(I twas invited in. =3)
Doo dee doo dee doo.
Valekin was walking towards the infirmary dripping blood, with a knife in his chest. He was walking around nonchalantly. It was nothing, he would say to anyone who stopped and gawked. When he reached the infirmary, he pushed open the door, and half ignored the people in it, and half noticed them. He headed straight for the medicine cabinet. Just needing a band aid.
He opened the thing, whistling some insane sounding tune, cocking a brow at the two of them. She looked scared, he looked apologetic. He grabbed the band aids, and took one out. Then remembered the knife in his chest. With a firm grip on it's hilt, he pulled it out, spraying blood onto the cabinet and the wall. He licked the blade, put it away, and then started to apply the band-aid to his bare chest.
"Don't mind me.. Just need a band-aid."
He said, making sure the band aid was on there good. The knife wound looked kind of deep, considering it had sank in to the hilt. It was amazing that he hadn't gone berserk. But then again, he did do it to himself by accident. He was playing with the thing, and someone bumped into him. It was one of those, 'Oh bother.....' moments. Where you just kind of looked at what happened, and shook your head. He didn't really feel it that much anyway. It was on his left side.
The band aid wasn't doing much to heal him, he was still bleeding. Because his lung was busy patching itself up first. One thing at a time.

This wasn't... looking anything like a good day for Emily. Well, it wasn't that bad. After all, she won against the Varsity Captain and god knows she could get his position. She didn't care at all though.
It was then someone entered the Clinic. She didn't move, as that person had an aura as if he was bringing death himself. Worse, he had a knife on his chest. He pulled it out, and licked it.
...
A part of Emily wanted to have some too. Damn, she thought she had gotten over that sick taste of blood. Guess Kari still had control of part of her.
He just placed a bandaid over his wound. That was just... plain wrong. "Don't mind me.. Just need a band-aid." he said.
Emily's fear disappeared though, and was taken over by her natural caring personality. "Ah, I'm sorry. I don't think a bandaid will cut it." She said, approaching the man. "If you want I'll fix it right up for you."
She didn't seem to be bothered at all.
She had seen worse, actually. The sight of blood wasn't new.

"If you lend me a needle and some thread, I'll do it myself. But I'll have to take it out in twenty minutes, cause I'll be healed by then."
Valekin said as he rummaged through the bloodstained medicine cabinet. Ah, pain killers. He downed half the bottle of that, chewed the aspirin right up, and then swallowed the chalkiness. It wasn't too bad, but he was eating them because he was maintaining that he was indeed, not abnormal. When he was in fact abnormal. Maybe since she was so interested in medicine, she would try to discover why the hell he healed so quickly. And why he could take that much aspirin and not feel any symptoms of overdosing.
"Or I could stand here and bleed a while. Honestly, I've been hurt a lot worse than this. There was that time when my right collar bone was blown out of my body. That time where I was shot in my left arm. That time when I was shot a few times in my belly. That time I was shot in the leg. That time I was stabbed, then slashed open."
He pointed to each scar on his body as he went down the list, it was really interesting, because he was still bleeding from the wound in his chest, and his chest was bare, tattooed, and partially covered with scars. Where the skin wasn't inked, or close to a section that had ink, then it was scar tissue from some battle.
Then there was that time that he died. He had been dead a month from damage he sustained in the earthquake. There were other times where he was dead for what seemed like weeks but was only minutes. That month he spent in hell, well... that was more like years. Hell is funny like that, it seems like time goes on forever because you're being tortured. Even if you walk among the demons like you belong with them.

"If you lend me a needle and some thread, I'll do it myself. But I'll have to take it out in twenty minutes, cause I'll be healed by then."
Emily stopped in her tracks. Twenty Minutes? The way he's bleeding he'd bleed to death. Healed by Twenty minutes? ... Did he have healing Qi or something of the sort?
"... But-" She paused as the scary man took a bottle of pain killers and downed half the bottle. Emily was getting scared for the man and half expected him to start moaning in pain. All medications shouldn't be taken in so much at a time. You'll just get burned from the inside-out.
Some people learned that the hard way, and caring for them was a bitch.
Emily listened to him, looking at his scars. Was he numb to pain? --- or maybe he liked pain? A masochist? Oh dear. The girl paused, peeling her left opera glove halfway out to reveal her own scars. it was as if her entire arm had been stabbed more than a dozen times with a icepick, and there were marks of scald burns that deformed some of the skin into wrinkles, and bruises that have already started to heal.
They weren't as bad as Valekin's own, but Emily couldn't heal herself unlike he did. Pain was was there, and sometimes Emily peeled the scabs off to purposely feel the pain...
She looked up at the man and smiled, even though she was already starting to get scared. "... Could I at least help you stop the bleeding until the 20 minutes are up?"
She felt obligated to help him. After all, it was the profession she wanted to have. Damn the Hippocratic oath...

Now the bones were stitching themselves up. This was an uncomfortable process, and it made him feel itchy, but he did not scratch the itch, cause that would not help at all. He just sat there and shrugged. If she wanted to patch him up, who was he to not let her patch him up? An idiot? He wasn't an idiot, he just didn't need any emergency aid.
It seemed like he was a bottomless wellspring of blood. Where was it all coming from?! Why wasn't he getting pale at all?!
Those were silly questions, how dare you question the healing powers of a man who happens to get up after death. He's no vampire, he's human, just special.
"If you want."
Valekin had this creeping feeling that she was going to touch him in ways. If it was one thing he was somewhat afraid of it was intimate contact. Valekin did not like intimate contact, it made him uncomfortable. He was aware that he was good looking, but he didn't like being touched in any sort of way. Most ways people touch him are quite violent in nature, so he responds violently. He's always taken care of his own health, but this girl was pushy. Secretly he was making plans to escape without her touching him.

"If you want." Emily nodded and peeled off the left glove completely, stuffing it into her pocket. His blood was flowing like a fountain, and she supposed she'd have to stop the bleeding via cauterization.
"I hope you don't mind the pain." She said, placing the finger by the wound. Her Qi now began it's work. It would start cauterizing the bleeding arteries and veins, forcing them to close with soft touches of searing hot heat.
Emily did it quickly as to avoid damaging the rest of the surrounding tissue. By the time she was finished, blood stopped flowing enough for his body to begin the clotting process on it's own.
It was faster than Emily expected.
She put her hand away and looked at the blood on her finger. A memory of the CF came to her head, and apparently she was tired from fighting Matrim earlier that afternoon. Her mind liked to wander nowadays, and it was proven when she kept staring at the blood on her finger.
She wanted to ask why he clotted so fast, and being who she is she kept her mouth shut. The blood was crusted dry in a second, and Emily's Qi slowly calmed down. It would take a while before her body regained it's normal temperature. It was most unusual, Emily never felt this Qi before. Did this mean she changed?
Did she change, really?
Emily was just another teenager with issues, like most people the people in this school. Unlike some of them though, Emily was not exactly a hundred percent aware of herself. She just stood there, staring at the dried blood on her finger. Surely this man would find her either interesting or weird.
