((Sorry for my late reply!!! )) The blonde watched as the skinner of the two pushed his fatter friend toward her like some sort of sacrifice. What was she, King Kong? One eyebrow arched so high it was likely to join the hair on top of her head. Kate didn't like how the other person just abandoned this one thinking it would be easier to get away without them. They must not be that close?
Kate quickly took the gear that had been offered and began to open the cameras up to take out the memory chips. She simply held them up and crushed them. And yes, Kate knew how much those damned things cost. She was a business woman, so she knew the prices of all sorts of things. Kate made sure to crush every single one, then hand the more expensive equipment back toward the one who had been left behind.
"I don't care who you damn well worked for. I'm not going to grill it out of you, nor am I going to hurt you. Considering this your warning, and take it back to the person you hired. One freebie, you've both used it. Next time I find you, or another person following me, I WILL find out who it is, and I will send everyone involved to the hospital. Understood?"
She wasn't out to make a decent day worse by all of this. Instead she just wanted to finish up her relaxing ride and head home for a shower. The blonde looked to where her riding buddy was, talking to the other person. Having caught him was a decently cool thing to do. She shouted a bit, so he could hear her.
"Ready when you are!"

Trizen heard Kate's voice shortly after his own bit of interrogating with the skinny guy. Unknown to the boy, it would be the beginning of one of his many adventures as he would grow into what was needed in a Marvel dimension. But that was for later. At the moment, he would the man's head back into the dirt and walk over to his horse.
The young boy would leave the photographer where he was as he got back on his horse and rode over to where Kate stood. It seemed she just wanted the day to end, and luckily for him, it was the predicted time for them to head back to the ranch as it was.
With a smile and a nod, the boy said "Race you back to the ranch." She really was very beautiful, though she had something else going on inside her mind. Not to mention the likelihood of that reality seemed impossible. Kate was already much older than most seniors on personality alone.
"Heeeya!" He shouted as he whipped the horse on making his headstart towards the ranch. It seemed the boy forgot about his fear of riding and for whatever reason, he felt a bit stronger. Not to mention he knew he had some planning to do. Someone was out for his family. He didn't like that.

Arriving back, the boy jumped off his horse and patted it with a bit of a smirk. It seemed him and the mare had finally gotten along. His mother was still nowhere to be found, but that was alright. Trizen would probably wander around for a bit or just go straight home. The woman did have a tendency to "forget" her stepson. Interesting, no?
