I think I should be going to school.
If I recall correctly, it’s illegal not to go to school. Under the helmet, Jay thought of these things as he sped down the street on his motorcycle. But why didn’t he go all the way back to wherever he’d come from? Well, Jay had no real sense of where he’d come from - he only knew that he started his trek in New York. But honestly, it would be a pain in the ass to go back – too much time and effort.
But wait, you have friends there.
Jay thought briefly. What if he did? But the more he thought about it, the more unlikely it seemed. His phone hadn’t rang at all since he began, and even then, he wouldn’t know who he was talking to. I don’t have friends, do I? A wry smile beneath his helmet. No, you don’t. See? You’re even talking to yourself. In your head.
The wind whipped at his jacket and jeans as Jay arrived at the gates of a school. Why not this one? Removing his helmet, revealing a dark-eyed asian boy with fairly long hair, Jay read the sign. ”Moral Crest High School.” He gave a soft sneer, nodding to himself. Sounds good. Let’s hope the people inside are as moral as the name.
Leaving behind his bike, Jay’s worn out Air Forces scraped against the ground as he walked towards the main entrance. He was reminded of something – maybe the former school he’d gone to. But the feeling of nostalgia was brief, and he quickly found himself unable to remember what he’d been thinking. Standing hesitantly outside of the doors, Jay found he didn’t know what to do.
“Am I supposed to register myself or something?” he wondered aloud.

Arkady jumped from building to building on his way to school, this time avoiding being stabbed. He finally made it down the last apartment set and arrived at the main entry at a terminal speed dash. He made his best attempt to slow down as fast as possible so he wouldn't end up as a splatter on the door. Judging by the back of his head at this speed, the kid that was right in Arkady's path was hispanic?
"Look out! *BOOM*"
Arkady was making his best attempt at slowing down, but it was all for naught. He crashed right into the guy's back, tripping, flying at the steps and skidding to a stop. Was he really going to get in another fight after his dilemma yesterday? Let's just hope not...
"Oh! I am so sorry, I did not mean to crash into you, my momentum was just not letting me turn without my ankles exploding!"

Finally, after days of bitterness from the fight against Kate, or rather just a small scuffle, Aurora was back on her feet, and trudging through the hallways of Moral Crest like nothing had ever happened. And until she met Kate again, it would stay that way, hopefully for as long as she could remember. But, if I'm typing this, something must have happened. And of course! Of course something happened. Besides unconsciously stalking Arkady through open threads, Aurora also happened to feel the resounding pounding of his yelling, and him crashing into...someone.
Who was a mystery, but dang, that bang was loud, enough so that Thirteen actually went out of her way to make sure the both of them were okay. What Arkady was doing was beyond her, but then again, these kind of antics probably weren't out of the realms of possibility.
"Are the both of you okay? And what were you doing to cause such a crash dear?"
Freerunning? She wouldn't have the foggiest idea.

Suddenly, Emi saw in front of her a very handsome Korean boy. He looked just like a pop star or a celebrity, and he had the aura of a model. Now, just because she thought of another guy as hot, didn't mean that she was cheating on Ryuu. Emi was just the kind of girl who appreciates beauty. In other words, when it comes to meeting guys, she is pretty shallow. That was the only reason she went after Ryuu. He is good-looking, and she liked that over his personality.
This guy had something Ryuu didn't have. Emi just couldn't put her mind to it. They are both equally good-looking, but she would have to say that Jay has a bad-boy look to him. His most interesting feature was his eyes. Something about him sparked Emi's interested. Not that she was intending to chase after him like some crazed fan girl.
Too bad her eyes were on him instead of the hallway before her. At the same time Arkady bumped into another boy, Emi walked into an open locker. She fell on her knees and gripped her face as dozens of students laughed at the sight of her. When she pulled her hands away, she saw a red, sticky liquid on her fingers.
The laughter only increased in volume, and Emi wondered what was more painful: getting a nosebleed or having everyone in the hall make fun of you. The flow of blood refused to stop, and she felt something warm trickle down her wrists. Luckily for her, she was wearing a short-sleeved shirt and a cheap denim skirt. If her clothes got dirty, she could just pop them in the washing machine or throw them away since her outfit was that cheap.
Now Emi was starting to feel a little frustrated, maybe even pissed off. She had no tissue to wipe up the mess and no one bothered to help her out. If her nose wasn't leaking so bad, she would have stood up and knocked out the nearest guy that dared to make a fool out of her.

