"No. I'm not."
Rem could see, no he could feel the rise in Sara's degree of tension. The very tone of her voice exuded disgust. Not that he cared much. He'd asked a question and she had replied, so it was a victory on his part. He shrugged her arm away in slight annoyance, dusting it off and then planted his gaze on her once again.
"Would you be interested in joining one?"

"Would you be interested in joining one?"
She turned to look at him, her face a little confused. Hadn't he heard the tone in her voice? Well it seemed he didn't care. Well that was... interesting. She liked that. But it also pissed her off more. Her gaze moved between Rem and Andy, her face hardening again. Someone was getting attacked here, and she didn't care who. The act of fighting was a rebellion against rules, authority, and the system. Someone was going to get knocked out here.
She considered. Not his question, but who was going to get the blunt end of her pent up anger. She looked at Rem. Ah Rem~So short, so smart, so... confusing. He had LET her hit him, he had insulted her, he had been a rude know it all who used words that were to big for someone their size... He was going to include her in something. And then Andy. A poor kid who had stumbled onto something that he shouldn't have. He seemed nice though and would probably forgive her~
Her gaze met Rem again. "Maybe. We'll have to talk more about this..." And with that she turned and ran at Andy, hopefully catching him off guard with her speed and sudden attack. She got within a few feet of him and dropped to her left knee, sweeping it out at his legs to knock him off his feet, dropping him to his right side. Whether he dodged or not she would finish the sweep with her leg, turning her body so her back was to him, still crouched on her knee. Her right elbow bent and locked and she threw it upwards behind her into his dropping body. Had he managed to dodge her trip, her elbow would simply slam into any part of him she could reach. Sorry Andy~

"No. I'm not."
The whole talk about organizations was a bit unnerving for him as well. Most schools seemed to have something, such as Chess Club or the Reader's Club or National Honor Society, however he did not know of any club in this school. He coughed again. The cough was getting to him. He tried his best to keep his breathing normal. Now...back to the issue of these two people. The girl and the boy both seemed nice enough. He coughed again and this time, his head angled a little bit more downward. The coughs were becoming worse. Those cough drops would definitely have helped.
"Would you be interested in joining one?"
"Sorry- I..."
The whole event happened in a flash. As he began to unwrap his scarf, the girl charged at him with blinding speed, at least twice his own, and dropped down like a cat. So fast! His gaze dropped quickly, he could see her shooting out her leg, like a sickle aiming for a group of wheat stalks, however his body refused to move. Moreover...he had no idea what was happening. Yes, he understood that the girl was attacking him gratuitously, however he had no idea why. Maybe he did offend these two. Maybe the guy was next. Maybe the girl was a bully....maybe....
He felt himself falling sideways, as his scarf went drifting off somewhere. He would need to pick it up later. His mind began racing. He caught a fleeting glimpse of the girl turning....oh man. That centrifugal force. Was not going to be pretty when she hit him. He was wide open as well. Ouch. Looked like it would hit him in the stomach. Maybe the ribs. He wouldn't be able to block such a forceful and quick attack, so he tried his best to cover his abdomen with his arms and knees. Tried his best, however the crook of her arm hit him right in the ribs anyways. Ouch. As he was flying backwards, he was still thinking about his next action. He couldn't catch himself from such an awkward position. The wind had almost been knocked out of him, and his ribs were burning up. He should let this slide. Maybe next time he would be more cautious. She still seemed nice...
He skidded a little and stopped. Clutching his right ribs, Andrew stayed in his slightly curled up posture and gasped a few times. The cough was still not helping.

