She watched... At least as best she could through her slowly blurring vision. After a few seconds, when he didn't let go, she started to panic. What if he wasn't going to stop? It was hurting, and she was getting more scared with every passing second. It took everything she had not claw his arm off in an attempt to get him off of her.
And then, his hand began to release on her neck. The moment her airways opened again she sucked in air, filling her lungs and coughing harshly. Her eyes closed. He wasn't taking his hand off her neck, but at least she could breath. In good favor, she stayed limp under him, showing him that she wasn't going to attack him. Not that it didn't cross her mind. But he was definitely a worthy adversary, and she wasn't about to start with him again.
Finally, he took his hand off of her. He pushed off of her and her hands moved to her face, running over her skin, wiping the water and sweat from it, rubbing her eyes to clear her vision. Immediately, her head began to pound.
"You're tough, I'll say that much...I've never had this much fun in a fight before, using only my wits and guts to fight, instead of my fists."
Her only response to this was a low growl in her throat. She hated losing. She considered losing to be an insult to herself, from herself. But the simple fact that she wasn't cursing his ears off and attacking him again was simple enough proof that she agreed and considered him to be a good fighter. But you would only know that if you knew Sara. She could only hope he was smart enough to guess that, as her pride WOULD NOT allow for her to verbally agree with him.
Her eyes opened and she stared at the hand her offered her with angry, blurry eyes. She damn well wasn't getting up on her own though, so her hand reluctantly reached out and took his. She took one more deep breath and pulled herself to her feet, with a lot of help from him. As soon as she gained her feet though, she realized they weren't going to support her. The lack of oxygen, and the pressure of him sitting on her, cutting off blood flow to her legs, had made her extremely weak and pretty much unable to stand. The world spun in front of her eyes and she almost dropped, caught by his arms as she slammed into his chest as her knees collapsed. She was a lot worse off then she had thought.
"I'm Ryuu Hikari, and you are?"
She sighed, deciding she could answer that and hope he would take it as she agreed with his earlier statement. She practically clung to him, as the world continued to spin and flip, her body feeling like it was on a roller coaster. She muttered into his chest. "I'm Sara... Sara Quinn."
And then she pushed away from him, trying to stand on her own. She realized she was still wearing a wet white t-shirt and blushed deeply, leaning against the wall and folding her arms across her chest. She glared at him, completely embarrassed by her loss. "What the hell you looking at?!"
And then she started to cry. Have you ever gotten wet, and the urge to cry filled you completely because of some inner-biological response to having been wet? This was what was happening to her. Poor Sara~ Could her day get any worse~?

The moment Ryuu relinquished his grip on the girl's throat, he heard her cough harshly, her eyes were closed. His hand wasn't off her throat just yet, but she could breath now. Her body was limp underneath him, she was showing him that she wasn't going to attack him, which was smart move on her part. He was thoroughly convinced now, and lifted his hand off her throat, and got off her, as soon as he did, he saw her hands move to her face and run over her face, wiping the water and sweat from her face, as Ryuu pulled the towel that had been wrapped around his neck off and wiped the sweat off his own face. He commented on how tough she was, and how much fun this fight had been, but all he got in response was a low growl, it appeared this girl did not like to lose, it must've been a blow to her pride, but the fact she didn't attack him after he gotten off her, showed that she probably considered him a good adversary. But this was only his hunch, he did not know her well enough to be extremely sure about it. He saw her eyes open, and stare at his hand that he had offered, her eyes looked angry and blurry, which confirmed that she did not like to lose.
Just as he was going to retract his hand, he saw her reach out reluctantly and take his hand, as he heard her take a deep breath, he helped pull her to her feet, but as soon as she stood up, she nearly dropped, Ryuu caught her by his arms as she slammed into his chest, her knees collapsed beneath her, the lack of oxygen, combined with the pressure of him sitting on her had cut off the blood flow to her legs, causing this to happen. He then told her his name, and asked for hers, as he heard her sigh, she was practically clinging to him, trying to keep herself up, as he heard her mutter into his chest, he had to bend his head down slightly to hear her. "I'm Sara... Sara Quinn." But before he could say anything, she pushed away from him, sending him backwards a bit, as he realized she was still wearing a wet t-shirt, she realized this as well, for he saw her blush deeply and lean against the wall, folding her arm across her chest, and glare at him, as he looked back at her calmly.
