He could sense the nerves in the room, their individual output as if each of them where their own little outlet for power. Some weaker than others while there were a few strong outlets for power namely Sara, at this point his second in command. He could see it in her eyes that she'd heard this before and was eager for more yet he knew well enough that sometimes patience was a powerful advocate to placate on the nerves. Others in the "Council" seemed just as eager, Bix and Conner, the ones that had been fairly close though never reciprocating to one another, well Bix at the very least. They didn't send up Gabriel's alert quite yet. As for the others Vespyr, Sylar, and Break all seemed to be disoriented in their own fashion. It didn't matter, he wanted to work from the bottom give those with potential the opportunity to pick it up from the bottom grow to become a monster, much like his own demon.
"A plan?" Gabriel smiled revealing a sinister smile, "Yes, what needs to be done first off would be pressure... we need to pressure our student body into an anti-pillar and anti-gang revolution."
Gabriel looked out at them. He knew a few of their motives, Sara wanted the gangs to be punished and destroyed, or so she'd told him. He would make it done by violence when the time came, but first he had to lay the practical politicien and apply pressure to the masses.
"By doing so we must become a gang... It is unfortunate but to beat them we must join them," Gabriel gave off a booming audacious speech quickly, "Break, I hear you like to brawl, not just any fighting but you like to fight simply for fun?" He laughed briskly, " This will be excellent for you... Sylar, you want to become stronger do you not? Than I assign you and Break to go out and find some reason to cause havoc in the name of a single gang, name it as you wish so long as it does not come back to us..."
Gabriel turned towards Vespyr, "You, Vespyr you shall prove useful in the future, your goal is to cause whatever havoc you can manage by the same name but I want you to have no end goal in mind, be as brutal as you can imagine, civilians aren't off limits... I'm sure you can handle it" He whispered that part off to her.
Conner, "I trust that you can be of great potential, I'd like to help train with you a bit, perhaps we can come to a common strength..." one would question as to why he'd pick the blind kid of the group to train with? Simple, Gabriel saw the kid fight with honor and in a sense reminded Gabriel of himself when he joined 259 almost a year ago, he needed to break the kid down and build him into a killing machine despite his weaknesses.
"Sara and Bix, I'd like the two of you to deal with the pillars... Draw them off our scent keep them belittling us as much as you can manage, maybe take a few down when you have the chance." He gave Sara a fun loving wink expecting her to enjoy her assignment.
"Any questions?" Gabriel grinned maliciously.

“So I see that you must be in a good mood today?”
Sara continued to listen Gabriel, all the while plotting a way to get him alone after the meeting. Hearing Sylar speak next to her, she gently leaned her body down towards him. Lately she had been shy of human contact, but Sylar... Was different. He didn't bother her. Not at all. She turned her head towards him and smiled. "Better then most days." Simple, to the point. When she answered she didn't bother to sit back up straight, but let herself stay, leaning towards him.
At the mention of Break and his fighting she smiled, her eyes going to him. She knew who she was going to be running into~~<3 =3 Finally, they were getting somewhere, the plans going into motion. She was eager to hear her part in this, eager to be told to begin. The sooner the better in her mind.
"Sara and Bix, I'd like the two of you to deal with the pillars... Draw them off our scent keep them belittling us as much as you can manage, maybe take a few down when you have the chance."
Ahhaa... Nice <3 Sara saw his wink and met his gaze with a quick and eager nod. She wasn't to happy about being paired up with Yoda, but that was fine. She could live with that... Possibly. She might end up killing the girl before this was over, but hell, she would try. So long as the girl stayed the FUCK out of her way? Everything would be fine <3
Sara only had one concern. She was happy with her part in it, that was great. She would even put up with the girl she was paired with. The problem was that she couldn't... WOULDN'T... trust Gabriel as far as she could throw him. She would use him, happily, play the part of his little pawn, but she would not go down alone in this. "And what will you be doing besides training my little blind bitch?" She smiled as she spoke, letting him know it was a friendly question, but the words dripped with the venom of distrust. From their previous talks, he would understand why this was, and hopefully, not take it to heart. But someone had to ask. She wouldn't be a part of a gang where the leader did nothing more then hand out tasks.