Sara dropped to her knee, sweeping out her leg, catching Andrew off guard, dropping him, just as planned. She finished the sweep,, her body turned, her elbow slammed with his side, sending a shiver up her arm and spine as she felt the connection. Her attack had gone perfectly. A little to perfect. She felt a shock of guilt as she realized he was weaker then she had pegged him for. But damn, that had felt good. Really good. She felt better. Much better. But she wasn't done yet.
She looked behind her, pushing her self to her feet to realize that she had sent him skidding across the ground, and he hadn't managed to keep his balance. Poor kid. She crouched low, watching him clutch his side. She couldn't help but let the wicked smile touch her lips. Heh, this was to much fun. But she didn't want to hurt him to much either. He might turn out to be a great fighter when he got stronger and she didn't exactly want to be on his bad side. So she would go a little easier on him this time. It wasn't a fight anyways, if he couldn't get a hit in. Plus, that cough concerned her. He must be sick, meaning he wasn't at 100% anyways.
Ah well... There would be time for apologies later. She had noticed, most of her fights had left her with lasting friendships all around. She would spin this so that was the case here. Yay~Another friend for Sara~
She threw herself at him, grabbing him by the shoulders, turning him onto his back, and pinning him to the ground. She straddled him, her knees on either side of him digging into his sides. She left his arms free, his legs free, her face and body open. She leaned downwards, her right hand going for his neck.
She leaned over him, her gaze waiting for his eyes to meet her, her right hand on his neck, her left on his shoulder and spoke to him, her tone threatening, yet aloft. "You know this is nothing personal right?~" She smiled. "Let's be friends after this 'kay?" Then she leaned back up, her hand still on his neck, her left fist drawing slowly back to slam into his face. He'd better react, because she wasn't afraid to hit him~She was just playing now~

Khhh...
Before he knew it, the girl was on top of him and pinning him down. He had felt the jerk of his body as his arm swung outward, and his body turned. She had grabbed his shoulders and opened him up like a clam. Then her right hand clamped down on his neck like a vice. Her left arm raised up along with her hand, which was now clenched tightly into a fist. No way- this girl was so persistent on beating him down! His eyes widened slightly from fear and surprise. He raised his gaze and stared at her.
"You know this is nothing personal right?~"
That didn't make sense. No matter how much he thought about the situation, this whole scenario didn't make sense.
"Let's be friends after this 'kay?"
That left fist. She was definitely going to connect with his face. If she decided to switch her target, she could aim for his chest or stomach. There was definitely no way to avoid such a punch. Honestly, he wasn't all that flexible to begin with, but to try to avoid a punch by leaning his neck to the side was out of the question. Maybe he would need to be aggressive. But she was a girl! Maybe.
"Sorry-"
He decided to be defensive. Raising his arms up as quickly as he could, he would grab her right arm with his right and try to block the punch with his left.
"I really- don't want to fight. Can't we talk this over- if I offended you, then once more- I'm sorry about it."
While his arms were moving upward, his knees raised themselves toward his upper body and, on the way, would connect with her back. The force would be light and the main aim of the knees would be to push her forward. Maybe he would bear hug her or something if the situation worked out. Maybe he would just take the beating to the face.
He wanted to know why this was happening; that lingering question of doubt.

"Sorry-"
She smiled, dropping her fist down towards him praying he made some attempt to stop it before she broke his nose. And low and behold, he did~She slowed her fist, letting him catch it with his right hand, watching as his left covered his face. Good. He covered he bases. Not exactly what she would have done, but a good try none the less. ~A for Effort~
"I really- don't want to fight. Can't we talk this over- if I offended you, then once more- I'm sorry about it."
Aww~A lover, not a fighter~ How cute. And then he surprised her again, moving under her, his legs coming up and lightly slamming into her back. She was knocked forward slightly and she looked down at him, smiling. The force was pushing her hand harder on his neck. She could knock him out, but what would be the fun in that?~ She stayed there, not caring if he caught her in a bear hug, or anything. It didn't matter, nothing she couldn't handle.
She laughed, staring down at him, their faces close. "No, you didn't offend me... But you should really fight back you know~" She squeezed his neck slightly harder, cutting off his air flow.