"What the hell you looking at?!" As he opened his mouth to speak, he saw Sara suddenly start to cry. Ryuu closed his mouth, looking extremely dumbfounded. "Do you want---" He looked at the towel in his hand, before realizing it had his sweat on it, "Never mind." He scratched the back of head as he looked at her, he knew some people hated to lose, but this, he didn't know whether it was from the loss, or the fact she was wet. But then an idea struck him. "Hey Sara," Ryuu said, a bit of a mischievous look on his face, "I think I know of something that might make you feel better." He would then motion for her to follow him, as he made his way into the apartment building that the little brats that had hit Sara with the water were in. Quietly he made his way up to the floor they had been, and stopped, listening for any sounds. And then he heard it. He heard the sound of quiet fits of laughter, as he quietly made his way over, and peered around the corner. And there they were, the little brats, laughing their asses off. Grinning evily, Ryuu made his way over to them and snuck up behind them. "Boo." he said as soon as he was behind them, as they shouted in fright, and ran past Ryuu trying to escape, but if Sara had followed him, the brats would find their escape route blocked by one very angry, wet teenage girl.

This day was just NOT going right for her. Now she was soaking wet... Well slightly drier but that was beyond the point, and she was crying in the middle of the street, and she had probably missed her show to! And all because of that little bugger. She wasn't completely convinced that he hadn't thrown the water on her, but by losing the fight, she had lost her chance to tell him off some more.
"Do you want---..Never mind."
At the sound of his voice, her eyes turned up to him again. She couldn't imagine what he had been about to ask her, but he seemed a little lost now. That got a small chuckle from her. Seemed he was feeling just as awkward as she was. Good.
"Hey Sara...I think I know of something that might make you feel better."
He gestured for him to follow her. Pffft. Ya right. Like she was just going to follow him. But he was already off, sneaking into the building. She debated following him, and then pushed off the wall. If he thought he was going to take her up to his apartment in her wet t-shirt, he was sorely mistaken. She would beat the crap out of him again, and NOT lose this time if that was the case.
She was still shaky on her legs, but she followed slowly after him, more crawling up the stairs then walking. Just as she was about to ask him what the hell he was up to, he stopped, pausing. She stopped to. It seemed more like this was some epic infiltration then anything else and she tried to be as quiet as she could, her frustration turning into curiosity. And then she heard it. Quiet laughter. Now what was that all about...?
He peered around a corner and she stopped, holding her ground as she listened to what sounded like two kids laughing their asses off. And then Ryuu was off, sneaking around the corner. She took a few steps closer, pausing again, unsure if she should continue after him. Another slow step.
"Boo."
She heard the shouts and the sound of running feet. Had he...? He had! These must be the people who soaked her. She took another step forward, both hands rising, palms open at shoulder height. From the sounds of their laughter, this would be perfect height. Another step, and a slight turn and two boys ran right into open hands, her palms smacking into their faces, stopping them in their tracks. She didn't look at either as the anger surged through her. It wasn't Ryuu's fault, it was these two little brats fault.
An evil smile touched her face as she took another step, turning and throwing them back down the hall they had come from. They would land on their backs and she looked down at them, in all her short, wet glory.
She looked at the two of them. Mhm. Perfect size. She had found her knew shirt~
"Alright boys~Off with the shirts." She cocked her hip waiting as the two of them, scared shitless stripped off their shirts. She took them from them, and held them in front of her, admiring her new finds. Very nice~Her day had just improved ten fold.