Break's eyes blinked, the blue saucers where dim and thoughtful. Appealing to our interests? good choice, I'll bite. "I do love me a good rumble, and gangs have always pissed me off..." he said to himself, he looked at Sylar, someone he had fought, he'd be able to keep up well enough. he cracked his neck then looked at sylar "you know this place better than I do, any particular gang you wanna infuriate?" he asked playfully. his knuckles tapped on the desk to the beat of a song in his head.

The time has come.
Masaru walked out of the airport, an envelope with his name in fine print on the front. he didn't know why someone would request his presence, or know when exactly he was going to arrive in America, but those questions were to be saved for later. All that was in the envelope was a date, and a place. Signed a person named Gabriel Seran. Seemed familiar. Then it came to him.
A battle scene appeared in Masaru's mind, bodies of enforcers and students alike flying and falling to the ground. a massacre. A man by the name of Unfettered had begun a rebellion, and Masaru had fought alongside him. He saw the ma by the name of Gabriel Seran somewhere in the chaos, and for a short time after the Correctional Facility after. Perhaps this was a friend of Unfettered looking for an ally?
Masaru awoke, finding himself walking down a road in the rain, drops forming a stream down his leather trench coat. He didn't realize when he had been walking down the path, but he was walking toward his destination, as how he usually ends up unconsciously walking down paths set before him and appearing where he meant to be. Fate would not let him escape it, and he gave up running a long time ago.
Chaos once again, the prisoners escaping, the enforcers defending, the teachers attacking. Madness, and all over seven people, him being one of them. He was tired of violence, tired of being a pawn. The whole past year or so had made him a different person, for better or worse.
Masaru awoke again, and found himself in front of the warehouse. This was the place he was supposed to be. He shook himself, the leather trench coat quickly dried. he opened his coat, his dress clothes dry and finely pressed to perfection. He would look like the head of some foreign organization, to those who saw him. Being dressed so finely often had its merits. People respected a man who seemed to respect himself. He reached toward the door handle of the warehouse.
His mind wandered to when he went to Japan after he left America, fearful of the place after the incident. He ran to his parents, who sympathized with him, but would not allow their son to be mixed with their affairs in Japan. He learned new self-defence styles in the deepest of the wilderness in one of the uninhabited islands of Japan. There, he discovered his ability to read living things. He gained the ability to see the near future, or at least see what he believed someone might do.
At first all he saw was a blur of images, mixes of what he thought some animal may do, but eventually he was able to see individual images and figure out that they were what the individual may do. If he was lucky, he would be able to choose the right image and react accordingly to what others around him do...
He turned the handle and walked inside the warehouse. There were several people inside, only one he recognized. It seemed the meeting had already started. Masaru walked passed them, and took a seat at a secluded part of the table, and waited till the conversation ended and he was introduced. Then, he would interact.
He looked around, and saw the people in here. The ones too close to him a blur of images he was not quite used to yet. The ones a good distance from him, well... there was a variety. Some seemed like ones much too violent. He would have to correct them in time. Others... Well, looks can be deceiving... He would continue to look around the room, picking up on the conversation Till he could grasp the situation at hand.

Vespyr listened to Gabriel intently, swallowing every word he spoke with a poised excitement. Creating havoc? That wasn't a problem; she did it on a daily basis for liesure. It was pretty much just the way she lived.
Her eyes narrowed somewhat and determined thoughts flowed through her mind. Whatever Gabriel's intention was, it was apparent that he wanted her to be a part of it. Although she still didn't trust him, as she didn't with any random person she'd meet and the next day they ask favours, she would do as he asked for the sake of... whatever the outcome may be. However, she made it clear to herself that she was doing this out of her own free will and personal gain-- she was not taking orders for the sake of becoming somebody's minion. She was doing no one's bidding. She was just... going to have a lot of fun.
I am not a pawn. If he assumes so he will find that he is very wrong.