Oh...the situation was not turning out to be in his favor. Hmm..her arm seemed to be slightly rigid, thus the force on her back had pushed her forward entirely. Meaning that her arm was applying even more pressure on his neck, as he began to realize with his lack of breath. How stupid of him to not have realized this before. This- although it seemed to be playful, was a simulation of how an actual situation might turn out for him. Training for the lack of a better word.
And he had cold sweat. It wasn't noticeable, however he felt it on his back. Ah- well now she was closer, but this didn't help him out at all. Surprisingly, she had slowed her fist down so he could catch it. How nice of her. This gave him some degree of relief.
"No, you didn't offend me... But you should really fight back you know~"
Urgh- not good. It was as if he was facing a double offensive attack, like a rook and a knight aiming at the king together. If the rook has a straight line for the king, the best defense would be to capture it or block the path. Maybe he could pull this off.
His right hand drew back momentarily as he made a fist. He would try to make amends for hitting a girl. He really would. This, however, would take place after the training fight was over. His right fist flew toward the inner elbow of the arm which was choking him. If the fist connected then her arm would lose its rigidity and bend slightly, loosening pressure for a moment. At the same time, he would try to swing his body upright, and if they weren't careful, bash his head into hers.

Sara smiled as she watched him work through his options. It was an interesting thing to see. Oh, how she wished she could be in his head for just one day, a fly on the side of his brain. She wondered what he was thinking. He didn't have much time left, her hand tightening on his neck slightly again. This was... fun. Wow. So fun. But she wished he would fight back more, it almost felt like she was just beating on a defenseless kid. And that was so not cool.
She watched as his hand drew back, forming into a fist. Finally~Were getting somewhere. She was expecting the attack to go for her face or head, neck even. Yet he drew his fist back and then threw it into her elbow. Her arm buckled, the pressure easing of his neck. The moment she loosened her grip on him, he pushed upwards. She didn't know what he was trying to accomplish, but she had an inkling it was a head butt. And no matter how strong you were, or how well you took a hit, head butts hurt. No way in hell was she taking that one.
She pushed herself upright as he sat up,, keeping the distance between them, her left hand going out and hitting his face, her palm on his forehead. Not squeezing him, or hitting him, just... stopping him. Almost like in those cartoons where the character is swinging out with their arms, but the arm on their face is to long and they can't reach. Oh man... she missed cartoons...
She watched him, considering him for a second, then smiled, and laughed. She felt so much better now, having gotten most of the tension out of her. That had been fun. The poor kid, she hoped she hadn't scarred him for life. Her hand still on his face, she would speak. "That was good. The elbow thing? Really smart. Ready to go again?~" She gave him the option this time. The first time, she really hadn't given him a choice in the matter. In a way, she kind of hoped he would agree to more, but if not, she understood. They could fight again later if he didn't want to~

Ah...he had forgot to use his left hand. Peeking through the girl's fingers, he saw his left hand just laying there with no particular use. His right hand had performed well, as did his head, however his left hand could have prevented the palm strike. It felt nice...the fight had relieved some tension, however there was still pressure.
"That was good. The elbow thing? Really smart. Ready to go again?~"
The whole situation was becoming much clearer. His eyes moved around inside his skull as they tried to catch a better glimpse of the girl. He wanted to see her eyes. And- there they were. Her eyes were looking at him while he was staring back at them. She clearly didn't fight with intentions to seriously hurt the person. Closing his eyes, Andrew raised an arm up and placed it on her wrist. He would try to lower her arm, however he was unsure whether or not it would work. Aside from that, he would reply to her question regardless of what happened.
"I would enjoy another tussle, however I'd very much prefer activities such as chess over fighting. Heh....it seems like i'm not cut out for fighting-"
He was definitely not the fighting type. However, one more practice fight wouldn't hurt him.
"Mmm...another practice fight would be nice. However, I believe it would be better for us not to ignore Rem over there. And- if I offended you earlier, then I wouldn't mind treating you to lunch or something...to make up for it..."
He believed in what he said.

