Well wasn't this dandy. As Ryuu ducked underneath Jay's right hook, since his back was close to a wall, Ryuu could either strafe to the left, or to the right. His eyes shifted upwards however, as he saw Jay's body shift, which meant the punch had shifted, and instead of aiming downwards, was now aiming upwards. This meant only one thing. His elbow was going to aim straight for the top of his head. Snapping his left hand out, Ryuu would push his hand straight up against Jay's stomach, before pushing himself at an angle, away from Jay. Though the elbow did not its intended target, it still connected nonetheless, hitting Ryuu's left shoulder instead. Ryuu winced in pain from the blow, but continued to strafe to his right, essentially avoiding Jay's attempt to grip the back of his neck and try to electrocute him.
Ryuu, as soon as the attack missed, would dash forward, attempting to strike Jay with a move in the Shifting Dragon style. Now, the strike would hurt, but since Ryuu wasn't quite as strong just yet, it wouldn't give him the intended effect, and he knew it. But it seemed his strike had only effectively upped Jay's anger and annoyance, for he attempted to plant his right knee into Ryuu's face. Not going to happen foo. Ryuu would shift his left shoulder back, as the knee flew past his face, ending up colliding with Ryuu's left shoulder once more. Ouch, that hurt. Wasting no time, Ryuu strafed to the right, his shoulder aching with pain. "... Aren't we touchy?" Ryuu commented, as he got a good distance away from Jay, and rolled his left shoulder around, loosening it up while massaging it. Ryuu brought his right hand in front, his left hand right beside. Ryuu never messed around, he gave every fight he was in, his all. This was no different.

((Sorry for the delay. I've been busy and lazy.))
Bam!
Jay frowned as he felt his knee hit bone; not the bone he intended it to hit. Quickly retracting his leg for another kick, he let it fly, but was too late; there was a terrific clang! as his attack hit the locker, denting the metal. The little bastard had managed to move away in the time Jay took to rev up the kick. Not bad, not bad, he thought, turning to look at the opponent, who appeared hurt; two hits to the same place could do that to someone.
"... Aren't we touchy?" the boy commented, apparently trying to make a funny. Possibly trying to sound cool before his face gets kicked in. Jay gave a soft scoff, shaking his head.
"Touchy doesn't begin to describe it," he said with a grin, and motioned with his hand to come. Come on, I attacked last time. Why don't you go this time? As for Jay's commitment to the fight? He was in it to win; there was no other way to describe it. Sometimes he had to try, sometimes he didn't. The latter was the case here.

Although Ryuu's shoulder was aching with pain from being hit twice in the same spot, nonetheless, he darted away as Jay retracted his leg once more for another kick, but by the time he had let loose his kick, it was too late, and he ended up connecting with the locker door, as Ryuu heard a terrific clang, meaning he had ended up denting the metal. Ryuu saw Jay turn to face him, as Ryuu continued to roll his shoulder while he massaged it, most of the pain was gone, though his shoulder was still hurting. Ryuu heard Jay give a small scoff at his comment while shaking his head, though Ryuu was neither trying to be funny or cool, and he definitely wasn't going to let Jay kick his face in. Ryuu just smirked slightly at Jay's comment as he saw Jay grin, before motioning with his hand for Ryuu to come.
Ryuu closed his eyes, as he regained his focus, before his eyes flew open, and he darted straight at Jay. His hands by his side, it seemed like Ryuu was going to launch a right hook, he even pulled his left arm back. But he wasn't. Just as he reached Jay, and it looked like he was going to let loose the punch, since the distance between the two of them was closing fast, he dropped down, and with both his hands firmly planted on the ground, he quickly pivoted on his right foot, his left leg out, as he aimed a swift kick to Jay's leg, aiming to sweep one leg out from under Jay, to try and send him off-balance. From there, Ryuu would push himself backwards with his hands, keeping his center of balance relatively low to the floor. It's go time.