Sylar was pleased with his assignment. Fight everyone and create havoc with the gangs. Plus I had break with me. This would be fun. Looking back at sara he noticed that she was leaning in towards him. He really liked this girl. He took his hand and placed it on her leg.
”This should be fun. Hope you enjoy it as much as me.”
He hoped that she didn’t move his hand. After all why would she unless she was mad about something. Yet he hadn’t done anything wrong. Oh well.
”Oh. Let’s go with Militia.”
He knew they were weaker than the reapers. This will be fun.

"Alright" Break said, he reached for another cig, but remembered what happened to the last one. Those are expensive. He got up and grabbed his coat. He didn't know what the full plan was, he didn't care, he wasn't a toy or a minion he knew that, but he had no reason not to go along with this plan. plus, he was thinking of a way to do this without even having anyone hate him. That was gonna be a tricky part. "so, anything else we need to know?" he asked as he got up, clearly ready to put this plan into motion as soon as possible

(OOC: sorry im late Ryan) I Smell him, stepping out of the driver’s seat of the cab Dots began to walk in to the building holding the severed still bleeding head of the original cabbie, The cabbie sadly made the horrible mistake of trying to advise me to “dispose” of my jacket, I care Dearly for my jacket it’s like a wall of honor to… well meals past… he he, well I smell his aura, he can’t be far, and it is almost lunch time. Sliding his pale tongue along his blood stained teeth Dots’ stomach began to Howl in hunger, the insatiable hunger he knew oh to well… never full…. Never done eating…. Always looking for its next meal….
As Dots stepped up to the door, he lifted the head up to his dripping mouth and sank his teeth in to the salty…. Sweaty… blood glazed flesh and began to tear the ear of in to his mouth… chewing and chewing… swallowing the beautiful copper taste down to stomach. Whipping his hands on his Coat sewn together from the hides of humanity... pathetic people…living pathetic existences… hypocrites… sluts…. Liars… cheats…they deserve nothing more than to be part of this beautiful smelling piece of clothing, reeking of rotting flesh and last tears.
Dots knew why he was here to finish what had started…back then….in the horrid place…. He never finished his first meal…. It just got sent to the hospital…. Its flesh was never added to the memoir… it was the creature whose aura was just not right, it wasn’t all there it was nothing Dots had felt before, it was only a hollowed man… he was more than just another fragment of humanity, he was different…..
Slamming open the door Dots, Jumped in to the room and began to speak in his half sarcastic joking voice, and half trying to suppress his hellish laughter….
“Hey Gabe, Long time no see, I knew I smelled ya, We have some unfinished…. Well you could call it business… I’ll call it lunch,” Beginning to notice others in room “oh !!!!! how damn Rude of me, Well you can call me Dots… Well my friends call me Dots… My supper calls me Anubis… it is up to you want you wanna call me…. But if you try to advise me… Well you will call me Anubis…. Like this Pathetic fool”
Lifting the head, and taking a step forward feeling the rubber of his shoes crunch against the ground, He finally lost his hold oh his Hellish Screams of laughter and reaching forward with his clawed gauntlets he carved a pentagram in to the forehead of the ExCabbie, and then with impressive force he sent it flying across the room and slamming in to the wall shattering the skull and sending fragment of vile material around the room… Peeling away a strip of Brain tissue away from his face, he dropped it in to his open maw… tasting its salty flavor dance across his tongue…..

They would have to become that which they were to take down. Though Connor didn't like it, it did make perfect sense. Fight fire with fire. A 'noble gang,' or at least that was what Gabriel made it sound like. Connor might have protested, but it seemed like no one was speaking. Besides, he had agreed to do this, even at the hint that Connor might not be ready. Gabriel had given him warnings. He still came. This was not the time to back out. That time had passed.
Everyone present got their assignments. Everyone, except Connor. There was no task for him. No, instead, Gabriel had chosen him for a student. He wanted to train him, come to a common strength. This was both interesting, and very, very unnerving. Why Connor? He could feel the aura of those around him. They were all stronger than he. Especially Sara. Why not take her on and train the better of the fighters over one of the weakest?
But, it wasn't that part that made him wary. It was the tone he used. Though he kept it professional, there was something else there. Something underlying. Connor had no idea what it was, and so he said nothing, and only nodded his head. He didn't show any signs that he was unhappy with the decision. Only that he understood, and would comply. He would have to talk to Bix about this later. That is, if she was still speaking to him. After all, she had been very cold to him, and still had yet to tell him why.
He also thought maybe he could talk to Sara. The risk was that Sara had suggested Connor join. She wanted him there. If he told her that he was nervous, or that Gabriel choosing him bothered him at all, she might think him weak, or worse, tell Gabriel. That would not go well at all. Then again, something felt odd in Sara's direction. Maybe she had similar feelings about things? He'd have to talk to her later.
Everyone else seemed happy with their tasks. Break above all. Just as Connor was getting the feeling things were wrapping up, two more people showed up late. The first one to enter seemed alright. It was the second that bothered him. The man seemed... unstable. More hunger dripped off his voice than feelings. There was also the smell of some kind of meat that Connor didn't recognize, and wasn't sure he wanted to.