Sara watched him, a smile on her face as she waited for his answer. Ah~If only Rem had fought back~Ah well, they could play later~This prompted a glance at the other boy as she sat on Andy, her hand still on his head. She wondered what he was thinking. But it didn't really matter right now, she had more important things to deal with.
She felt a hand clasp onto her wrist and her head shot back to the boy under her. She let him lower her arm, the smile coming back to her lips. He must be ready to answer her soon, and she hoped it was going to be good one. There was a good chance he would be extremely pissed at her, and she could understand that. But she could still hope, right?
"I would enjoy another tussle, however I'd very much prefer activities such as chess over fighting. Heh....it seems like i'm not cut out for fighting-"
Her face fell. He wasn't going to fight her anymore? That sucked. But, like she had said earlier, that was no problem, she could respect that. The worst part was how easily she had taken him down. He needed to learn to keep his guard up, and she was more then willing to show him how it was done. However, she had calmed down now, and wasn't going to force him into anything he didn't want.
"Mmm...another practice fight would be nice. However, I believe it would be better for us not to ignore Rem over there. And- if I offended you earlier, then I wouldn't mind treating you to lunch or something...to make up for it..."
And then her face lit up again, her eagerness at the fight apparent. He was going to play some more! Completely ignoring the fact that he might have meant at a later date, she stood, pulling her wrist from his grasp. She stood above him, her feet planted on either side of him and bent over, staring down at him. "Rem can handle himself, if he wants in, he'll join, and stop worrying about offending me, I'm the one who attacked without warning. And lunch sounds great!~ If you can still move."
She smiled wickedly. She wasn't going to go very hard on him, but...~ She wasn't going to waste this either. She reached out, both hands would fist in his hair, pulling his head forward, and she would slam her right knee forward into his forehead. She normally would have gone for the nose, but like she said, she was going to go easy on him. Her hands would then let go of his hair, her leg coming down and planting back on the floor, but she would no longer be straddling him. She would be on his right side now, waiting to see what he did.

He watched as her facial expression change from cheery to a slightly sullen look. However, after his second statement, she became...quite happy again. Maybe she did like fighting...
"Rem can handle himself, if he wants in, he'll join, and stop worrying about offending me, I'm the one who attacked without warning. And lunch sounds great!~ If you can still move."
Hm...it sounded like she was going to go for the fight now. Well, it didn't seem to be that bad- honestly...he had even found his scarf nearby. And...well, she began to attack. He glanced upward to see both her hands coming down for him, as if meaning to bash his head in, choke him again, or grab his head. Sensing danger, he quickly jerked his head backward and flattened his palms against the ground and pushed himself backward. Unfortunately, soon afterward, he collapsed with his back onto the ground due to the imbalance which resulted from his head being farther back than his body. He would waste no time laying there. As quickly as he could, he rolled backwards, head over heels, crouched, stood up and began to backpedal. The girl in front of him would waste no time allowing him to retreat, so he decided to put his dukes up and crouch slightly.
He still didn't know her name.

As she reached forward, he tried to dodge, leaning out of her reach. She slowed her attack, eager to see what he would do. AH~She remembered when she had been like that~Good times...good times... And then he collapsed onto his back. She smiled as he rolled backwards and landed crouched and began to back pedal. Mhm... Oh rly~
She flexed her hands once and then shot at him, her left arm out behind her, her right drawing back, her fists clenching. He put up his fists ready to fight her now. Good. She got within a few feet of him and pulled back, stopping her attack. The right fist had been a ploy, aimed to get him to think she was coming for a straight jab. As her right foot planted, her left foot took one step further, planting in front of her so her body was slightly to his right. Her upper body turned towards him and her left arm swung forward, cutting downwards.
If it hit, it would slam into the side of his jaw. Not heard enough to break it, but it would sting. This was her favorite way to fight~She loved the twists and turns her attacks took. You think shes going for A?! HELL NO~Sara goes for B~ She wouldn't move from how close she was. She wanted to see how he attack. She would hold her ground and wait for him, a smile on her face.