"Look out-"
As Jay was immersed in his thoughts, something - or rather, somene - suddenly rammed into him. A soft "Oof!" escaped his lips as he was thrown forward, into the metal doors of the school. Luckily, Jay's reflexes were quite sharp, and as soon as the doors began growing larger in his vision, his arms shot out, his forearms taking the hit against the doors. What the Hell....
"Oh! I am so sorry, I did not mean to crash into you, my momentum was just not letting me turn without my ankles exploding!" Jay turned around and stared at the blue-haired boy briefly. No, it's not worth it. It was just an accident. As Jay turned to leave, someone else entered the scene.
"Are the both of you okay? And what were you doing to cause such a crash dear?"
Jay stared at the girl briefly - not lustfully, mind you - just the way one might to size someone up. You can never be too careful. "I was standing." Turning to the blue-haired boy, Jay lifted a finger and pointed it at him. "He was running."
Meanwhile, no one had noticed Emi. Poor her. -_-;;

Shortly after the crash of the century, Aurora arrived with an expression of confusion just as everyone else who had met Arkady. He was so close to making it to school safely for once... But no, he blew it and made a mess to boot. Inside was another loud crash followed by a bunch of laughing kids, but Arkady was focused on the here and now.
"I was standing. He was running."
Uh oh, fingers were being pointed at him already and Arkady didn't enjoy the guy's tone. He seemed as if he was angry at Arkady, but he hadn't spilled anything. A fight was doubted in a situation where nothing was lost except for maybe the boy's dignity, Arkady had left overs of that to spare though.
"Well technically I was trying to slow down, but remained at terminal speed either way." [/color] Arkady stood up from his upside down position and brushed off his robes. A black skid mark remained on his back even through the brushing. This set of robes was no good anymore, but he had plenty more of the same set back home.
"You're okay, right?"

Ryuu stood at his locker, putting his books from his last class away, and grabbing his books for his next class, all the while, his headphones were clamped firmly on his ears, as he listened to his music on his iPod Classic. Slipping his iPod into his jeans pocket, Ryuu made to close his locker door, when he suddenly heard a loud bang that was much louder than the volume of the song he was listening to issue from his left. His arm pausing in mid-air, Ryuu turned his head to his left, as he paused the song and slipped his headphones off, hearing dozens of students begin to laugh at the cause of the bang. Slamming his locker door shut, Ryuu went to investigate the cause of the bang, as he heard the laughter from the students standing around increase in volume. Reaching the source of the loud bang, Ryuu peered over the open locker door, looking over the other side, and saw someone on their knees on the other side. "Are you okay?" Ryuu stepped out from behind the locker door, and bent down beside the victim of what looked like running into an open locker door. Once he managed to get a closer look, he saw, much to his surprise, it was Emi. "Emi?" Ryuu had a look of mild surprise on his face, as he saw blood trickle down her wrists, but all the same, he remained calm and pulled out a handkerchief from the pocket of his black hoodie that he wore along with a black tank-top, blue jeans, and black Converse shoes, and held it out for her to take. If she took it, Ryuu would straighten up, and turn to face the students who were still laughing. "Alright, break it up, nothing else to see here," Ryuu said calmly, but the students didn't listen, instead, they continued to laugh, "I said, NOTHING TO SEE HERE." Ryuu repeated once more, a frighteningly menacing look on his face, as the students finally got the message, and vacated the area at top speed in fright. Ryuu folded his arms across his chest, his gaze following them as they ran down the hallway, before turning back to Emi, and bent down beside her once more. "Emi? Are you okay?"
