Wo wo wo! Apparently Linda had walked in on something... Should she take her leave or stay and uncover the conflict? Meh, might as well be nosy.
"Uh huh... Well I guess this isn't the best time to assume you two were in this classroom doing naughty things?" Linda chuckled allowed.
She amused herself, she was her own favorite comedian. She knew neither of the two individuals in the room, but still she was interested in why the two were alone... in a room together. It didn't look too kosher.

Wow, this chick was nosy... Sam sighed. If she was trying to make a joke, it was definitely the wrong time for that one.
"No." She said shortly. "It's not the best time. Can I help you with something, or could you please get out of my way? Lunch is almost over, and I've got some homework to finish."
She wasn't usually this rude, to anyone. But right now she didn't give two shits about anyone or anything. Losing a friend tended to do that to a person.

"Woooooow sorry muffin, didn't mean to bunch up your panties." Linda said as she politely stepped aside, allowing Sam to pass. Meh, so Linda was a bitch. Was anyone gonna do something about it? Nope. She had pretty much earned her right to be nosy and invasive, protecting a school as violent as this one required it. Something had to be said to this girl, but Linda would wait till later, probably finding her around the halls which she monitored so often. The Varsity Captain was enjoying her week of hall duty. He chuckled at the girl's attitude towards Sam. "Are you leaving too Mr."[/i] Nick sat down on a desk to show the girl that he wasn't about to leave. He looked at her with a plain face. "Nope, I think I'll stick around just a while longer. Hope that's okay with you." he said, not really caring whether it was alright or not. If she stayed, he'd probably wind up talking to her, but otherwise he would stick to his original plan and try to sleep the rest of the school day away. |

"Thanks," Sam huffed, pushing the door violently open and stepping outside. She'd feel bad about being rude to the girl later, maybe even try to find her and apologize. But not now.
Right now she was going to go find another empty classroom, finish her homework, and get through the rest of her day, pretending that nothing, absolutely nothing was wrong. She'd walk the fifteen minutes back to her apartment, get inside, lock the door, and collapse on her bed.
Then, and only then, would she let the tears fall.
