I hate April Fools with a freakin' passion.
I saw CNN.com post an article about the discovery of a "zombie" virus in alligators that was beginning to affect local human residents by making them remain completely still before growing pale and rotten. I flipped shit.
Then I saw the goddamn date.

I was working on a massive building project at 4am, and it was due in 5 hours. I'm normally online on MSN so my peers and I can discuss how we're going. Suddenly a friend of mine messaged me saying:
Friend: "OMG. JIN."
Me: "WHAT? WHAT?"
Friend: "DID YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL YET?"
Me: "No, why?!"
Friend: "STUART [lecturer] GAVE US AN EXTENSION!! WOOHOO!!!"
Me: "OMG RLY?!" *goes to check email*
[No new messages in inbox]
Me: *realised that she got punk'd* ...ah, shit.
Quite funny that it happened, because I was just pranking other people so I should've known. I guess I really hoped that extension was true.
