I thought it was good. But then again, you show me soundwave, I'm a happy guy end of story. In any case, I liked it, it did have a few unnecessary parts which will make you go =S?

XD Angela, every good movie has it's bad parts (unless it's classic material ;; ) so I suggest watching it anyway. I am too poor for movies, so I'll wait for the DVD. XD

Annnnd Angela. One person's decision and take on something is one person's decision and take on something. Yes 1 = 1.
... I mean that if Kyle didn't like it, it meant that the movie didn't work for him.
If Justin liked it then it meant it worked for him.
Different tastes.
Different people.
You might or might not like it... or maybe you'll "bleh" it.
I personally liked it. The action scenes had some great melee combat in comparison to the last (I'm not a martial arts buff so ok... you can criticize me by saying that was shit technique in the movie... but... in the end I enjoyed it)
... I over all enjoyed the aesthetic experience... I laughed at the deadpan jokes... and if I laughed... that means I enjoyed it... it was funny to me (my parents laughed too... yes even the sexual parts)
... it was rated 14A here as a by the way. I live in BC of Canada.
I thought the camera angles were significantly improved... I could tell much easier arm from leg from head from scrap metal compared to the first Transformers movie (which was one of the few gripes I had from the first)
... some people still had trouble distinguishing the piles of metal but I saw it all quite clearly (for some reason).
Plot... it was very... driven... based on nothing... but a drive... kinda felt like a joyride to white-castle but knowing if you'd get there kinda feeling. It worked well enough for me, nothing intellecutally mind blowing... but stimulating yes...
It raised political and philosophical questions in my head that aren't absolutely compelling and amazing... but are things worth discussing (I like doing this after movies... I just have no one to do it with)
I felt the polish fade at the end... it felt a bit rushed... but it moved alright, flowed...
Linkin Park hit the finisher for me and it did it for me. (horribly biased, they're my fav band still)
Character development... nothing beautiful or HOMG AWESOME but I liked what it had. Nothing huge either, but there was some growth present. We leave the movie with people who have changed, robots... who have maybe changed... and a world definitely changed and you could feel the repercussions of what may possibly come... the inevitable loss of something... all when the credits start rolling... these things hit me...
Love the heavy emphasis of humans... especially near the end
... over all... I do recommend it especially for the action scenes, but the light sprinkling of deeper content that you can extract from it albeit some effort.
This is all my opinion, how the movie affected me, and what I, Albert Chung-Kit Chan, think of this movie. It is by no means a method to make everyone believe what I say as it is not a claim but a declaration of my personal viewpoint of the movie Tranfsformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

I thought it was called "Revenge of the Fallen."
Looks good, I'm seeing it no matter who says what.

Just saw it. Gotta say, this movie was boss. I was sittin' on the edge of my sweet with my sacs swinging the whole time.
All I gotta say to the OP is...
You went to a robot movie for plot?
And Angela? Please see it.

Just finished watching it as a birthday gift at the theater a half-hour ago. Just thought I'd add my two-cents.
It was a little slow during the first half of the movie, but then totally ramped up and got awesome during the second half. The action was really badass, as were the amazing special effects. Meagan Fox is also really friggin hot, it's almost like she's in CGI or something as it can't be possible for one girl to be that beautiful.
When there wasn't any fighting going on, the movie did have some pretty tacky moments of Michael Bay-style insert comedy. But there were also some genuinely funny moments, like watching Sam spazzing out from *Spoiler* thing happening in his head, and there was the guy from the Office as an Astrology professor, and he was totally hilarious.
Overall, it did really well as an action-movie, though I still think the first movie was the better of the two.

You mean Dwight Schrute?
That man is God. Peter Cullen is God, but Dwight comes close.

Actually, no. I almost thought she was a little irritating.
Sam: "I'm going to head into certain death. You should get into Bumblebee."
Megan: "No, I'm coming with you."
Sam: "Fine."