Pillars && Plans Bix was shocked. That she was paired. With Sara. After their. Confrontation. In the hall. She was shocked. The girl. didn't randomly. Attack her. For any number. Of things. Still though. She supposed. They could. Make a diabolical. Team if. The girl was. To give Bix a chance. To assist her. With her witchcraft. For while. Some didn't believe. In the powers of spells. That wasn't what. She planned to use. She wondered. If Sara. Remembered the powder. And liquid. That Bix had used. In the hallway that day. Burning the skin. Of the girl. That had come up. On them. And gotten in the way. Only to insult Bix. By not answering. Her comments. So .. she burned her. And the burns. Had probably lasted weeks. As well as. Left some scars. Which was exactly. What Bix carried them. For. She also. had vials of blood. And other great things. That would most certainly. Be helpful in. The event. Of torturing and. Having fun. With the Pillars. Now thinking about it. She felt that. it might work. And work well. She might actually. Have a good partner. Sara would be able. To handle the physical stuff. And Bix. Could handle. Intelligence and torture. Bix loved torture. She had a very. Dark side to her. If someone would only. Just let it come out. Every once in a while. Normally. It was repressed. Because. She wasn't. Able to really. Have fun. With her dark side. But this. Would prove. most interesting. Bix's eyes. Shifted. To look at Sara. and gave the girl. A nod of respect. She did not. Know what would happen. but she imagined. That it was a better. Match than on the surface. It might seem. So that was certainly. Something to think about. Bix held no objections. Even as. Another member. Walked into. The meeting. Late. Bix was a. Very punctual person. Lateness bothered her. But she would keep. Her mind. And her peace. Since it seemed. He knew. gabriel. But only. Out of respect. For him at the moment. Outside these walls. Was a different story. Completely. She was unsure. About Gabriel. Training Conrad. She did not. Wish him. To lose himself. And he was. Overall. Very impressionable. That meant. They would have. To talk at home. She would have to. Explain some things. To him. She knew Gabriel. More than he might. Think. And that meant. She knew he could. Be dangerous. If he wished it. She would have. To worn Connor. And make sure. That he was ready. Gabriel's mind. Was advanced. Much like her own.

Gabriel would laugh in a dark tone at Sara's little remark, certainly the girl didn't trust him, nor had he given her any reason to. Gabriel was throwing out nothing to them only that which would benefit them. For Gabriel it was all just a game, one he got a thrill, enjoyment off of. Each of their minds was something of use something he could play with far better than any chess game.
"You don't suspect I'll have my own duties do you?" Gabriel challenged her in a threatening tone, "Don't doubt me Sara Quinn, I have set about the pieces in play and I will see them through," He glared at the girl daring a challenge. Who else would dare to lead in his stead, who knew the game as well as he?
Eyes shifted to the door curiously as Masaru joined the covenant gathering. Gabriel gave a short grin at the younger boy, one of acceptance. All his memories of the boy were in times like these, the ones filled with peril and how they each had come out from it. He would have to put Masaru to work along side a group, though in his innocence it may break him.
"Masaru..." Gabriel beckoned as quiet befell the table, "You'll be given your duties first hand from me soon enough."
In Gabriel's eyes Masaru was the night, a maneuverable piece to be sent on a will, brave and dangerous. Much like his Honor Guards his pieces would take on their traits.
A thrust at the door, loud noise shuddered swiftly sending the head of a cabbie flew past Gabriel's head slamming against the wall behind him. *Splat* A thick layer of blood dripped on his cheek before Gabriel wiped it away with his thumb. His face uncaring and unmoved at the moment, Deta Teyfour, of course it had to be him. The smell of rancid flesh followed the man everywhere. Gabriel could still remember dying by his hands in the darkness of the Correctional Facility, surrounded by nothing but death and darkness.
"Please have a seat, Deta Teyfour..." Gabriel said in a strangely calm voice, yes Gabriel knew the boy's name, thanks to an old mutual friend whom assaulted him when recovering in the hospital from the events...
"It seems as though we must speak, however now is not the time..." Gabriel was still calm as ever. His entourage of strength and numbers beckoning at his side, no opposition besides Sara at the moment meaning he would have his day in the sun.
"Any opposed? If so I'd suggest you take your leave now and not usher a word of what you've heard, lest fingers slip in the higher powers." He gave a short glance across at Sara, simply challenging her to speak out again, he would have no dissent, he would have absolute control.

