bringing his elbow down and turned taking a short step to get back to facing the boy, who threw a cross at Matrim. Matrim didn't dodge the hit, instead he reached to grab the wrist of the hand with his right hand so that his palm was facing up, his thumb side of the hand towards the blond kid, but he waited till it hit him square in the jaw to do it. Matrim had turned his head a bit to take the blow the way he wanted to.
Matrim's left hand would meanwhile reach out to grab the boys left shoulder. Not tightly but enough to keep his hand on him for what he was doing. Matrim's right hand would vice down hard on the wrist, and he twist it to the kids left, Matrim's right. Matrim would do so while bringing the right arm in a circular motion in order to twist the hand and get the kid to turn around. Once this was accomplished Matrim would keep twisting till the kids right arm was bent at the elbow and against his back. Matrim's left hand would then attempt to move from the kids shoulder, around his neck.

Incoming Threat.....
Analysis of Threat: Mostly Unknown name/person/History/etc, left to rely solely upon first observations. Eye-patch over left eye, therefore his peripheral vision has been cut on left side. No rage or signs of agression...non-combatant? Or trick?
Plan: Stay alert but take no action.
Daxon's intense eyes followed the approaching student as he casually took a seat in close proximity to Daxon's. The notion of a noncombatant was justified as the kid asked him about what he was fighting for. It could have been a more philosophical question but most the most question that the kid was trying to get across was "What was he fighting for in this little gymnasium free for all". God it was one thing to ask a stupid question, but to make the receiver of the question try to determine the true meaning of the question.
"Why am I fighting in this little free-for-all you ask? To win without even lifting a finger.....and to tell the idiot of the pillar over there what a mundane and stupid of an idea this was when I am of the few left standing."
Stated Daxon bluntly a bit annoyed to be explaining his plan. But the kid had asked a question to which Daxon thought to answer on the simple premise that he could.
"Might I also inquire as to why you decided to join this event yourself? Want to be a part of the swim or basketball team hmmm?"
The last part was said in a mocking tone as Daxon turned his intense gaze entirely on Mr.eyepatch that sat beside him.

Adrian would get the punch he wanted in, though not without a cost. The VC's hand came up to grip the punch afterwards, ensuring that he got it just in the position that he wanted. Adrian's opponent put his hand on his shoulder and began to twist Adrian's arm, trying to put him in some sort of armbar. Adrian paused for a moment, at first simply only tensing his right arm and fighting against the twisting and manipulation of his arm simply by resisting. Matrim was stronger than he was, and so it wouldn't last, but he needed a plan.
Coming up short for one, Adrian decided instead to rely on brute force.
Adrian's left hand would swing outwards, knocking the loose grip Matrim's hand had over his shoulder off towards the outside of both men's bodies. With that, Adrian would fire forward, swinging a hard left hook at Matrim's face, turning his body to the right as he did so. This way, Matrim would not be able to turn around him to fully apply the armlock, unfortunately, it would also mean that the hook would not be able to hit with knockout force. Despite that, nobody likes getting punched in the face, and it would, hopefully, at the very least cause Matrim to re-think his armlock plan.

The best part of getting hit in the jaw earlier? It allowed Matrim to determine this guys strength. Matrim was faster and stronger from what he had seen so far, but that was all he could gauge. There was no real way to test somebody's toughness until the end of a fight, and Matrim did not want to be the end of this kid. This fight would end soon, mostly because Matrim was getting rather bored with this one.
Too easy to grab....
Matrim kept a hold on the kids wrist, good and tight. And using his strength he would pull that kids wrist up and towards Matrim, enough so to block the hook with his elbow while simultaneously exposing the kids right side. Matrim had learned a particular move from Travis, something that had been a great inconvenience in there fight leaving Matrim a bit sore. Matrim decided this was the time for that.
Matrim's left hand being recently knocked away from the kid formed a fist and while pulling up on the kids wrist he slammed an uppercut with his left fist straight towards where the base of the arm was, since the kid had just thrown a left hook it would be a perfect chance to get this shot off. Matrim would then keep a hold of that wrist in hopes that the attack might dislocate the kids shoulder. Not a huge loss in the end, but Matrim would then finish up by bringing his left hand up to that wrist and then he would take a step back and toss the kid by that wrist. With any luck for the kid, if the punch did dislocate the shoulder, the throw might in turn do wonders to the relocation process.
If he successfully tossed the kid away, he would run towards his next target, having to go through a few groups to do so.

Matrim must have just moved too quickly for Adrian to understand what was going on, because, before he could even process the entirety of what the Varsity Captain was doing, he had (somehow) snuck a punch completely past Adrian into his right underarm, damn-near dislocating his arm from his shoulder. Before he could even react to this, Matrim had used his gripped hand to throw him in a hip-toss over his side.
Adrian collapsed on the floor, shaking his head a bit as he tried to dust out the cobwebs. He was getting really tired of people doing that to him.
Letting out a sigh, Adrian got back to his feet and rolled his right arm around a bit. There was definitely a bit of damage in there, but nothing too major. A few days of not punching people and it should be back to normal. Deciding to take a little break, Adrian opted to lean against the railings to the bleachers. Most of the bigger, grumpier guys were already down, so he wasn't worried too much about the rest of the fight.