She sent a glare out of the corner of her eye to one of the two who tried to move and he stopped dead. Her gaze fell to a small bucket the must have been keeping the balloons in. "Ryuu, be a dear and hand me that bucket~"
If he was smart he would give it to her. She would take it from him and look inside, noting the unpopped balloons and the water at the bottom. Mhm. Nice. Throwing the two shirts to the side, she held the bucket in one hand, dropping her hand in and popping the balloons with her nails. She knew they were useful for something~
And then she poured the water on the two boys. She looked down at them, shirtless and wet. She nodded. Job well done. She picked up the shirts, choosing the nicer one and stripped off her wet shirt. Yes, she only had her bra, and yes, there were three boys watching, but she didn't care. She was hot and she knew it~Pulling the new shirt over her head, she sent a smile at Ryuu and turned and walked off. If he followed, that was fine. He had just made a friend, and she wouldn't mind. But maybe he had his own punishment to hand out as well. She would walk back outside, a smile on her face and lean back against the wall to wait for her legs to stop shaking.

The minute Ryuu spoke to Sara, he saw her eyes turn up to him, he looked a little lost as to what was going on, which earned him a chuckle from her, seemed she was enjoying him looking lost. Looking over at the apartment, he motioned for her to follow him, as he snuck into the apartment building, he looked back when he didn't hear any footsteps, and saw her finally push off the wall and follow him. He wasn't planning to do anything to her, more like he was planning to help her extract revenge on the little brats that doused her in the first place. He could see she was still shaky on her legs, but she followed slowly after him, crawling up the stairs more than anything, he continued down the hallway quietly, and stopped at the corner, listening for something, and heard what it was he was listening for. He peered around the corner, as he saw Sara stop behind him, holding her ground, as he snuck up behind the two brats, and scared the shit out of them, as they ran past him down the hallway. He turned around, laughing his ass off, as he saw Sara had taken a step forward and a slight turn, her arms were raised, the palms open at shoulder length, as the two boys ran smack into her, their faces colliding with the palms of her hands.
Their exit was blocked, and they were stopped right in their tracks, Ryuu saw an evil smile appear on Sara's face, nice knowing you boys. He saw her take another step, turn, and throw the two boys back down the hallway they had come from, Ryuu cringed slightly as the two of them landed on their backs hard, Sara towering over them. "Alright boys~Off with the shirts." He saw her cock her hip as the two brats, scared shitless, stripped their shirts off, while Ryuu looked on in amusement, his arms folded across his chest as he leaned against the wall beside the window. He saw Sara take their shirts and hold them in front of her, admiring them. Looks like she found her new, dry shirt, and in her size too. A glare was sent from Sara in the direction of one of the two boys that tried to move, as he stopped dead in his tracks, frozen like a deer caught in headlights. "Ryuu, be a dear and hand me that bucket~" Ryuu looked down to his left and saw a bucket full of water balloons that Sara had been looking at beside him.
Grinning evily slightly, he picked up the bucket and handed it over to her, it was full of unpopped balloons, well, had been, as he saw Sara toss the two t-shirts to the side and held the bucket in one hand, as he heard the balloons pop, she had popped them with her nails. And just like that, she poured the entire bucket of water on the two boys, drenching them with their own weapons. They were wet and shirtless. Now they knew how it felt like, the brats. He saw Sara nod and then pick up the two shirts and choose the nicer of the two, before stripping off her own wet shirt, as Ryuu saw the two boys gawk at her in a state of stupor, seeing her bra and all, as Ryuu looked on mildly interested, his arms folded across his chest once more. She then pulled on the shirt, and gave Ryuu a smile, before walking off. Grinning slightly, Ryuu pushed off from the wall, and began to walk down the hallway, pausing beside the two boys, who began to shrink away in fear from him. "Let that be a lesson boys," he said, smiling evily, "Never drench a girl in water, especially when she can potentially kick both your asses if she chose to do so."
With that said, Ryuu straightened up, and walked down the hallway, before heading outside, and saw Sara was leaning back up against the wall, probably waiting for her legs to wake up. "Well Sara," he said as he walked over to her, "It's been fun. If you ever want a friendly rematch, come look for me at Moral Crest High, or just give me a call." He then pulled out his cell phone, and if she wanted, would exchange phone numbers. Once that was done, he turned, and walked off, waving casually to her with his index and middle finger together.