((Invited by Gabriel for epic and comic relief.))
Change.
Thirteen always knew when it was coming, be it her Qi, her own intuition, or through some other method. But like the concept of Deja Vu in the Matrix, a dream like this one often heralded something large in scope. Not the end of the world of course, but it was still something interesting. Of course, Thirteen's weakness now kicked in.
A dream was one thing.
Seeing it in action was another.
So of course, now Thirteen's curiosity had gotten the better of her, and she just HAD to see what was going on. Why anyone was out here at this hour was beyond her...it was pouring down rain, and the poor girls robes were soaked. Yeah...she was wearing robes, an oddity that had come to her...well, just because. She didn't have to have a reason for everything did she?
Finally, she reached the building, warehouse she guessed...she couldn't feel much through the door, as the rain was obscuring movement inside...she found a side door and creeped in.
And that was as far as she got before bumping something, and stumbling into the main room.
"Uhh...hello?"
Oops.

Vespyr jumped in her seat as the door slammed open, entering in a tallish man wearing a strange coat and carrying a... disembodied head. Vespyr smiled a little like a small child who's just seen a magic trick. Her fingers danced in her pocket as the head was thrown across the room, and she watched it contentedly. She looked back to the murderer and noted that he and Gabriel must have known eachother...
They had been dismissed. Freedom! Vespyr rose from her seat, and paused for a moment, glancing over to where the grotesque (and lovely) head lay on the floor. She considered grabbing it swiftly and making off with it as a prize and perhaps a meal. She was indeed very, very ravenous. But the though dismissed itself and she shook her head. She did not eat humans. They were disgusting creatures. One of the only she refused to devour. Cats she didn't eat out of respect, humans she didn't eat because she hated them too damn much to even consider putting their sweaty, nasty flesh in her mouth. Ugh.
She pushed in her chair and briskly walked over to the door, sticking close to the wall so that she was nearly engulfed in the darkness. As she approached the door, she nervously slowed and glanced at the man in the fleshy-looking jacket. She crept through the doorway, hoping he wouldn't notice her, and darted out of the building to fresh air and freedom without looking back.

