If Nick could read minds, he would indeed discover that I didn't give a shit. If this idiot wanted to get chummy with a whore and his apprentice, then it was all to him. I had no attraction to either of them- in fact, I beat Sam on a daily basis and I'd pay money to have a chance to beat Kate into the ground...

He imagined the Kate/Sam combo.
"Hm, that would be pretty interesting, now wouldn't it?"
Nick was getting off track, he snapped back to the current time and place.
"So back to business, I'm assuming you're going to announce the match on the next Weekly Whammy, or something to that measure? I don't mind if you advertise, but I'd like to know how you're going to go across doing it."
He didn't want Damien to be advertising the match as a slaughter fest and he didn't want everyone to be upset if that weren't the case. Which Nick planned it to not be...

"It will be advertised on the Whammy as an exhibition match- a random bout of honor and blah blah blah." I made a bored hand motion. "Don't worry, I'm not gonna peg it as a slaughter. You're already the obvious underdog. I don't need to tell them that."
"Is there anything in particular you wanted done with it? I'd haaaate to disappoint." I made my sarcasm clear, but not obnoxious. "Frankly, I just don't want any bitching after it's all said and done."
Seemed fair to me.

Nick raised the corner of his lip and shrugged.
"Not really, as long as you don't crush any good reputation I might have. I don't know what kind of good reputation that might be, but, you seem to get the picture."
Nick thought for a second about if he had any kind of reputation within the school at all, and none came to mind. Well, if all went according to plan, he should have one by the end of the match, good or bad.
"Anything else you wanted to discuss before I leave, oh mighty Pillar?" Nick did a little fake bow towards Damien.

"Yes actually." I said. "When my Court is done, you will be contacted by a Brazillian fellow named Ricardo DeLeon. He is my mentor. Follow his instructions for when it comes time for our showdown. He will take you there." I smiled. "Don't worry, he's on the level."
I'm hoping this turns out good.

If Nick could get some information about this Jester's Court from the man building and designing it himself, it would be most helpful. But somehow even though he asked in hope for getting some tips, he knew that Damien might be too cock to slip any secrets.
If he decided to tell him or not, Nick would then say his goodbyes and leave the Teacher's Lounge, hoping to hear from the Director of arts soon.

"You can wait Nicky." I said, giving a small giggle. "I never give out secrets about my tricks beforehand... That takes away the fun. I find it much more amusing to let you find it out while I watch through a lens..." I smiled.
I began running the images through my head- the idea of Nick facing the Court's challenges was most interesting to me. The Court featured both physical and mental tasks, many of which grueling in their own respect.
This would be the ultimate test for young Nick.