As Sara charged forward, Andy backpedaled a little more. She had both of her arms drawn back, especially the right arm, which held a clenched fist. Probably that hand...buy the left arm looks equally bad. He had no idea which direction she would come from. He had to focus and keep calm. She was a surprising fighter, one with the cunning to commit feints and position herself so she could get a better advantage. Plus, she was fast and quick witted. He would have to use some degree of foresight if he wanted to get on par.
She was getting closer. Damn...she was swinging. He took a few more steps backwards as he saw the fist- not coming. His eyes widened slightly, as he raised his arms up to cover his face and crouched a bit more. As he was raising his arms, however, he saw her take two, almost tentative steps, before she unleashed a vicious left hook. It struck his forearm with a good amount of force, sending a slight shock up his left arm. Quickly, turning to the offensive, he shot out right hand in a slight diagnol aimed for her shoulder, and following behind it at about elbows length was his left hand, palm outward. As soon as his arm was extended 3/4ths of the way, he drew it back and allowed for the left to do the same, while lashing out with his right once more. In this pattern, he aimed palm thrusts at her upper body, trying his best to range his attack. After a few attacks, he hopped forward lightly on his left foot, landed roughly two inches forward from his current position, and lashed out with a sharp roundhouse kick.

Sara's feet planted just where she wanted them are her left fist flew forward to wards his face. He had thrown his arms up to protect himself. That was fine. Good for him even~ Her fist slammed into his forearm. And then he fought back~
Sara was a little surprised when he his right hand shot out for her shoulder. She drew the side of her body back, dodging. But apparently, she hadn't given him enough credit because his other palm slammed into the shoulder of her side closest to him. Her shock at that let him land one more on her before she stepped away from him, trying to put some distance between him. Apparently he could fight~ She decided it would be safest to actually put a little bit of effort into some defence. She crouched.
He took a little step towards her and his leg came up in a roundhouse kick. Her arms moved on instinct. In one swift movement, her left arm came up, blocking the kick with her forearm. It stung slightly, but she continued. Her right arm would move to grab his foot, holding it against her left arm. Her left would slide along his leg until her hand was at his ankle. Grasping him with both hands she would pull him, hard, in an attempt to pull him off his feet. Her body would spin, throwing him as hard as she could, away from her, and into a wall.

Honestly, Andy was surprised when she managed to block his kick with such fluidity and skill. He observed her movements as she reacted to his assault. Her left forearm shot up to block his kick, as her right arm caught his foot in a vice-like grip. He felt himself teeter a little when she did so. A sick feeling crowded his stomach as he watched her perform. She seemingly wasted no movements. As her right hand was joined by her left, he felt a tension on his ankle. This was a serious dilemma.
Oh, he was surprised once more as she pulled on his leg while twisting her body, thus lifting his body up into the air for a moment while jerking him forward. Yeah…he was in for a beating. And the wall which he was aimed at didn’t look too soft either. What could he do to prevent himself from being smashed???
First, he could try to turn and hit the wall with his back. That meant almost a full quarter turn with his body at a high speed. If he messed up he could hit the wall with all the inertia and force aimed at his neck. Not pleasant.
Second, he could try to turn 180 and land on his legs. He had confidence in his leg muscles, however he also knew at this point his legs wouldn’t be so nice after bearing such a large amount of force. That was out of the question.
The wall was behind him. He would need to act, and he did- he went for plan A. As he spiraled toward the wall, he tried his best to turn his body so his shoulder area, and upper back were facing the wall. He tucked his shoulder in. Hopefully, the same concept for a fall would work for hitting a wall.
Bam!
He crashed into the wall, and simply fell down. His shoulder burned as if a hot pan was on his shoulder. Ouch. He wasn’t durable enough to face such things. However, he needed to get defensive. Rolling sideways, and remaining in a crouched position, Andy prepared for whatever else she would throw at him. The shoulder was one point for her, none for him- at the moment.
