When she pushed herself up Mathew started to focus the Qi in his hands. He wasn't going to let her get off easy. Not by a long shot, she wanted to train she would learn to deal with an enemy that was not only stronger in every way, but had Qi. She would face overwhelming odds. It was only by overcoming this that she would become stronger. Pushing her to her limits and beyond. Of course he wasn't going to try and seriously hurt her, but he was not going to make it easy on her.
He let the punch slam in to his stomach, grinning as his own hand shot out to slam in to her side. It was the Qi that was the real prize. He slammed in to her side open palmed, his quivering palm strike. It would light up the pain sensors all through her body for a good five to ten seconds. While her whole body reeled with pain he would take advantage of it, most likely sending his knee in to her stomach if she was still there at least.

The shock hit her and suddenly she was on the ground. Her mind couldn’t even comprehend the movement as her side felt a surge of pain running through her body like a thousands shards of acid covered glass. No function of the brain occurred, her body stiff and almost motionless but she would take it. Pain was nothing…the pain was nothing. It was like that movie the Matrix…everything was perceived reality…just an illusion. Believe It wasn’t there, she could do it. It dulled by a millimeter and it got her site back in time to see his foot coming towards her on the ground. She of course rolled as far away as she could in an instant before hoping to her feet and spreading her legs wide to steady her balance.
Blood ran down her palms and her body trembled. However those crimson eyes or hers stared at him with perseverance, she wouldn’t give up until her body was taking its last breathe and even then she would hold off the weary pain and her bodies attempts to rid herself of the pain until the very end. She wasn’t going to go down that easily…She knew this was hopeless, yet all the time it seemed as much it only made her want to fight more. She would just have to avoid as many blows as she possibly could and then see how long she lasted in durability with her own attacks. She heard the lunch bell ring…well that was quick.
No time to go to class right now. She would stumble to the left on step her body slowly numbing on that side from the palm attack. So his Qi could do such things…she knew her qi power would not help her and only assist to drain her energy…She would try lower attacks now. Suddenly again at full speed she ran towards him going for a round house kick to the gut and if she could quickly slamming her foot down on his before sliding around to kick him again in the back and then punch him in the side hopefully also grabbing a hold of his arm and wrenching it clear behind his back just fast enough to get his feet out from under him. Overall...she wasn’t even sure the first attack would work. She prayed her speed would get her there…

One thing that Bastille never did seem to get was that Mathew was just as fast as she was, maybe even a bit faster. What was more, was that he was much, much better at reading people. His perception in a fight was honed like that of a hawks, but then again he was used to people trying to take him out. Even with sneak attacks. He had to always be alert. Still he knew her strength, he wasn't intimidated by here.
Once again he let the blow land. His arms moving down to grab her leg as it connected. Both hands moved down to grip her leg. He then pulled on her leg as he spun his whole body, trying to use the momentum in combination with her awkward balance on one leg to lift her off the ground. He was more then strong enough to throw her like a rag doll, and he was getting ready to do just that. Well sort of, he was on the roof so he wasn't going to toss her off the roof, it was just training.
His goal instead was to keep moving and spinning her, moving faster and faster as he did so. Then his arms would shoot downwards as his feet stopped. He felt a bit dizzy himself, but he maintained a good grip not wanting to put her in real danger. If things played out as he hoped her body would slam in to the side of the roof, the top portion of her body hanging over the edge while the side of her body, around the kidney's would slam in to the edge, he would have her legs on the roof to keep her from falling. Assuming she was suspended as such, at his mercy he would speak.
"Game over, if this was a real fight you would be dead. Yield and we can try again if you like." He said offering her another chance, but knowing that if this was a real fight he could drop her from the roof while they were both dizzy, causing her to splat. He hoped she would see reason and take the offer at a round two, if she was determined to continue fighting.

Bastille wouldn’t respond. Instead her eyes would be dizzy circles as she struggled to grasp herself again. The twirling she would have been able to sustain and she had tried to turn into it and spin out of his grasp but alas he had made sure she met with the side first. The blow itself didn’t hurt much, but it did knock the wind out of her and she hung their her head slightly spinning. Dizzy wasn’t even the classification. She regained herself after a long moment and wearily noticed how she was hanging.
“the blood is rushing to my head,…round two…but give me a two minute break to make sure I don’t have a stroke please…I swear…I never thought one could see the world through a screen of red and blue…hey are those cells?” she said as her eyes went in and out of focus. Her face was getting redder and redder and even a shade of purple from the blood rushing there. She began to even get dizzy again.

When she agreed to a round two Mathew would pull her up, making sure not to stumble as his own head was spinning, though the blood wasn't rushing to his head either. It took him a moment to pull her up, but when she was safely on the roof he would drop her, letting her pick herself up. She was a tough kid, he wouldn't insult her with a hand up. Not now, maybe after training. Maybe after she beat him.
"Alright round two, I will take off the coat. Give you a chance to hurt me." He said with a smile that almost could have been said to be warm. She was a student now, an apprentice. He could afford to show some warmth.
True to his word as Bastille too her small break Mathew would drop the coat from his shoulders on the side of the roof, by the door where it wouldn't get knocked off. As it hit the roof a loud thud could be heard, hinting at how heavy it was. With it off he was now free to move more freely, and he was going to hit a lot harder.

Shocked eyes trailed his movements to letting go of the jacket. She closed her eyes a moment then with a smirk she got into her position and was ready. If he started this round, she would be on constant defense. There would be no time for offence and with the coat off she needed that time. She only prayed her strength would get her there. Nonsense, as long as she wanted something she could go for it and get it. She was determined.
Suddenly she was dashing towards him ready to make the first move. She tried not to let her body predict it much just move. And with not much thought she found herself falling into a crouch and trying to kick his feet from under him. While her other hand shot up in a fist to slam his manhood. She would then duck and do a barrel roll out of the way of his legs.

He watched as she rushed him again, always a fan of the rush. When she started to fall in to a crouch Mathew's body would shoot forward, using the burst to get through. The distance would close rapidly since both fighters were heading to each other. Mathew's legs leaving the ground as he jumped up, rendering her attempt to kick out his feet useless since his feet were no longer there.
His right knee would raise up, attempting to smash in to her face. A hit, that would be devastatingly powerful due to not only his increased strength, but also the momentum of both fighters would add to the impact.
If it hit he wouldn't follow through with more attacks. He would give her a chance to recover. He knew she wasn't going to win this fight, and he had no intention of breaking her today.
"Again?" He would ask providing his last attack had landed. He was offering her another shot to try and take him down. Hopefully one she would use to fight smarter instead of using pure speed, she was fast, but so was Mathew.

Smash. She had seen the attack coming in just enough time to move her head out of the way but he slammed into her shoulder and yet she couldn’t help be proud of herself as the pain slipped over her body that she never once made any noise as to the agony it caused. Getting to her feet slowly she looked at him for a long while…her usual tactic of letting opponents go first wouldn’t work and her speed wouldn’t work…well what would? Not her strength…and not anything else. She would then wait a while to see if he attacked. If after three minutes he didn’t come, still saying nothing, she would move in slowly…not even she was quite sure what she was going to do.