He's going to punch me.
Jay's eye stayed focused on the fist cocked back. However, he was still aware of the fact that it wasn't the only move in his reservoir. If Jay remembered correctly from the previous bout, the man liked to drop it low. Or was it because Jay forced him to? Damn, too much shit to remember, Jay thought as the distance closed. Bracing himself for the punch that was to come, Jay planted both his feet into the floor at an angle, preparing for the shock.
But it never came.
As Jay had thought the possibility of, the boy indeed did drop down, though Jay was saved by this awareness. As the leg came around to sweep Jay off his feet (no homo), Jay felt the impact of the hit and grimaced. However, the boy had misjudged how much strength it took to really floor a person this way. But Jay played along with the move, falling back, even offering a small "Ahhh..."
But Jay had a trick up his sleeve!
Throwing his hands out, Jay caught himself for a second, and with his legs that were now in the air, kicked himself up back onto his feet. Not losing a second, Jay dashed forward as soon as his feet touched the ground, aiming to shove his knee into the boy's face.

As Ryuu rushed closer and closer to Jay, he saw him brace himself for the punch that was to come, as he planted both his feet into the floor at an angle, bracing for the shock. But it never came. Ryuu instead, dropped down, and swept Jay's legs out from under him. The sweep connected, as he saw Jay grimace from the impact. It had worked well. Almost too well... Something was up. Jay was stronger and faster than Ryuu, surely he would've been able to evade it. Instead, he saw Jay fall back with a small cry as Ryuu darted to the side, though the tone of Jay's voice, didn't sound like a cry of pain, more like he was bored, which made him slightly suspicious. Something was up. And Ryuu was right. He saw Jay throw his hands out, and caught himself, as his legs were up in the air. Not skipping a beat, he saw Jay dart forward as soon as his feet touched the floor, as he aimed to shove his knee into Ryuu's face.
Given how quickly Jay had moved, Ryuu had barely enough time to react, only barely managing to catch Jay's knee as it hurtled towards what was his face, before he straightened up, the knee instead colliding with his hands as he caught the knee, though the impact from the blow sent his hands into his stomach, knocking a bit of the wind out of him, though from the way he pretended to bowl over, it seemed like the blow had affected him more than what it actually was. His little charade accomplished, Ryuu would grip Jay's knee tightly, as a smirk formed on his face, Jay was in the spot Ryuu wanted him to be. His back very close to the wall. Using all his strength, he shoved Jay's knee out and away from him, attempting to send Jay flying backwards, towards the wall. Would this end it? Your guess is as good as mine. Ryuu however, wasn't completely confident, as he prepared himself for the possibility of Jay making a come back from his strike.

Well...
Yes. Shoving someone's knee was going to send them off balance, perhaps. But it certainly wasn't going to do the damage Ryuu must have had in mind. For one thing, he wanted to send Jay essentially flying across the hall, into the wall, ending the fight. Does this sound plausible? Even if Ryuu was Neo, he probably couldn't pull it off. But I'll give the man some credit; he did manage to shove Jay back; who had to backpedal a little to prevent from falling.
When Jay's foot managed to find the traction he needed, Jay would burst forward again, a right fist cocked back. But whether he threw it or not was still up in the air...

Okay, so maybe Ryuu wouldn't be able to send Jay flying into the wall, but on the upside, at least he managed make Jay backpedal a bit to avoid falling backwards. But by the time Jay managed to gain the traction he needed in his feet, Ryuu was already ready for any strike he would throw at him. But this, well, c'mon, give Ryuu some credit, for goodness sake. He saw Jay burst forward, his right fist cocked back, though it looked like he wasn't planning on throwing it yet. But in the amount of time it took Jay to rush at Ryuu, he was already on the move. Like a Spanish matador dodging a charging bull, Ryuu flipped over Jay as he rushed past, ending up behind him.
Like he was exerting no effort at all, or as little as possible, Ryuu lazily lifted his left leg up, and would give Jay a boot to the back with his foot, aiming to send Jay a one way ticket to kissing the floor, face first. Though if his foot actually connected, was up in the air. If his foot did connect, Ryuu would then lower his foot down, planting it quickly on the ground, his hands casually in the pockets of his jacket, as he darted backwards, away from the charging bull that was, Young-Jae Choi.