Sara felt the anger grow inside her. It was hard enough for her to deal with working under someone, but for him to blatantly challenge her (despite the fact that she had challenged him first), was not a good thing. It took every ounce of self control she had not to jump across the table and attack him. Sara had always been like this, completely unable to take direction, to show respect to those higher then her. She instinctively fought against authority and power over her. And Gabriel was pushing her limits.
In response to him, she leaned back in her chair, meeting his gaze with a sarcastic smile. "I never doubted you, I simply wanted to make sure that you knew I won't stand to work for a half assed leader. I only expect that you do as much as your... workers do."
She paused when someone else entered. She didn't like being interrupted, but it seemed Gabriel knew the guy. So she overlooked it. She went to speak again, only to be interrupted again. She sighed loudly, watching with mild interest at the spectacle of the severed head. She didn't even flinch seeing it as she once would have. It was nothing new for her since the kidnapping. Had she been in a better mood, she might have even found it comical. But as it stood, she was just sick of the interruptions.
"Any opposed? If so I'd suggest you take your leave now and not usher a word of what you've heard, lest fingers slip in the higher powers."
Another challenging glance at Sara. Jesus, he was pushing wasn't he? Sara held his gaze. A deep breath to calm herself and she managed to keep her cool. She broke the gaze first, looking away from him. She backed down. And it killed her. But it was fine. She would deal with him soon enough. She would say no more on the subject. For now at least. Her eyes went to Connor. She needed to talk to him. Again, it would have to be later. She hated waiting, it caused her to feel anxious. But she added it to her mental list. She would need to be careful that Gabriel didn't know she was going to be speaking to him.
"Uhh...hello?"
Sara started at the sound of the voice. Turning her head, she saw the small girl enter. Oh jeez... Why the hell was she here? Sara growled, pushing her seat out. It wasn't that she... liked the girl... or didn't like her... Or... Anything. Ok. Sara either didn't know what she felt about the girl, or refused to recognize it, but she shouldn't be here. "Thirteen. What are you doing here?" Her voice was hard, and was that... a hint of concern?

(((OOC: "(OOC: guess what Guess what.... Oh snap Charisma check!!! Really wanted to do that)" Fuahahaha I win, charisma/intelligence higher n u!)))
Masaru watched as the meeting continued. Apparently no one was too fazed by his entrance, he didn't really care, for he hadn't tried to make a showy entrance. That may be for the best, though. For he would have to be unnoticed by most if he would want to run this place from the background.
"Masaru... You'll be given your duties first hand from me soon enough."
Masaru nodded at Gabriel as silence filled the room, his nod filled with meaning. He didn't wish to speak, for he was too used to speaking Japanese and may have accidentally went back to speaking it if he opened his mouth, and that wouldn't leave such a good impression.
Seems Gabriel had plans for him he didn't want others to know about. The time when they talked may be a good time to plant his seed. Masaru didn't trust humanity, and he would have to place precautions everywhere in case this man tried to take advantage of him. Then, someone familiar made an entrance.
A head flew across the room, shrapnel from it going everywhere as it smashed into a wall. Masaru slightly moved his chair over just fast and slight enough to barely be missed by the carnage. A frown came upon his face. Deta Teyfour, a rabid dog that needed to be put down for his own good.
Masaru muttered something under his breath. Deta will meet his end by Masaru's hand, if he had any choice in the matter. It would have to be soon if he wanted to be able to save him before Deta goes too far under.
"Please have a seat, Deta Teyfour..."
Gabriel said in a calm voice. Good choice, if any had seen Gabriel back down, he would be questioned of his leadership. Masaru would have to play things carefully, for he knew no one here that well. He was in enemy territory, and he must tread lightly to succeed.
"It seems as though we must speak, however now is not the time... Any opposed? If so I'd suggest you take your leave now and not usher a word of what you've heard, lest fingers slip in the higher powers."
Well, Masaru hadn't heard of any plans than someone else mentioning going with The Militia. Masaru assumed this was a Militia meeting, for he met Gabriel somewhere atwixt the Militia revolution.
Besides that, this 'Gabriel' person seemed he was used to people going with him. That was true, he seemed fairly charismatic. But it seemed something he learned in Speech class. it was too easy to know where this was going. The man known as 'Unfettered' had gained Masaru's respect.
This man known as 'Gabriel' was too easy to read. He did not tolerate anyone going against him. He did not compromise, or allow anyone to voice their opinions. This was signs of a young dictator. Masaru would have to watch this man very carefully so that he didn't fall too deeply before being saved or replaced.
Now, Masaru knew all this because of his family background. His father had taught him many things, and brought him to many of his speeches. His father was very charismatic, the kind only one in a lifetime can have. Masaru learned as he watched his father, and some of the skill was passed down.
Masaru knew these things, which is why he knows people would find him an appealing pawn. Because he doesn't use his ability of persuasion, most believe he doesn't realize he has it. So they try and take advantage of him so they can use his powers to gain what they want.
Things were going to be very interesting, if what Masaru forsaw in this were to happen. Where was Unfettered, anyways?
"Uhh...hello?"
Masaru directed his attention to the door.
